There needs to be a system to check when boxes are to leave and if movers are on time to get boxes moved and picked up in timely fashion
MARCIE HIncredibly rude and racist staff who do their best to avoid assisting customers who have been with Uhaul for years. Lack empathy and will not listen to customers, this location is only interested in unfairly charging people who have been loyal to them. No longer a Uhaul customer because of Blanca D. and will be telling people to avoid using Uhaul due to the negative and discriminatory experience at this location.

Elena AIt was very strange, I booked my containers to arrive at the Glendale location but they ended up in Panorama. I’m still not completely sure what happened, we hired moving help to bring us the containers and unload them and he was the one to sort it all out.
FRANCISCO MReceiving and shipping worked fine. The issue was that when it arrived at the destination, there was a bad odor and a very damp smell!!!!
Donald PService was great, no problems at all. Friendly staff and the women fork lift drivers are awesome!! They, especially, seem to love their jobs!! I'm so glad I chose U-Haul/U-Box for my move!!

DANIEL GYou can improve the next customer's experience by allowing locations to franchise so they are not subject to the whim of the corporate leaders that are sabotaging the integrity of the customer's situation. The woman who I booked my trip and reservations with told me explicitly that the location I chose was deliverable, only to be told later that that was NOT true and I would need to incur other costs or time to make up for not only the lack of competency but the blatant unwillingness to acknowledge their lack of understanding when I overtly asked about to deliverability to ensure the avoidance of exactly what happened. Will be using any other moving company until the end of time, and doing my absolute best to ensure those around me do the same.
Baxter MThis was probably the worst UHaul experience I've had after several years renting. 1. The truck I reserved was not available last minute and, I had to rebook and stay an extra day in another city: this meant additional hotel money. 2. The ONLY truck available was smaller than I needed, which means I could not finish the job and will have to re-do it. 3. Uhaul requested I deliver the truck VERY FAR AWAY from my property, requiring me to spend an extra 40 dollars on UBER to return to my house. 4. The place UBER requested was closed during business hours and required me to drive further away to a THIRD UHAUL Location. 5. I had to wait there to process the returns, otherwise I would have been penalized on the return instead of receiving a discount for all the hassle. Terrible experience over all. Thank you UHaul, you easily cost me 200-300 dollars beyond budget due to the overall poor service.

LORI ECan't say enough about great service and excellent communication. This is the second time using U haul for a CA to VA for our items and the experience is first class. Just love your drivers as they are so professional and kind!
don gDouble check the vehicle before renting it out. The agent who helped me said that the gas gauge was at a quarter tank when I picked up the keys, however, the tank was at half of that. That added some anxiety about my trip today due to the extra $30 service fee that I was told about if I had returned it with less than that amount.

BENJAMIN FSecurity around the facility is not good. I couldn't leave my vehicle parked there overnight for security reasons. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The equipment were in excellent condition.

Cassandra FTalking to the staff on site was the only thing that really helped at all during the "self pick-up" process, because the app was not as straightforward as I thought it was going to be. The U-Haul app was the main thing that made this experience a bit confusing and inefficient. I was instructed to wait until I was on-site to complete the "pick-up" process on the app, but at that point I was in front of someone at the office, I had to step to the side to try and figure it out and the office employee ended up helping me anyway. Please make the instructions more detailed and optimize the app experience!

Stephanie PWe requested the smallest trailer…was told no problem!! The day before pickup we were told one was not available…but we could have the next size up for the same price!! Appreciated the offer but we only needed the smallest size!
CATHY ALocation wasn’t the problem. The problem was I had to drive an extra 5 miles from the location I made the reservation because y’all didn’t have a 15-footer there even though I made the reservation a month ago at the other location. That’s your problem. Why would I make a reservation at a specific location and expect it not to be there?
CHRISTOPHER FWe were really let down by the movers that were booked through MovingHelp, so we ended up having to do Self-Delivery. Karla and her team really went out of their way to help us get the job done under fairly difficult circumstances. I cannot thank Karla enough for pulling some strings and getting us the equipment that we needed. We got packed and delivered on time - but only because of Karla's helpfulness.

CESLO CThat's a tough question! Everyone has always (for 22 years, not at this location though obviously!) been helpful, courteous, & knowledgeable. U-Haul is my go-to storage solution.
DAVID WTwo things: It is an insult that all of the pads arrived in Their wrapping filling up 1/2 a ubox and were never used by the movers in California, I have furniture with holes in it, and torn items because of U-Haul. Of very low quality job. I know that you get 1/2 of the movers money so you are responsible for this behavior. I have photos and videos of the bags of blankets . 2. You recommended 3 pods even though I explained ahead of time the size of the storage room and then when I needed a 4th pod you charged me 1000 dollars extra. A 5th pod would have been only 200 extra. It is again insulting and a very good item of discussion with a regulating entity. In order to stay competive in pricing,you price 3uboxes on the phone and then slap the customer with 1000 dollars for an extra box. I should have only paid 200 extra. At this point, unless I hear from U-Haul I will never use U-Haul for pods again. All of this is sloppy deceaving and embarrassing.

JIEN-LONG DMaybe have one more associate on site. I had to wait 20 minutes, which is no big deal, but I hadn't anticipated that and it contributed to my whole day being messed up. Otherwise, the service was great! The woman who helped me was very helpful, and to my surprise, even had my trailer attached while we were doing the paperwork.
Lisa KI like this location a lot, but my latest rental was a van with 1/8 of a tank of gas left. It’s beyond frustrating because I won’t get reimbursed for returning it with more gas, so I just have to keep refilling to 1/8 throughout my rental. Really really annoying.
Jack DMy u-box arrived sooner than expected actually which was great. I scheduled delivery of my u-box to my house and hired people through the app to unload the box. They were nice but were very unprofessional and ended up damaging some pieces bringing it inside without saying anything

ANDREW CThe address that we ended up needing the uhaul boxes delivered to, was not delivered by uhaul and we had to use a third party for delivery. This just was not something I anticipated, it was not clear that there might be areas uhaul did not deliver.
Erin WI needed to know how long it would be before I got my boxes, and that there was an additional charge to have my boxes delivered at my new home. That was not something I had been told before the delivery.
KATHIE WThe facility here was very disorganized. First they didn't give my movers both uboxes so I had to search for new movers the day of. then they gave those movers a third ubox. so this caused confusion every step of the way for my move. and despite my speaking with them several times, they shipped my 2 uboxes off at different times so they arrived late to my destination. causing me to have to rebook movers yet again. this is the third time I have used UBOX and something like this happens every time. the cost saving is not worth the stress.
Jordan MOverall we had a wonderful experience. They supplied plenty of furniture pads. We had to make several schedule changes and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend U-Haul to friends and family.

RUTH LMy overall experience with Uhaul was incredible. I had three orders running at the same time, one for a trailer for my SUV, the containers and also movers, and everything went super smoothly. The constant communication throughout the entire process was spot on, and the pods arrived early! Although I hope to not move for a long time, if I do, I'll definitely go with Uhaul. Thank you for a smooth cross-country moving experience.
