Friendly service, and good pricing. The office had sample units of each size which made it easy to pick the size I needed, and the person who helped me took time to clearly explain everything, and answer all my questions. All in all a good customer service experience.

I think her name was Lisa. She was friendly, fun, and efficient. She is what made this business exchange absolutely wonderful. It wasn't the location, the equipment, or your offerings. She was nice and respectful. She knew her job very well, her knowledge made my visit there very short. Still, with how pleasant she was and her talent, it felt like I was in and out in a blink of an eye with a smile on my face. I hope that you as a company recognize employees like "Lisa". They are best thing about you business. Groom these individuals to achieve higher positions so they can show new employees how they became successful. These new people, hopefully, will imulate these mentors.

After hours didn’t have information on where to park and also when dropping trailer there was no wheel chocks or wood for us to use to stop the trailer from rolling no other issues tho I used common sense to park the trailer but an out of towner probably would have parked it at lins….

I couldn't decide whether to put "No" on if I'd recommend and didn't put "EXCELLENT" ONLY bc of how crazy expensive it is! It's just under 3 TIMES the price of a regular storage unit the same size! Of course, the climate control and added security were a plus, but TRIPLE THE PRICE?? I had no choice but to move my stuff to a reg unit, the same size, for $40/mo right by my work bc I just couldn't afford the $109/mo... EVERY MONTH! That's a car insurance payment!! Otherwise, the place is clean and the staff is AWESOME! Not to mention the security and of course the climate control! DEFINITELY, IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!

When we picked the trailer up the trailer we had a reservation for, had not been returned yet. They gave us a different trailer but it had a different plate number on it. the guy had me accept it as correct and said he would fix it in the system. He did not. However the lady at the office where we dropped it off helped us get everything settled and taken care of.

SEVERAL TIMES I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN UNIT AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE. ONE TIME I TRACKED SOMEONE DOWN, the lock was removed as it should have been prior to my visit. But none the less. When I returned a week or so later, the lock had been placed back on. I couldn’t get into my unit on 4 diff trips to U-Haul. And that was just this one occasion. It was always happening, and one time I was told by the manager that I would receive a credit for being locked out even though payment had been made, and the manager told me this. But nothing happened. She said she would credit me for the inconvenience of being kept from my belongings. But U-Haul was sure to charge me late fees and make sure they got all their money + from me, but refused to offer any kind of compensation even though I had paid, I was still locked out and kept from my belongings. That’s why I left U-Haul. I was 100% ripped off and lied to, in person. It’s ridiculous. And I tried talking to u guys about it. But apparently my business wasn’t appreciated

I put gas in the vehicle that did NOT have a full tank it only had 3/4. I have the receipt and then you charge an after hours fee and no one had to come in and take care of that Uhaul no almost $300 to rent a U-Haul for two days from Price to Huntington ridiculous never again

In the beginning, Kyle and Lisa were great. During the month, I became very frustrated with accessing my unit. I did not understand why the “garden door “ access could not be fixed or more easily accessed. After waiting for a very long time standing at the door, waiting for them to come, I went into front area, admittedly exhausted and angry. I was not nice, but neither was I awful. I apologized to Lisa later, but apparently she did not respond well and every time I came to collect a load ( by myself), I felt that she vindictively made me wait at the door for an extended period of time. Everyone else was kind and helpful but not her.

It took a minute to locate the storage unit but was no more complicated than any other storage solution I’ve used before. Love the fact it’s climate controlled and I had the ability to insure my valuables for a nominal fee. Cost for the unit is very fair in the current economy and accessing the unit itself was great. I appreciate how the app added my credentials to apple wallet for quick reference. Staff was very kind and helpful. Also, while I had a discus lock already, thank you for the free lock that was bundled with my purchase.

Sometimes I had trouble unlocking my letter-lock and a staff member helped me several times, which I greatly appreciated. I had a storage unit for about 3 years and just moved out. It was nice to rent a UHaul truck for this purpose. I love Price’s UHaul and their staff.

I would like to give things to Jalisa Hernandez and to Ashley. I don’t know her last name. Those two were the most amazing people that I have ever had to work with being in the situation that I was in they treated me as family instead of as a customer, they was just as worried about me getting my stuff as I was myself getting my stuff And I would like to thank l Lisa Moseman, for the understanding of the situations that I had been put into the three of them working together as a team I have to say hands-down is the best team that a person can come across in a business. They don’t work for just the money they actually care about their customers and their customers belongings that the three of them were willing to go out of their way to help me be where I needed to be in order to get my stuff if it wasn’t for the team and when I say team, the three of them, my children and I would have lost our whole lives, so yes, I would recommend Price Uhaul to anybody a lot of places you’re treated as just a paying customer and my personal experience, I was treated as not just a paying customer but like a family member they actually truly cared. I was going through and what I needed to do to get done and was willing to work with me even if it meant pulling strings on their behalf hands-down, Uhaul and Price Utah has the best team that a Uhaul company could have.

I was told by the employee that was writing up the contract that I could have 9 days free because the items were for a community baby shower and anyone that donated would be recognized in the newpaper and social media. I went to get items out for the baby shower on 7th of October and then returned next day and a lock was on the door. I went to office and they told me that the employee never made note of our conversation. Very upset because I would have collected everything because our grant would not cover those charges.

Although my experience with using u-box method while moving from Arizona to Utah was a disaster on several fronts, the folks at the Price, Utah store were my advocates in solving many problems. However, the Kingman AZ store has yet to redress (1) why my shipment didn't happen, and was 2 weeks late, leaving me without my household for a month (2) the box was loaded on the trailer backwards, so unloading was extremely difficult (3) the box was tipped or dropped, throwing everything towards the door, thus being unable to turn it around to unload properly. Thanks Brad for the partial refund on the Utah end, though it wasn't the Price store's fault. Hello Arizona.. how about your responsibility regarding the totally frustrating and enraging repeated screw-ups? FYI, the first time I used the u-box, the box fell apart in Nevada and my stuff arrived in 2 boxes, as the stuff that fell out of the bottom of the box had to be shifted to another box to finish transport. Now this recent mess.. move #2 the aforementioned . Third time's the charm? Again, thank you Brad and Lisa and crew for the help on the Utah end. They deserve 5 stars. Arizona deserves to refund me and get a kick in the pants. Just one old woman's opinion...

From the first call that I made to closing out the U-Haul storage when I was done was an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding. The facility was very clean, very secure, the storage carts to help people move their stuff into the units was so helpful. Being able to rent the unit online was great help as well.

Lisa is an absolute angel, and she went so far above and beyond giving us a great experience that I can't begin to express enough thanks. The facility is beautiful, clean, convenient, and I love that it's climate-controlled and super secure. A nice extra surprise was the clean and plumbed bathrooms onsite - I image those will come in handy during long frustrating days of moving! The only negative thing I would say is that this facility is about twice as expensive as the other local storage areas, which is a pain (take note, corporate), but I have an urgent need for a unit and Lisa was able to make it happen for me when no one else in the county could.

It was a wonderful experience. I was given a unit by the big sliding doors. I was just one unit down from them. The carts were right by the door. The restrooms were very close as well. I appreciated the area where we could donate good items and people who could use them were able to have them for free. The facility was well lit and I always felt safe. If I ever need a unit again I will choose you. I have also told my friends about the wonderful experience. They were impressed and said they did not realize we had such a nice facility. The price is also very affordable. My items were safe and I loved the climate controlled facity.

I have used other storage facilities through the years, This U-Haul site was convenient when I moved to Price. However I found out later that it was the most expensive storage facility in town. When I vacated my unit, I had 10 days remaining of paid rent. I was told that I would not receive a prorated return of my rent, This is another tactic of corporate theft and greed. I wonder how many others across the nation have been bilked this way. What if U-Haul had to pay it all back.

Unloading a semi truck of household goods on a hot day is difficult. We were offered cold bottles of water. When the one of the moving employees accidentally knocked the fire extinguisher off the wall the fire alarm the U-Haul employee calmly took care of the problem without a making the incident a huge ordeal.

Lisa Moosman has been very helpful! I first met her when I stopped to buy moving boxes, paper, etc. She helped me figure out what I needed and I have been using the supplies since that first stop, 3 weeks ago. Then, I decided I wanted to rent a 5'x10' indoor storage unit. I called Lisa and she reserved one for me over the phone. Yesterday I moved some of my things into the unit. I was delighted that she gave me a unit within 25' of the indoor loading area! Wow! The unit is brand new and exceeded my expectations based on all the information Lisa gave me. Thank you for having such a professional, like Lisa on your Price, Utah staff!
