CORLISS HIt’s seems that their is a HUGE disconnection with your store and the call center an price leading customers to believe the wrong price or that their is NO storage of the size that the call center told me when creating a reservation. Also prices was way off and when I got there the first guy helping was having trouble getting me an access card. I also requested him with 2nd floor as close as possible to the elevator since I have two toddler with me BUT when we were moving our belonging to the storage a lot of lights on the hallway by my storage was very dark so I had to improvised by bringing our flash light they need to fixed that right away that’s very FRUSTRATING & INCONVENIENT AND TO MAKE MATTER WORSE I WAS TOLD THE FIRST MONTH IS FREE BUT THEN SAW A CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR $$ 88.99

KEITH AMy rental truck was ready & I received a phone call that morning to see if I wanted the car tow dolly attached to the truck or would I be coming back after loading the truck, after getting the truck loaded I returned and was assisted with attaching the the tow dolly to the truck, my experience was great!

JOHNNY S | First ImpressionsThe only thing that I can say is the truck used a lot of fuel, but then it was a V-8, and I drive a 4-cylinder Camry. The climate control was nice, and then I used to have a Chevy 1/2 ton and it consumed gas as well. Might want to check the fluids, because my Chevy only got decent mileage if the fluids were level. Other than that, the truck was nice.

But the other older man was little bit uncomfortable with the addressing me when no one was speaking to him and being obvious of his indowindows .unwanted advances standing outside the restroom trying g to make eye contact when I was first there trying to Handel my personal affairs at hand.and why dad's the alarm go off everytime if I use the card or not.i am self employed and work from home and it's not available to work.in for the .next few days and it's 24/7 access and I have my products in my unit..the alarm works that very much a Loud YES SIR..THANK YOU ..OVER ALL I THINK ITS VERY CLEAN STAFF INSIDE AND Out we're very knowledgeable and very nice.very peaceful surroundings from what I've experienced and will recommend Princeton Uhaul to others in our community..3☆☆☆
Carrie S | First ImpressionsI received my statement for the truck and trailer and emailed back about extending the rental. I received no response for 10 days then got a call from Kim to ask when I would return the truck, the trailer had already been returned. Kim toom notes and was sympathetic to why I needed to extend the rental and said I could return thebtruck on Saturday 1st. Kim then called again this week and asked for the truck, and seemed o forget the notes she already rook. he said that I would not be charged, as I had a free month of storage coupon. I returned the truck actually on Fruday January 31before the 8pm deadline set by Kim. I know received a hefty bill for late fes and no where is there any mention of notes that I was not to be charged or was there any indication of a free month storage. Shoddy company and employees are untruthful in what ws promised.I will not be telling my friends and family to use uhaul after this experience!
David GThis location is how U-Haul was in the past, fast, friendly, clean and the workers very helpful. This is now my favorite location and will avoid going to any of the other locations. Small town friendly! Willie King - Fairview Texas.
WILLIE KVery bad experience I have used U-Haul before but I will never again. I was late for 30 minutes to return Worked so hard to return at the 40 degree at midnight. I was charged for the whole day while I wanted only for 4 hours. Not fair at all.

ROBERT OMy only complaint is that I paid extra to get the big truck because it had cruise control. The person who helped me knew this was the reason I wanted the big truck on my trip from Texas to Arizona. I find out the cruise control does not work was really disappointing because that was my only. Reason for forgetting the big truck so I spent money on something that didn’t even work.

Haley WI’ve never personally used U-Haul but I’ve had friends and family who have from locations in DFW. I was skeptical because we’ve always had issues but we were pleasantly surprised! This was not only the best service we have ever received with U-Haul but the quality of care that is taken with the vehicle and customer service is impeccable and became one less worry with our move! Thank you so much U-Haul Princeton!!!
Cassady ZI was in and out very fast. I was working on returning the units through the app and a member of the staff walked up before I made it to the part asking for pictures and said he would do everything for me. Wasn't there long enough to notice any issues.

JEFF WBrad and his staff were very accommodating, helpful, and kind. They helped me with my truck return as well as the renting of a store room. The facility is clean neat well organized, and I’m very pleased with the access and response in the office. I will rent all future U-Haul‘s from there as well.

Took the picture of the miles when I picked up the truck…. Seems the truck charged more miles than the actual miles driven
