SAMENTHA EThe return location was charged for an extra day, even though it was returned on the due date. This is slimy and insulting. There were no clear return times on the original documents, only a DATE, which was today when it was returned. I will be disputing this. also I ended up losing 6/8ths of a tank of gas because I returned it full when it was given to me nearly empty.
Henry WWe got it back at 8:20am but they documented We got it back at 12:06pm. This doesn’t make any difference considering I picked it up at around 1:00pm. But don’t you think the times should represent the truth. They also should use a safety pin in the trailer to keep the latching lever from popping up and disconnecting the trailer.

KEVIN NI choose the after hours pickup and boy was that a huge mistake! First I thought i pre-registered my information only to get there and have to do the same steps all over again, so pre-register is pointless. 2nd when I finally get through all those steps and the app tells me the code for key it didn't say out of the 5 boxes which box was the key in so I had to try every box to find the key. 3rd I finally get the rental and one of the head lights is out and when I spoke with the 1st representative he asked couldn't I just drive it like that. Then I hade to wait over 2 hours for roadside assistance when I was told it would be 45 minutes. I rented the haul around 9pm and never left the lot until after 11pm. I had paid some one to help me but because it took so long to even get the haul off lot they could only help me for 1 hour after I left lot. I returned the truck early because I had no one else to help me in the time frame I had a lotted for the truck so it mostly just set in the yard. Horrible experience!!!!

TAMBUSHIA BMouse\Rat droppings all over my unit and on my things. You could see into the adjoining units and there were mouse\rat droppings. There must be an infestation. They are charging $50 when you vacate and do not clean out the unit. I don't think that is right considering I did not bring in the mice or rats. But I did clean the unit out to avoid being charged. I have rented elsewhere indoor and outdoor units and never had a mice\rat problem. Liked the staff and the facility hours.

I had my belongings in this storage facility for about 2 months, when I started moving out of 1 of my 2 units, I'm realizing I have uninvited visitors living in my belongings. Found a family of living mice in 1 box. I found 2 dead mice in the other unit when I started moving out of that 1. Well I won't be using that facility again 😕

MAURICE GRental experience was great, staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issue we had was the hours of operation for the store on Google were until 8pm on Friday when the store actually closed at 7. The after hours return was easy however and I would definitely rent from there again.

Michael D | Overall ExperienceThe average rating is for having to deal with Amelia who doesn't ever smile or care to deal with customers. This location has more equipment and it's available more often than at others, but - we will work our schedule around days that Jordan is working by himself, which fortunately, is fairly often. He is very professional, knowledgeable, positive and helpful. Amelia should not be in a role that is customer facing.

This will be the last time I ever use U-Haul. I have a very large social network. I shared the invoice with everyone in it. Followers of mine used works like "Bullshit" and "Greedy bastards." My friends (hundreds of them) will also no longer use U-Haul.

MILTON H | Overall ExperienceAll outside lights are still covered with spider webs. All units need to be completely closed in, Rats and Mice climb. Rats attacked the mice that were in my unit 1447 and it was a Bloody mess. They got in thur the open top of the unit. I have them on my security cameras walking across the wires. My unit was completely clean at move in. No food or anything was available for them. And when your ventilation goes out you should Notify your customers because mold sets in quickly.

It was extremely stressful and costly to be told that I had to move 10,000 square feet of valuable personal belongings "this weekend or next weekend." I had hired professional movers to move all of my belongings into storage upon downsizing from 10,000 square feet. My new home wasn't ready yet, but rather than hiring the same professional movers to move my things into new storage units and then into another house (twice as expensive), I made the difficult decision to move all my belongings into a house that still has a lot of work to be done. I understand that U-Haul would have assumed this responsibility, but I trust my movers who work for a man I know personally. I have nice things and realize that the more they are moved the more chance for damage. All of my possessions are crammed into rooms not currently under construction until they can be put into the correct place in a couple of months. The phone calls were stressful as I didn't feel like anyone was listening to me and my situation until I spoke to Chris. Once an agreement had been reached and I went to RM in person, Jose was very pleasant in person, although I realize it is because I did what the management in RM wanted and that was to get my stuff out by February 28th.

I had no way of knowing of neither until I start to move in, the facility was closed, I called to report it but the call was dropped, so I reported my concerns on today. I would recommend if concerns are taken seriously. I would have to see how the rest of experience goes. The office nor the storage walk ways were dirty it was not until I open my storage unit to see the droplets.

The staff did offer the use of U-Haul dollies and hand truck but the distance to the unit was still challenging… for me.
