Other than having to wait for two customers in front of me everything went as well as could be expected. They had my car hauler hooked up and I was on the road in 20 minutes.

JAN AThe manager of this store was very rude to me and my grandparents. And she asked us why we needed the truck for so many days. That was none of her business. Whatever we decided to do with the truck was our business. We had to move some things. And that's how things go because it was cheaper. We were on the budget and she said that cause we asked for it for one more week. She said that this was the last time she was gonna rent to it.Rent it to us and don't ask anymore. What's I found very odd because I didn't know you can stop a customer from using the truck. But she was very nasty about it.And I don't recommend this location

The app would NOT allow me to upload the walk around photos after multiple attempts but I have them saved on my phone just in case!!! the ONLY saving grace was the lady I spoke with behind the counter at the Uhual pickup location in Saginaw that they moved me to after calling to say my original location wasn’t available the day before. This lady was helpful and very kind!! That was the only thing that was NOT STRESSFUL AND OVERWHELMING!
Melissa SOur experience in Saginaw, MI was awesome. It could not have been better. Surprise, AZ was a different story. Camden was rude and short with me. He said we needed to give a 24 hour window so we set up to come this next morning at 9:00am. We were not given good directions and we drove around the building several times. I had to drive back to Camden and he was rude again. I drove back again to where he told us our Ubox was. No one was available. We had several door brackets and we didn’t have a screw driver . Again we were told a warehouse person would come to help. U-Haul Surprise, AZ we’re not prepared at all. Both my husband and I were very frustrated. I would like to talk to Manny who we were told is a manager. Thank you

Used this location several times thru the past years and never had an issue with the equipment. Very clean and organized facility with professional employees. Would recommend to anyone looking for moving equipment.

Tim DCould use better signage for drop off. Came in the back way and pulled in the parking lot and there was nowhere to go. Check in system wasn't working so had to leave without finalizing things but the staff took care of things and i had an emailed receipt in about a half hour.

If I would have inspected the inspected the storage unit door junior prior tor 2 side of the contract I would not have used your facilily the smell and the entire facility was horrendous and my furniture now smells like whatever was left inside the storage facility.

This resulted to me getting locked out of the building while I was still unloading and had to take an extra day to unload and drive 5 hours. This entire experience was garbage and has cost me 400 bucks and U-Haul thinks they are going to charge me for miles but I will not or I will get my 400 I am owed. Will never move with U-haul ever again.

Bulta where missing and the storage unit next to me has a unit with electricity running from it to my unit. I spoke the manager about it and she told me The was medication and a fridge that needed to be ran in that unit. Then I told her that just seemed weird because we where not allowed to to that. She said they paid extra and there was a camera in the unit as well. Well why do u need a camera in the unit of you ha e them in ever corner or hall of th storage place? Little writes to me. I asked to change units and I did. Came back to the new unit and same thing. My property where moved and the structure of my unit was different. Very strange and in easy. The workers keep saying no one can get in so it makes me question is it the employees who are messing with the units themself! After I complained manager was very rude and said I couldn’t do anything unless I had pictures. I told her yes and she got mad and Walked off. Why would you be so mad at me about figuring out why things are being messed with? I didn’t want to question any more and could tell she was not interested in my Issue the manager that is. Then they guy that helped me Saturday was nice but when I went on Monday to address my Fees still on there him hisself gor mad and said whatever and walked away.
