Horrible experience. Unacceptable after hours return process. QR code on sign for return takes you to EU haul website with no option to return the trailer and the link to download the U-Haul app just loops back to EU haul website eventually went to the Google Play store and downloaded the app and installed it which took the better part of 10 minutes once installed I could not find the link in the app to return the trailer after almost 30 minutes of trying to return the trailer I gave up and left and call EU haul 800 number the agent there was helpful in making notes on my rental agreement but it still took almost 10 minutes on the phone to complete that process so in total almost 40 minutes trying to return the trailer I can rent an $80,000 car and return it with fewer hassles than a rental on a 10,000 trailer I should also say that while in the app on my cell phone I logged in and the app showed no active rentals and no history of prior rentals so even if I could have found the return button it doesn't seem like you would have known that my trailer was there anyway in all a totally unacceptable way to treat a customer who's rented from you multiple times I will never run from this location again as the location a mile down the street is much faster and easier to get in and out of for after hour or even during our returns

Nothing, I have used this establishment numerous times. They are very professional and are willing to help you with any need you have. Every time I need to use UHaul I will always use this location.

Have more than 1 employee working. And why the HELL am I being charged to refill the gas when I'm already being charged $1.09 per mile I drive the bitch? I'm sorry. I thought I rented a U-Haul, not a Jew-Haul.

The width of the trailer is listed as 6 ft. However the gate only allows about 4 and 1/2 ft of width so this is inaccurate in many respects and very frustrating. Please adjust your description to describe the actual width of the gate that anything that was rolled onto the trailer would be to meet

Good customer service. I DID receive a different set of keys from what I was told I'd be getting in the app, so that was a bit confusing in the dark and rain to figure out...but so long as UHaul is okay with my taking a different truck than what they THOUGHT I had, no real harm done.

I had a one way reservation and the milage given was from uhaul branch to uhaul branch. They did not accomidate my travel to my pick up and drop off.

Hitch, chains, and electric plug were all up graded to top quality. Made hauling trailer much better experience; quick hook up and drop off.

Good customer service. I have rented here before. Only issue I had this visit, while helping hook up the trailer to my truck I fell on a sheet of ice. The entire area around the trailer was nothing but ice.

I never write reviews, ever. The guy who helped me was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and super speedy, as I was in a time constraint and he was very understanding of that and was able to expedite my rental and make changes on the fly. Great experience, will be going back to that location for all future U-Haul needs. 👌💯

Sandusky store has been 5 star in every aspect. I was please and grateful my box was placed next to my new unit...didn't ask was just done. 5 Star. Noted that dylueing my time to get new unit a crew was breaking down a display, Jan 4?. The crew was rude in deamor, and we're not taking any care to keep noice of metal structure at an acceptable level...literally dropping rails etc making sound to have my ears ring. I am a former Home Depot merchant, and now Property Adjuster...the crew was a ball of arrogance, not to be bothered with a customer in the store ... easily and professionally simply capable to minimize the noise and did not give two shits ... as Trump would say 'Your Fired' ... trash that crew UHAUL ... not @ your STANDARD

I wanted to have my policy renewed, but they wanted me to bring the van back to the location in order to do that. I explained that I was very far away and that I was going to keep everything the same, I just wanted to start my policy over so that I wouldn’t have to put it on my insurance because they covered me for 30 days. I called the main office and spoke to a lady who was extremely rude.

The contract was supposed to be terminated several months ago. My items were removed but some left behind. They said they would dispose for $50 as long as I signed a document. I signed it and emailed it back. They continued to charge for 4 months, making the bill over $500.00 and then sold off the miscellaneous items i signed for them to throw away for $10.00. Now they say they I owe them the 500. Poor business and I’m glad I have an electronic record. Contacting the BBB

The equipment was only available at this location which is about 35 to 40 min from my home. Would like to have seen it located closer to me. Also the time of return should be from the time you leave the lot not the time you sign the paperwork. There was about a half hour difference.

This is by far the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever used. All my furniture was in for over a year. When I finally was able to get it into the new house.. it was perfect.. no bugs, no mice.. thank you!!

Was told truck would tow, but trailer and truck tongue did not work together so returned truck an hour later because I couldn’t use it and was still charged $46.00. Seems a little unfair, uncaring and inconsiderate. Poor customer service. Have used in the past but not anymore. Won’t recommend either.

Delivery arrived on time, movers hired thru the app canceled the day before delivery. Scrambled to find another store but nothing was coming up on the app search engine. So I used the app to find the locations that worked my area & one of those companies squeezed me in.
