Exceptional. I love the 24 hours availability. Also, open on Saturday accommodate people working schedule during the week. Prices pretty reasonable and you get 1 month free.you can pay there and talk to a person without using a phone.

The facility made no attempt to clear snow down the rows in between buildings. We were unable to get close enough to unload our vehicle. In an attempt to make it happen we almost hit the building across from the unit. Thankfully we didn’t and left canceling the rental.

I had given the staff permission to save my card information on file, but I still called each month to pay my rent. I was disappointed when I noticed suddenly my card was being charged automatically; I had never authorized that. Now, we have moved our items out and returned the locks after my account had already been charged for the next month. I'm still hopeful I'll receive those funds back into my account. Also, lesson learned; only store in sealed plastic totes. The mice are relentless!

They started wrong on t h e mileage, not sure what a rental place expect from a truck rental, they want to do nothing and then want to charge $10 for a cleaning fee. Never has this has happened from other sites from Wahington DC, Virginia,Memphis, Dallas, TX. We use them for a lot of local rentals. If you Don't clean up something you may see yourself out of a job because there will be nothing for you to do. Keep that in mind.

With how many trailers they have on site, I agree with the manager that they need to have more than 1 pickup truck. 3 or 4 would be appropriate. Great experience, fast service and they met my needs without issue. If you need it for moving and storage these guys have it.

The personnel at the site are great uhual corp sucks. You take nothing into account when making a decision at at small town facility like this. Waited a year to get my rv inside and after a couple years storage you told me to get my rv out in a month. Having no where to put it I rented an outdoor space. Without a 110 volt to keep the batteries up they all went flat. So now I am replacing 1500 worth of batteries. I used uhual throughout my military carrier. I find the corp idea make more money regardless is a typical, "who cares about loyalty ".

Living in Houston maintaining a storage unit in Sedalia, Missouri was a bit challenging, but the staff was incredibly helpful the entire time I was renting there!

Pre check trailer lights blinkers ,signals ,brakes...etc had issues with getting right side of trailer lights to function and was presumed it was my vehicle with the issue however the bulb on trailer was never checked so I took it upon myself to check and change it after leaving the yard but overall I'll rent here again for sure

The U-Haul was not washed. Bugs all over the truck, it was severely out of line pulling to the left and had a bad exhaust leak. Needs to be checked out before driven. Also not wanting to start with key. Then when we said not clean for next customer, they wanted to charge us. No! Also check g in yourself is not right. Needs actual representatives. My rep in town was super but needs to be maintained.

Was a customer for 3 years before u-haul bought from previous owners. U-haul bought it and decided to evict us so they could convert our building into climate control and did not offer a solution for equal price we were paying. I felt we should of been offered 2 smaller units for same price were paying. Just another reason why ai hate and will always hate u-haul!!!!

Don’t be a single day late on your payments or you get a red lock on your unit and charge you a late fee and extra to take the red lock off. Will not be doing business with U-Haul storage again.

I rent it for 4 day it was supposed to be a 10. For 1995. They gave us a 15 ' for 2995 . Gave a 100. Deposit plus $15 insure. A day. Only put 16 miles on it and it cost another 119 when returned I don't think you should be charged 15 everyday. And I shouldn't have uo pay for a bigger truck then I wanted

I was evicted from my storage unit with no reasonable alternative. I had been a customer of Winchester Storage for many years, and in fact provided the design of the building layout to the previous owner. I am not pleased at all with U-Haul's actions forcing me to find storage somewhere else.

Your typical run of the mil storage facility. Plenty of space for moving a big 26' uhual around. Staff was cool, came in clutch when a particular storage down the road was unable to get the gate situation figured out. Over above average.

Only issue, 30 days notice may seem lot. However, since it was unplanned by us, to unload a large unit that had been ours for 3+ years is very difficult.

Worst experience ever! Since U-Haul took over operations from Winchester Storage, my account was messed up. My automatic payment was cancelled. Poor customer service. I emptied the unit and cancelled it, which took on a whole new meaning of frustration due to lack of customer service and communication. I still have not received any documentation from this company regarding my closed account.

I really have only rented trucks from this company. I had a storage unit at this location in sedalia. It was a local owned business at the time. I really try to stick with local. UHAUL is not that at all. Big corporate owed company. So I was not interested in keeping my storage unit there.
