All was well until I went to close my unit. I finished emptying and cleaning my unit before store closing hours. In the office were two ladies not paying attention to me or the time because the door was locked. They saw me but didn't acknowledge me. I left. The next day , I was treated rudely and abruptly. Good experience until the end. I close my unit a week early from my rent paying day.

Bad management Over all very dissatisfied will not use u-haul storage ever again. This was a brand new facility when I moved in on Easter week 2025 I am a very patient person but you have to wonder if the management was in over his head considering new employees needed guidance but he’s out on his skateboard

It was in n horrible shape, shook and pulled to one side at 40mph, the dashboard was so cracked you couldn't read the speed, gas levels etc, the wipers were dry rotted, the inside of the cab and windows were filthy. I have rented from Uhaul many times and this had to be the worst experience ever. I could not believe you would even allow a vehicle in this shape to be rented especially long distance. I spent years working for a company that did Uhaul and no way would we have ever rented a truck in this shape out- it would of been taken out of service for repairs and maintenance. I would be embarrassed as a uhaul center to even hand the keys to this truck to anyone. I have always used uhaul but I guess over the years the standards for your vehicles have decreased and with so many other options out there. Ai highly doubt Uhaul will ever be my first choice ever again.

David BStaff was not at the counter to help when we entered the store or dropped off the car. I thought the price was excessive. We paid a rental charge, then we paid a charge per mile (.99), and then we had to also pay for gas; paying all three is like paying a usage charge on top of the rental charge. There is pressure by both the website and in store staff to purchase the insurance since a lot of car insurances don't cover rental trucks. However, the truck was not pristine--it had a cracked side mirror, scrapes on it, and the insides were very utilitarian; all of this could be easily overlooked if it was a better cost value.
THOMAS MMy only complaint is that whenever I had a question or went inside to pick up my rental truck there were never enough employees. On more than one occasion I was told by multiple different employees, “I’m the only one here and it will be a couple minutes.” Not to mention the line I already had to wait in due to there only being one employee. And the 2 times I had to call no one ever answered the phone. Other than that the storage facility area is awesome and convenient. Lots of carts and big elevator helped moving in and out smooth. Had a 10 X 15 locker so I had a lot of stuff.

The desk clerk, Ann Marie was very busy and still remained caring and professional attending to each person's needs. The manager. Samson had an impressive degree of professionalism, kindness, and wisdom. He along with his coworker, Justus, helped me out of a difficult situation after a really hard night in a city I had never been in. They went out of their way to help me transfer my furniture from one trailer to another. They arrive quickly and we're very caring and expertly packed the trailer allowing me to finish my trip smoothly. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this location. It's amazing how one amazing customer service experience can impact us.

JEAN hShowed up at the pickup location and pickup time of 9:00am and the store was closed and no one there to assist with the pickup! The store hours were 7:00am open.. Called the customer service number and they assisted with the mobile check in process. The app did not allow me to upload pictures of the truck, so I had to call customer service back to have them tell me, sometimes that happens and they sent me a new link to upload pictures of the truck. I finally left the U-Haul place with the truck 45 minutes late ! Not the way I needed my moving day to start... When I dropped off the truck, the guy there who had to come in to cover for the missing persons who never opened the store was very pleasant and made the drop off a good experience. I would have rated one star, but the drop off experience was good, so two stars it is. Whoever manages that store needs to do a better job of being in touch with what's going on as no one showing up at least three hours after open and no one knows this ! So many customers were just standing around not knowing what to do.. Most just left.

David WI rented a car hauler trailer. This is the 3rd time I have rented this type of trailer. I find it disappointing that the only lights connection is the 4 flat type. Most tow vehicles/trucks that are big enough to tow this type of trailer (& car on it) have a 7 pin round connector. Either Uhaul should include a 7 round to 4 flat adapter with the rental or the trailers should have that type of connector! I had to pay $15 to buy the 7round to 4flat adapter....quite disappointing.

If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have gotten our truck. Had guys waiting at the storage facility to help us move which I was paying them which cost me extra money! Not very happy and deserve a refund!!!

THIS IS ABONIBLE AND UNCALLED FOR. YOU OWE ME A HELLUVA LOT OF MONEY AND COMPENSATION FOR STORAGE AS WELL.

Terry RI can’t say enough about How wonderful the U-Haul staff was. From the staff in NY all the way to SC. I would recommend them to everyone. Not only was it unbelievably affordable, they were very accommodating when we need more U-boxes. Drop off, pick up delivery and final pick up was smooth and stress free. Never moving again, but if I did, I would use U-haul all the way!

CHARLES SMy first time using this location which is also owned by the location I normally use. This is the best in the area! Large facility, large selection to rent and great hours. I have rented 6x12 trailers many times. It has been a while that I did not have to help hook up and disconnect the trailer. This finally happened yesterday and I am pleased. I will say the trailers are heavy and sometime a female can’t lift it and needs assistance. Why do the facilities not have access to the portable lifts that were used so many times in the past?

The only thing that i could possibly complain about would be, I was told the truck had to be back by 2:00pm as someone else needed to rent it. I rented the truck had it for 3 hours and paid $70 most rentals you are entitled to it for 24 hours. In this case I was so rushed to make sure I got it back in time for someone else to rent it. I’ll be sure to never rent under those conditions.

Never put my order in thank God I called the 800 number to find out what was going on because I tried calling three times to the store after I left so I can book another day and they hung up on me three times so they suck the lady that took care of me Saturday morning when I picked up the truck was a sweetheart. I had no problem with her. The other ones girl had dreadlocks in her hair that tried to tell you who it was, but yeah, she shouldn’t be working for you guys

CHARLES STOLD EMPLOYEE ABOUT TPS LIGHT AND JUST SHRUGGED IT OFF AND SAID PROBABLY JUST A TIRE A LITTLE LOW. WHEN I GOT HOME AAND SAW A $27 CHARGE FOR CLEANING, I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THAT THE TRUCK WAS CLEANER THAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP. SHE SAID SHE WOULD REVERSE THE CHARGE. SHE DID NOT!!!

Andrew CWas good till it wasn't. Had a question about the gear shift handle in a truck I rented. There was quite a bit of slop in movement. Brought it to the attention of the manager who was nothing but nice and helpful. There was a male emplyoee, around 35 sitting and the front desk who was asked by said manager to go check the function of the gear shift as I was concerned about it failing. He was visibly annoyed by doing this. He and I went to the truck, he sat it the seat moving the lever in a childish manner. I attempted to explain my concern to him and his reply and was much less than professional. Making statements asking if I was sizing him up. Will never again use your company.

On the last day that I was moving out,there was a problem with the automatic door opening. I went to the office to mention it to attendant. He came right out and figured out that someone had shut off a switch on the inside,locking the door. He turned it back on and everything was good after that. Very friendly and even asked if I needed help with moving anything.
