Not one issue for the 5 months we utilized the 2 storage units. Staff were friendly, polite, and never had anything but a smile on their faces, they all were super helpful any time I had a question. I truly appreciate all they did, and the greatness of this facility. Thank you!

I rated the way I did because they were knowledgeable friendly and helped out a lot when I was finding the right boxes and even had some for me to use and were very accommodating when it came to the specific unit I wanted. Was switched to another facility only to get Tianna and her useless supervisor on the line providing non customer services. I wasn’t able to use the selfie feature sent to me, both earlier that day at the storage or that night at the 2nd location… only difference is the guy at the property was able to use a work around and Tionna and her useless manager wasn’t willing to assist me after over an hour of waiting with all my belongings on the truck with the movers waiting. No access at all so now I have no movers a truck full of my items and no where to put them nor any way to get them off because I’ve already paid movers. I’m so upset and absolutely been inconvenienced and the last call of the night I received no results, and no positive out come. Someone needs training and these facilities need inspections because…. YUCK

Ronaldmark T | First ImpressionsThe people were amazing and it was nice and clean. the only issues I had were them not explaining how to open the unit (There was zip ties around the lock to keep it secure until the next rental), How hard it was to open (The metal pieces that slide apart to unlock it ended up getting a huge chunk out of my knuckle while I was trying to open the door and there were no first aid supplies around or even papertowelk in the bathroom so I ended up getting blood on the floor from my hand. Lastly the lock was nice but they did not tell you you needed scissors or a knife to open the package. Luckily we had one but not everyone does.

The unit size I requested wasn't available, but the staff was/is highly resourceful, knowledgeable, excellent communicators, friendly/courteous, and professional. The building and grounds at every point I've seen are clean and appear to be well fortified. I'm happy with my choice.

Received less than great service based on these experiences.

The items that were destroyed can not be replaced at least some of them can not be replaced . Consider that cost when deciding on a storage , they acted like it was no big deal when I told them about the problem.

One of the elevators was broken. Shutting down access after 10pm to the indoor facility did not match with my work hours and made access difficult. The operators at the generic/after hours number have no idea what they are doing. They could never help me.

I was never able to reach the store manager after multiple failed attempts. One of the representatives sent a text message to the managers personal phone while I was on the line with him marked urgent. I never heard from him and was never able to get a hold of him at all. And I lost all everything for $89.00 credit from selling it. It wasn't that I was delinquent in payment, I already knew this and when call I expected to hear that. But to tell me that I could still get my stuff and then not answer me back?
