MATHEW HThere are lots of doors to go into this facility. We didn't realize the customer entrance is the door farthest from the street. We wondered around for a few minutes trying to find staff before we realized where to go. More signage to direct customers would be helpful. Who knows, maybe we overlooked the "extra" signage? Otherwise it was a great experience.

FRANCIS SMake sure the key drop is clear. It wasn't clear on the directions in the app on where to put the keys. There was a key drop at the building but appeared like we weren't supposed to put our keys in there. All steps were very clear until that step. Thanks.
ADAM WHad to put a deposit on rental. Which is fine but it still hasn’t been returned to me a day after I rented UHaul truck.

Steven SI dropped off two hours before location closing. I parked in the drop off spot behind another person. I waited thirty minutes. I didn’t see an employee at that time. No one came out. I went into the store and no one was in there. Another customer was in there and said he had been waiting and never saw anyone. I did the self checkout and parked the truck next to other trucks hoping it was ok to park it there.

MICHAEL MOpen on time. If you say you’re opening at 9 instead of 8:30 because of bad weather, then you need to be OPEN at 9 or else I’M left standing out there in the bad weather.

DANIEL TIt was thin on staff. Had to wait a bit. But they did fine. Trailer relatively clean inside, not outside. But it was fine.
ALAN GNo. They were amazing. It was a rough day with uhaul, which has never happened. I had a lot of issues with kershners kn hastings. He tried, so I don't believe it was his fault, but his boss he was talking to. We had to get the truck jumped before he left, I didn't get the price I was quoted, and the truck died again when we got it back to grand island. However, there was a young guy that helped us that night, he was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The younger girl that helped us when we went to pick up the truck, was just as amazing. She was friendly and knew her stuff. I have never had anything but a great experience. Thus one not so much. However, the people at the locust location made it better.

THOMAS TWould be nice if trucks were equipped with cruise control. Driving 900+ miles without cruise control is difficult to maintain speed at one speed

JESSE AWas not given the dolly I rented so had to utilize the one that was strapped inside the truck and it was without the straps that I did not have as requested. Was very chaotic when returning the truck even though it was 4 minutes after closing time....
MICHELLE KI used the online registration process and it was a pretty frustrating experience. I watched the video provided to see what I'd need to do on the morning I picked up the truck and it made the process look very short and easy. In fact, there was a recommendation to get there 10 minutes early to be sure I'd be done in time to get my truck by the appointed time. Great! We showed up 10 minutes early. We finally left with the truck more than 30 minutes later. First, I didn't know I'd have to give names of two people to call. I see that now in small text online but it certainly wasn't part of the video. Fortunately, I knew of two people who'd be awake at the early time I'd arranged to get my truck. More frustrating, the app I downloaded told me the keys would be under the seat of the truck. I spent minutes poring over the cab of the truck. Finally, I went into the building where the attendant was helping other customers and asked about the keys. He turned around and grabbed them off a hook behind the counter. He said they never leave the keys under the seat and seemed aghast that it would even be a possibility. I went back to the truck to check on all the accessories I'd rented. They weren't in the truck. I went back and found the attendant again, who pointed me to where I could grab the appliance dolly that was supposed to be in the truck already. I loaded it up. I then realized I'd not gotten the extra furniture pads. Not wanting to go back and ask one more time, I just left. I don't know yet if I'll be charged for not returning the extra pads they didn't give me. The truck itself was great, the process for obtaining it was bad.

ARIEL CI had a good experience with one associate who helped set up the equipment, but I got a call the next day from someone else who sounded very rude asking where the keys were, do they not check their lockboxes before calling the customer with a snarky tone making assumptions? How awful.
JOCELYN AWe are beyond grateful for all of the help that was provided by the sales representative at the Locust location! Thank you for going the extra mile to make our experience even better (we could have not asked for a better way to end the year). Best of wishes for the coming year.

GERSON SThere aren't any other options so if course I would recommend it. I would also recommend that whatever price a person has in mind that they're going to spend, they should double it. The staff were nice enough, once you got their attention. They were very preoccupied and customer service is not at the top of mind.

ANDRIA CThe interior of the trailer was covered in a greasy substance. The lady who checked the trailer out to me acted like she would have rather been anywhere else but there and that helping me fulfill the reservation that I had made online was a huge inconvenience and interruption to her day.
TREVOR EThere was a funny squeak when it was moving under 50 m.p.h. Over that, it was fine. I told the attendant in Fremont when I dropped it off.

A single stretch of lights over each row of units could easily be installed at low cost. Access after office hours would have been nice too.

It only give you an hour during the week to be able to access your unit. I kept papers that were needed and it was hard to get them before a Saturday. Other than that , the service was good. Not sure the employee's but a young gentleman, couldn't have nicer or helpful.
