JEREMY TEverything was good other than the U haul truck rental itself. I wish I would have had the initial rental for 24 hours or 3 days since I had moved from Dallas to Oklahoma as it look longer than expected to take everything out. It took time and it was a lot of work therefore having it a bit longer without the extra charge would have definitely helped. I thought it was available since I had that time frame when I first moved from Corpus to Dallas.

Ryan CExplain rate options such as mileage. I paid 1.19 per mile on Friday vs. .89 or .99 on Sat or Sun. Therefore, I spent more on mileage and gas refills than rental. $19.95 rental plus $66.64 with other fees and tax. I ended up paying $98.92 for one outrageous day rental plus I put $20 gas, a little over what it had in. it’s kinda hard to put the exact amount of gas back in.
LISA CI did an online pick up and just needed to go inside to get the key, no one was in the store. I said "hello?" a few times and waited at least 5 minutes. I finally went outside to see if I could find an associate, which I did. He was chatting with 2 other people and I asked if I could just get my key, he said "i'll be there in just a minute" and I went back inside. I waited at least 2 more minutes and a different associate came in to help me. I use the app so I can have minimal interaction and it makes it inconvenient and unprofessional to have to wait almost 10 minutes to be handed a key.

PAUL KI originally booked my reservation until 9:00 p.m. and when I got to the store to get the truck there was an issue of some kind on their end. My online reservation was canceled and a new one was made without my knowledge. When everything was set I was given a time to bring back the truck at 5:45 p.m. and was not told that if I went over that time I would pay for two rental periods. I checked online and to have the truck for 24 hours. That would have been the same price. This should be explained to people upon finalizing the reservation.

Chad C | Overall ExperienceI think the vehicle should be full of gas so we don’t have to get gas before loading so we don’t have to worry about getting to the places we need to go. The check engine light was on and there was so much play in the steering that it was difficult to stay on the road. I will say that it was clean. And, I got an extra charge and I have no idea why. I’m would more than likely try another rental place next time.

WILLIAM BOn 12-18-24, I made a online reservation for a 5' X 8' trailer and dolly for 12-19-24, to pick up in the afternoon. However, when I arrived there was no record of a reservation. Fortunately, they did have the trailer that I needed. I had rented this same trailer a few days earlier for the day to move some boxes and furniture from my house that was damaged by the recent tornado on 11-3-24, to put them in storage. This has been a long process trying to move things out of the house and take care of other matters related to the tornado damage, including the physical therapy for my wife's injury during the storm. Renting the trailer seemed to be a little more involved than I expected, since my profile and drivers license, etc, is already on file in your records. Although the rental is for 24hrs, I am only able to use the trailer for a few hours, since I have been staying in a hotel since the tornado, and it is difficult to park my van with the trailer overnight at the hotel. So, I have to rent the trailer multiple times to get the moving completed. It would be helpful to have a way to streamline the renting process some, and even be able to rent a trailer for few hours at a reduced cost. I realize my situation is not your problem, but I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in this already traumatic experience. Thank you for reading. Rick Massey
RICHARD MAlthough I had previously reserved a trailer for the day, I had to wait about 30 minutes to get the trailer after I got there. Only one staff on duty, and if there is any customer being waited on, it can take awhile to get attention.
RICHARD MNo gas in the truck when I picked it up. Was unable to extend the use of the truck and now I sitting here waiting for the truck I reserved 1 and 1/2 days ago. Employees just sitting around without a care in the world. I however have commitments so I will probably use Ryder next time. Funny thing is I worked for u haul years ago and we didn't operate in this fashion.

MARK FTell customers that going two hours over the expected return time will result in being charged for an entire day! I would have figured something out had I known. My helper bailed and I had to finish unloading alone. I never would have rented from UHAUL had I know this fact. Plus I had rejected "SAFE MOVE" yet was charged for two days of it as well! I'll find a different means for moving storage auction lockers, this was way too expensive for my budget.
ANA CStaff was friendly but not always helpful. We had called to pick up one of our containers 24 hours beforehand and told them what time we would be there (a 1 1/2 hour trip) to pick up and they had no record of call. I was very specific on what time and what container we wanted to pick up. The 2nd time we called and gave them a particular container number to pull and have loaded on a trailer and got there and your staff had the wrong container loaded. I think that whoever answered my calls was unfamiliar with your system and just made a note on a piece of paper for someone else to handle and on both occassions never got handled or handled improperly.
MICHAEL DYou need to have your brakes check on your uhaul truck they are making a squeaking noise
JERRY LMy only complaint is this, I called two weeks ago to reserve a truck. I asked if I would get money back if I emptied my storage before my month was up. And I was told yes, it would be prorated. But when I emptied my storage, I was told no prorated rates. All calls are recorded, according to your phone system. You can check what was said. ALL employees need to know, give, and understand your policies. Other than being lied to or mislead, I was happy with u haul.

We didn't pay attention when we were assigned our unit, but directly above our unit was an air conditioner. We're wondering if condensation from the air conditioner dripped down into our unit. We would recommend your facility, but would advise anyone to double check the location before storing.

I had moved out the 22nd of March and here we are April 8th and i get an email which i replied back to stating i had moved out an took my lock the site manager again told me I need to remove my lock and advised me to use another company in the future, employees improperly train with a site manager whose un organized unprofessional. Horrible customer service will never use u haul again because of Kylie!

My items were forced to be left on the side of 59th in a parking lot unsecured for this reason I had to chase off a few tweekers from my trailer because of this reason. I will not be using this facility or uhaul anymore the lady I had to deal with needs to be put in check for how she approaches customers
