I had tried to cancel the storage unit over a year and half ago. I told them I moved and was unable to come back to the location and they continued to charge me.

Almost perfect short term storage enabled storage of excess belongings so that we can put our home up for sale. Definitely worth the cost and effort to declutter. Helpful local support for move in process.

With a stand alone facility like this, I may be a bit hesitant to go alone, particularly after dark. Otherwise it appears great and should meet my needs. Courtney at the Easton facility was very helpful.

The items I stored for 8 months have a slight musty smell. Also while this unit was managed by the East New Market it was difficult to speak to anyone as they seldom answered the phone.

Should be allowed to check out online since I was able to reserve online. Had to spend a lot of time calling different people to cancel the contract after I moved out.

I have had that same storage unit for 6 years. I did not appreciathen charge mextra fees. I moved in my new apt November and I made a payment arrangement and asked if I could pay by December 1st. Which I did. However, I was charged a late fee. Which I would like to be refunded to me. Then I was overcharge for the U-haul truck to move my things out of storage on Sunday December.3rd and not the4th and was charged $60 for 2 hours. I have been a loyal customer of U-haul storage. For 6 years. I am very disappointed in the customer service and management

Everything was great except for the billing. I had set things up for autopay and for some reason I was still being charged late fees. I would receive late notifications and then charged for late fees. The manager was very nice and helpful and the storage units were very clean and well maintained and lighted. Thank you

The online transaction was terrible! The process to pick up the truck NOT quick and easy. It took me well over 45 min to go through the online process of picking up my Van. From taking pictures of everything to unlocking the van key from the box. Not sure if it was rusted or the cold made it hard to turn. The upon return putting gas in the truck was terrible. I filled the truck til the tank started to click. The fuel indicator never moved! I am not sure if it was not enough gas or if it were truly full? After I park the truck and do the exit photos and dropoff procedure the building lights went out! Now its pitch black and I am the only one on the property! I am alone and I am a female in the country outside at night. I could not find the Orange dropbox so I left. I will be returning the keys during day time business hours.

It is unmanned and encountered difficulty completing the self chick-in process and had to call 800-Go U-Haul for assistance. Then encountered significant problem with getting key out of lockbox. Also fuel gage was about 11/2 needle widths above empty. On return again encounter significant putting truck key back in lockbox!

Definitely a good experience. The manager, Wyatt and his employee were great to work with. Our rental unit was clean and the area around was well lit. The temperature inside was comfortable with it being in the 90’s outside. I didn’t have to worry about our belongs getting damaged by the heat while they were in storage. We are renting a Uhaul truck next week and we would definitely use this company again.

After receiving my access code, I was unable to enter to building. My code was denied several times. However, I spoke to the manager Tammy and she was kind enough to give me her code until I reached customer service. After, reaching customer service, I was told that no one was at the building and I should receive a call back for my new code. From my understanding, this company is 24/7. However, it’s the next day and I’m still waiting on my call. No big deal but I would like to have my access code by Tuesday.

This facility is clean, well lite, climate controlled and conveniently located. There is no one at the facility so you are on your own. Overall, my experience was a positive one.

You request 24 hours notification for cancellation but when you changed my pick up location have less than 24 hours only to arrive at location to find out that didn't have a truck.

The ladies there are the best they made it easy the first time I had to get a storage unit and this time as well as when I needed a U-Haul always great service and was good experience. EXCELLENT!!

UHaul staff was friendly- the truck was easy for a lady to navigate/ drive, and the storage are was clean, climate controlled and well lit. Staff was helpful and overall I was pleased with the results
