I would never recommend your company—not even to my friends, and not even to my enemies. You seriously need to improve your service. I am very dissatisfied with you.

CHRISTOPHER JUnknowingly the truck we picked up from this location had some sort of leak as water flooded the base/ floor of the inside of the truck from the back to front , it appeared as if the water was coming in around the rear wheel wells. All my belongings got wet, luckily the majority of the boxes were plastic however it was very disappointing considering that the whole reason we went with U-Haul was to protect my belongings from the outside weather during the move

I purchased furniture for $150. Renting the truck cost me nearly the same amount! That's almost $300, sadly the trip itself cost the most. I will not be renting from U-haul again. Overpriced

RICHARD GGot a text after sign-up for an access code but they don't use the code there. Doors are open to anyone during business hours instead, office said they don't have the system in place? Otherwise really clean and nice facility.
Julien R | Online Move InBeautiful facility with excellent staff. The only disappointment is that you can only utilize one of four garage door bays because there are portable storage containers sitting in the other 3 bays, preventing entry for customer vehicles. Access to this area is really compromised, although it is touted as a selling feature of the facility. These containers should be removed. Similar containers were outside of the building in the parking lot so these ones should be as well. It was difficult to unload my items with all of the containers sitting inside the bays. It is such a large facility that you need all bays accessible, especially with the cold weather approaching.

Angela M | First ImpressionsThe equipment was ready when promised. It was serviced and fully functional... The people and service at this site was great. It is unfortunate that I had to make a 90 minute round trip to rent the equipment. I had tried to rent from U-Haul locations in Sackville NB and Amherst NS, both of which indicated that they had the equipment available (online booking), once booked (a week in advance), I was contacted indicating that the nearest location with the requested equipment was in Moncton regardless of what it indicated online. Had U-Haul's website been accurate, I would not have been frustrated with the additional time constraints and additional costs to pickup and drop off the equipment.
ANDREW SIt would be perfect of the 10' vehicles had an easy ramp to use as well. I did reserve the 15' due to the ramp but it would not fit in the driveway so I had to switch to a 10' and no ramp. Which made it very hard for my husband who is 63 to lift things to load.

Alan DThe people were very friendly and helpful in person. The equipment was in very good shape, clean and well maintained. The billing however was a nightmare. We originally had a rental in Miramichi which was switched to be from Moncton, 1.5 hours away. We were not allowed to return it in Miramichi either resulting in another back and forth to Moncton, 1.5 hours each way and a day off work to return it. To add insult to injury, the Moncton location wanted to raise the price from $400 to $1300, $1500 if I wanted to drop off the rental at the Miramichi U-Haul location. It was Michelle in Halifax that was able to set things right and walk me through the process to get the equipment back and correct the pricing. If not for Michelle in Halifax, this rating would have been POOR!

WAYNE OAll of the information given to us regarding access hours was wrong, which caused us some issues when we couldn't access our unit when we had planned. Uhaul support was supposed to put us in touch with the manager to get access, but we never got contacted. There were 2 other families there at the same time with the exact same problem because the provided access hours were incorrect. Exterior of the building also very clearly says "drive-in storage", but it's definitely not drive-in, you park outside and cart everything in...

Yves BI rented a vehicle for 1.5 hours and drove 3 km to Home Depot and back from 25 Trinity Dr in Moncton. On my way back, I filled 3 liters of gas to be on the safe side. I was unpleasantly surprised when I was charged for an extra 8 liters of gas. The desk service assistant claimed she saw it on the fuel gauge that way. None of my arguments that this was impossible under any circumstances were heard. The fuel scale on the issued document did not match the actual fuel gauge on the vehicle's panel, and it does not reflect the real quantity of gas in the tank. The personnel at this location did not address this issue and used it to their advantage. I have all the supporting documents and will file a claim. Alex Osteen alexosteenca@gmail.com

INDERPREET SI booked a truck 3 weeks in advance only to be told a week before I moved that the employee didn't even reserve a truck for me. I had to go trough the entire booking process again just to be told the day before they didn't have a truck for me. They had a van ready the day after I was moving.

KENNETH DI made my reservation online for a Pick up truck with an 8' box when I got to the location to pickup the truck, I was informed that they no longer have pick up trucks in Atlantic Canada. Why wasn't I informed with a phone call prior to going to pick up my truck? The pick up truck was the BEST option for me as I was going to carry a specific product in the truck bed. So I was stuck with a 10" box truck, AC wasn't the best and the temperature was extremely high in New Brunswick , Nova Scotia and PEI. I also questions the rates being charged for the KM ,$0.99/KM. The young girl at the counter informed me that , based on the KMS i would drive, the $0.99/KMS would go down, probably closer to $0.39/KMS. She said that the computer would figure it all out and give me the lower rate. Well, when I returned the vehicle after my 4 day rental, it cost me $1,161.28. (including taxes) Contract # 79920361 I questioned the gentlemen at the counter about HIGH rate and he informed me that he wasn't aware of any lower rate per KM program. So, I have 2 major concerns, I didn't get the vehicle I booked online for my rental, no one called me to inform me that you didnt have a pick up truck available and the cost was way too high. If I would have known that you didn't have what i needed I would have tried to make other arrangements. I have used U-Haul before and had a great experience. But, now I'm not sure I will again and will share my story with others. I look forward to hearing from you Robert Christopher 289-213-8667
