It went well till the end, I had used the services on different aspects , storage unit and uhaul truck.. so i spent a very good amount, so with that I brought them a profit , spent over $700..well when all Said and then on the very last day the storage unit had a door problem.. it could not open or close..it had a spring broken .., it happen so sudden..can't even give to an explanation why.. it was like that when we open it. So I got a staff member to look at it.. he said dont worry about jt.. he will take care of it.. it was pur last day of using it..we took out everything and clean it. So I called and spoke to the general manager of the valley hi location Kelly Delgado.. I had remembered that I spoke and told her we didn't need the unit anymore, she said all I need to do was to keep the lock and clean the storage.. so it was done.. she calls me a month later about late payments and blan blah blah .I was like are u crazy, I have already closed the account.. what are u talking about.. well she was giving me late fees , late check out, then she ask me about the door..she was trying to keep me liable.. so I wanted to just move on.. this was a unessasary experience..stressful, I had already moved on.. and she wss harassing me.. I paid for the spring o..but this was the lowest of the low ..is this how desperate uhaul is to make money...Seriously!!!!

JACOB RThe lady on the phone, was very good. However the people at the stores could use a little more customer service. I had to go from one store to another. The first lady wouldn't allow my mother to use the restroom. And then I had to get the truck from one location and a dolly from the next, that was ok. The guy who put the dolly on at the second store didn't seem to know what he was doing. I really suggest having some more experienced workers who install the trailers. The guy seemed unsure of himself which made the situation even worse. But all in all it was a good trip and a great experience!

MICHAEL JThe units need a light inside or the hang down fluorescents could be a little lower so it reaches all of the area in the unit. Otherwise everything else was great and the staff especially Nicholas @ 7747 W US 90 was top notch with his knowledge and customer service.

John LWe needed to rent a small 10' truck to move an antique grandmother clock. While the personnel working there were very friendly, we did have an issue with the truck itself. The visor over the driver's seat was not working, and so it made driving on I-410 a little bit of a challenge. But, we have used U-Haul many times before and this is the first time we had an issue with a given truck.

NICOLE GLet me tell you about my whole experience. First I called the store but was transferred to some one out of the store due to employees being busy. Understandable. Mike who picked up my call answered all my questions and was very friendly. I got to the store in San Antonio and the gentleman that was at the front desk (curly hair, beard, and cross piercing) not friendly. So much so that I actually had to let him know that I could tell he was not having a good day. Called him out on it which was not a pleasant experience, and after that he changed. Shouldn't have to have done that but I wasn't staying quiet after having paid a premium for the equipment I was renting. Very knowledgeable individual but bit moody. He should get tips from the gentleman at the Harlingen store where I dropped off the equipment. Super cheerful guy helpful, didn't even let me park the equipment said where I was was perfect and they'd move it. Wow! Top notch customer service at Harlingen on Morgan.
LUIS CI didn't like the last minute requirement to have renters insurance. Complete scam, dishonest and manipulative business practice and i hope someday there is a class action lawsuit, and corporate executives are sent to prison. Free Luigi.

CHRIS SWait times were extremely long to speak with an employee. I waited in line for 20mins before it was my turn and only one person was in front of me. It seems short staffed but when it was my turn, the employees were professional and got me on my way.

Dedrick JPoor Customer Service. When we arrived in store for pickup at 10 am 2/7/25 2 employees where present....noone acknowledged as for over 8 mins....apparently they were having an issue with computer system....employee apologized and mentioned she had some personal problems going on in addition to computer issues. Today we return the vehicle 2/8/25 @10 am.....our receipt has not been emailed yet. This is 2nd time renting from this location and our last. We are always satisfied at other locations Blue Sky, Postal Hub, Goin Postal, Crystal Clean......

Lance M | Overall ExperienceI only had one issue, and it was not the fault of U-Haul. I rented an appliance dolly and didn't really inspect it, I was expecting an appliance dolly with the rear wheels to rest the weight of the appliance on, the one really big difference in an appliance dolly and a regular dolly. Again, I should have looked closer. Your price was excellent as I searched online and found only one other place renting appliance dollies. Home Depot rented them for $24 for 4 hours where yours was $10 for 24 hours, an excellent value. I would recommend you get appliance dollies with rear wheels to rest the weight of the heavier items it is being rented for.
KENNETH WDo not change the drop off location after the equipment has been rented. It was very inconvenient to have to drive further to drop off the trailer!

JUAN PNeed to change this dimension on your site "Inside dimensions: 12'3" x 6'4" x 5'5" (LxWxH)" it is only 11'6" long. Really made it difficult to move the items i had that were 12 feet.

ROY PI was told I can't use a temporary driver's license even though it specifically says you can on the website. And they couldn't tell me why other than it's the managers decision. For a company that deals with people that are moving you would think they would let you use your new paper license that you get when you move to a new state. If it is a valid government document it should be accepted like it says it is on your own website.

I told them I would need 48hrs to rent a truck and I would be there they agreed and said they would call me with a time and date . That never happened , not only did we lose our furniture pictures adoption papers but all of my NAVY documents, I'm retired NAVY and all of my things I have collected for over 23yrs is now gone somewhere and no one can give me any answers these items CANNOT BE REPLACED , I just want our things back , can anyone help me ???
