Keionne was not helpful on my first trip to use the unit. He didn’t offer to show me how to get in and out. I got in but the next time I came I was locked out. He said I had to sign in at the ALARM SYSTEM. which thought I did. He did not explain there were 2 different key pads to do. And he acted like I asked him to walk 100 miles in order to show me.

ALBERT KTook 6 months to get the lights fixed in the row I was in. Need more entrances options. Was told I could use any padlock of my choice, but I was recommended a disk lock. Ended up using my own lock and then a month later when I went to get something out of my building, it had a separate lock on it so when I went to the office to found out why they then told me I had to have the disk lock When I was originally told I could use any padlock of my choice. My unit was in the middle of the building, so it was not convenient for me to walk all the way back through the building and up to the office.

They could have at least warned me ahead of time instead I’m sitting there trying everything to get the door to go down all the way.
CRISTINA WThe trailer had the graphic pealing and cracking, the hardware on trailer was very rusted and hard to use. The roll up door would stick every so often in the up position by the latch. Did not hender the use to where it was needing fixed but had to unjamit out of the top a few times.

Because the manager,, is a disrespectful woman because she lets anybody go into the storage units when they're not only account after. She stole the actual owner of the storage units key and key card, or they can't even get in there. And when you try to talk to her about it, she wants to get mean and rude with you.So I'd advise anybody not to deal with her

ROY WAfter sitting with the equipment after a break down for almost 4.5 hours between road side service and a tow truck the following morning they tried charging my card 24.95 then an hour later tried charging me 245.00 with no contact or explanation why then after contacting there office I was informed I would be charged 100 for a key fob. There was nothing wrong with the key fob the battery was dead there roadside service person decided to take the fob apart with a large pocket knife and caused damage to the fob that I'm expected to pay for not sure how this works but these people are charging crazy amounts of money with no explanation will be contacting the BBB to file formal complaint

NANCY RRented a 6x12 trailer on 12/10 around 10:30am extended the rental for another day cause of the snow… returned the trailer around 1am on the 12th so 2 day rental. I was charged over $90… and to top it off I rented the trailer to move stuff from my barn in Versailles ky to my storage facility in Harrodsburg Ky and after I loaded everything up I rent to pull off my husband called me as I was pulling out of the driveway to tell me I there was no brake lights on the trailer or turn signals… so I had to unload everything back into my barn… but I don’t understand why I was charged $92 when it should have been a total of $63.50
BRITNEY GThe truck was hard to drive changed gears hard, windshield wipers on drivers side would not clear windshield during rain.

RICK VI was really disappointed to find out that I could have kept the van for another 3 days and drove it another 350 miles especially since I have another reservation for Monday using the same van I may only need it for Monday and it should have cost me nothing more than I have already paid but now it looks like it is going to probably cost me over 100 for the day
RICKY GI was supposed to pick up the truck at 7 when they open. Doors were locked and finally an employee showed up to open at 9:15. He was very rude and never apologized for being over two hours late to open.
Grant HSmall town behavior for the first weekend of the month meant a longer wait for service. That included a person only wanting to pay the storage rental on their way to church. Perhaps adding an additional clerk for he morning could be arranged.

DAVID WLuckily my husband check the tires at a truck stop in Missouri and found the tire ready to blow out. We waited a hour to get the tire fixed. Thank God my husband checked had he not We might’ve had a very different outcome in this. These trailers should be checked before you risk someones life in giving them an unsafe vehicle.

As a result, we had to wait a long time to return the trailer, actually unhooking and leaving the trailer ourselves - with consent by the lone worker.. She was pleasant, but overwhelmed.
CHARLES RI’m grateful that storage was available in Versailles. Extremely surprised that it turned out to be so convenient. I felt secure leaving my possessions there. I would especially like to thank Jonathan for bringing me up to date on improvements at the facility in Versailles. GO U-HAUL!

KEITH FI reserved the Uhaul online and was told a certain price but when I got to the location it was a higher price. Found out later the agent added ins that I didn’t want. The employee that hooked up the car hauler to my truck didn’t know how much air was supposed to be in the tires and that tells me that he didn’t even check the tires.
DAVID GThe receptionist/ on site office woman was GREAT. Detailed, attentive, knowledgeable, informative and polite. Our first appointment was postponed as installer could not make it. We rescheduled asking what time would be best. I arrived at designated time and receptionist had to call installer twice . He finally arrived. The installer, 1.5 hrs late. Grumpy and gruff.

The access control was a bit redundant with checking in but then needing to card in and out. I did find one roll up door open when I arrived and nobody was using it. Apparently loaded/ unloaded and got in vehicle and left the facility.

DENA MI truly appreciate what your team did for us. We had one storage unit and realized it was too small and we needed a second. They were able to accommodate us and give us one close to the first. They even listened and understood our concern about how our trailer was broken into on the way to Kentucky and recommended a better lock for us. Thank you for helping us! He was borderline incompetent and the simple questions I asked, he didn’t know the answer or even tried to find out. I wouldn’t hire him to be an employee there yet, a leader or manger. Hopefully he was just wearing someone’s shirt that said “General manager”. The female employee was super helpful that was in there.

Sue O | First ImpressionsUnfortunately the locker 1495 at 501 Mercedes road the locker itself had not been cleaned the floor was very very dirty with blood and feces on the floor I made a point to tell my service guy there that he should call the police because the locker look like a murderer and took place in that locker otherwise everything was absolutely perfect it was just that the guy who went back he saw that there wasn't a lock on there and he didn't write it up is what he said he did not raise the door to see if the locker was empty and clean and when I got there with my stuff and raise the door it was pretty much horrible I took pictures and took and showed him and then send them to the app the U-Haul out for it asked for such stuff okay thank you very much.

The employees were knowledgeable - my only complaint was that the storage unit was located on the complete other side of the building from where my truck was able to unload which was designated spot for customers in uhaul. It took about an hour or more longer than we would have expected to unload due to this hurdle. I suggest maybe making another entrance for customers or telling them ahead of time this process if applicable - but overall I appreciate the consistent wonderful customer service uhaul offers- it’s refreshing -

james a | First ImpressionsEverything has been spectacular and way above expectations aside from one minor issue we ran into. When we signed up, there was a promo for a free lock. The confirmation email for the rental said that we could proceed to the unit and the lock would be waiting for us inside. When we went to move in all of our belongings, there was no lock to be found anywhere and we had to drive across the street to Kroger to spend $16 on a disc lock ourselves (we were there after hours). Aside from that, we have loved everything about the rental and property.

Rose and Jonathon were also there and were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jonathon volunteered to take us to the units and explained how to access the building. He was extremely efficient and took pride in his work. I didn’t realize at the time that Rose was the manager. I asked him if this was his store. Mike was from another store (he had told me this) . He told me that Rose was the manager and she did a great job. He said he had been there a few months but has expectations to move up within the company. It’s not often to see an office filled with three smiling, efficient, and very capable people! I know Mike was just there temporarily but with Rose and Jonathon there -this location is sure to thrive!! I was very happy with the help he provided. I was extremely pleased with the experience!!

Once the facility is completed, it may be a great place but currently, there are several inconveniences which lead me to not recommend it. First, there is only one door into and out of the storage facility. It is easily blocked when someone is loading/unloading a truck making it very difficult for more than 1 group to access the facility. Second, the access hours are quite restrictive (9-5). Online it is advertised as 24/7 access which I understand is planned but it should not be advertised until it is available. The website also advertises storage units size 15x10 which are not actually available at this location.
