linda t | First ImpressionsIt seemed as thought these people were trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me by changing the pick up point from one 2 miles away to one more than 5 miles away. Not much in a huge city but a town this size, that's clear across town. On top of that, the gas tank actually read 5/8 of a tank of gas, while their paperwork said 3/4 of a tank. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
LISA AThe access code for the gate that I was given would not work on the gate so I had a difficult time getting in and if it hadn't been for the maintenance workers I wouldn't have been able to get in because it was a Sunday
