I feel like the u-box experience has caused unnecessary stress. When we moved from BC, we called asking if same day pickup would be an option. We were told yes, but we didn't get same day pickup on either move-out day or move-in day. We were called the day before our move and we're told they didn't have enough staff to bring our stuff over on the day requested... 1 day notice is not enough. We also asked if we could get it a day early instead, and we were told no. Eventually, U-Haul agreed to allow our uboxes to be dropped off via trailer, which I appreciated, but it was much more of a hassle to unload. I don't feel like I should have to do extra work for U-Hauls lack of planning. I'm moving again next year, and I won't be using u-box for this move. I just feel like things are done too short notice, especially when there's other moving pieces.

Everything needs to improve. The price doubled after they were collected. I was organizing for them to be delivered to my property and they told me they wouldn’t be here until the 12th oct. when I was told they wouldn’t be here on the 6th. I kept calling to change my phone number and they said they couldn’t but they took a note of it. That was all lies from them. As on my final call to them they told me there were no notes. I will never be using U-Haul again or recommending them to anyone.

The U Haul location in Innisfil, Ontario, Thomas, explained everything to us, made it very easy for us to get the boxes and planned the drop offs. He was awesome.. everything was very smooth. I am very thankful..
JUDITH JOur containers were arrived before our arrival great service and very convenient. Only thing that needs more attention is Uhaul app it’s very complicated in terms of your request updates.
