When you return 2 days early you need to refund those 2 days. Renting a trailer was way too expensive.

Staff were great at assisting us through an emergency. While moving our equipment my daughter was injured and we had to go to the ER. We did not get to finish our task due to this and the following day we had a snow storm. The staff were understanding and able to extend our rental until it was safe for me to get out again, thank you to all of them for their great professionalism and customer service.

Fuel light was on with 47 miles to empty! The turn in location is to be commended for rectifying the situation. The truck gas gauge should be full when rented and returned full.

The hookup tech DID NOT check the taillights, he checked the brake and signal lights, but did not ask me to turn on lights. A slight oversight, but later that night it became apparent that it should have been addressed. after checking connection, it appeared to be my tow vehicle connector. All else ok.
