Great location for me and the guy who helped was excellent.
CARY SVery upset with how my family and I were treated. Uhaul staff lacked care, concern and basic customer service. Behaviors by the staff were passive aggressive and rude towards us. Staff even shouted at us when they realized the wrong trailer was hooked to the truck insinuating it was our fault that they wrote up and hooked up the wrong trailer. There was zero interest by staff to ensuring our family was setup for our rental move needs. All about the money and not the customer.

STEPHEN SDid not get the name of the gentleman who helped us, but he was absolutely horrible. Did not know what he was doing. He was confused. We ended up spending over an hour just to pick up a tow dolly. We will be looking for another location to go to.

JEFFREY VIt wasn't this exact location that i'm rating poor for. It was Uhaul run arounds overall. Changed our initial reservation to a different day, time and location. No heads up or phone call. If I had not Called them we would've never know and I had to call and have them change it back to a location closer to us and for the correct date. They then said we couldnt pick it up til 4 hours later than the original pickup time. We get there to pick up the rental and it's not there. Had to call a second time to which they sent us to this location in Lynnwood 20 min away. Once here, pickup was very smooth and agent was very helpful and friendly and apologetic. Gave us a discount and a free uhaul dolly rental. But overall this put us back an entire day of moving and it was super stressful and exhausting with all the run arounds

JOHN GThe taller clerk was rude and unhelpful and should not be representing your firm, did not get his name because we were so caught unaware, I was so displeased with him, and he did not help us set up the car and made us drive off the lot to finish setting up my car on the trailer. My brother-in-law said he did not even hook up the trailer appropriately, was rude and probably in his late 20s or early 30s. I am sure his name is on my invoice. I'm sorry but you should not have someone like that representing your Business. I was so upset I was telling everyone about the Lynnwood location and to not do business with that location. At the drop off location I reported that to them. one angry customer for your Lynnwood location, Arthur Gutierrez.

BRENT SLot is difficult to navigate pickup and drop off.
Jason WDavid was good but one of his team, a guy with the beard was uneasy to deal with. I hope he learns how to communicate with customers.
NATNAEL TWhen I dropped off the truck I returned the blankets I bought and was informed I’d be charged $25 if I didn’t fold them. Excuse me? You mean you don’t wash them between customers? That’s disgusting! Why does it matter if I fold them?!

JEFFREY MI was not given equipment at my chosen location. Had to drive an extra 20 miles, which cost me for your convenience. Agent would not let me load car in his lot so was unable to help me get it in the car carrier-I had to do myself across the street at Costco. Service was too thin on the ground, and lots were overloaded.
ELIZABETH BTruck had a low tire sensor warning. Attendant checked the tire and the pressure was ok. Should probably get that fixed. i was offered a different truck but didn't want to hassle with that.
MATTHEW MThe prices that are being charged or outrageous when I can pick up a trailer and Warrenton, Georgia and take it to Seattle for less than $500 or around $500 plus a amount of a few and for the same trailer to rent in Seattle and come back to Georgia would cost me 1905+ tax and insurance is outrageous

ESTHER MThe Hwy 99 location is clean and easy to get too. The reason for this very poor review is because the new management doesn’t allow daily guest parking and instead recommends the Costco parking lot across the highway. In order to get there one has to cross a very busy 5 Lane highway and there are no crosswalks. This creates a highly dangerous and unsafe solution that could get a person killed. I’ve used this location in the past and had no issues, but I understand New Management is recommending staff members offer this solution. There are no other parking alternatives on or near the location, so I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you have at least 2 people picking up the rental.
PHILIP HThere’s nowhere for me to park when I came to rent a truck. They told me I had to park across a major highway and had to cross six lanes of traffic at my own peril.. Then when I got there, they didn’t even acknowledge that I was even there when I was told by the directions to go to the front of the line and pick up my keys. They ignored me. I’m very unsatisfied
Christina SI wasn't feeling comfortable when the person who helped me processed the pick up UHaul truck. Also, the person asked me if I am deaf when I drop off the U Haul truck. I think you need to train your staff how to treat the customer who are different better. Thanks.

CARL TWhen I rented the truck, the store manager told me if I brought it in just a bit below the 3/4 gas tank, he would not charge me for it. When I went to go drop it off, I was a smidge below and the guy who checked me out charged me $8.25. The issue was not the money but I felt it was an unfair practice. He also told me that the miles were way passed what I paid for but thankfully I had taken a picture of the miles before I left when I got the truck and was able to see I was actually 1 mile under what I paid for. I was pleasant to the guy but I felt he was trying to take advantage of me. I have rented trucks from this place about 6 times before and I had been happy, but this time I don’t feel like I can trust the new people managing it and working there. It is a shame. I likely will not be back.
SORAYA VVery unclear pickup instructions. I received an email saying to pick up the vehicle from an entirely different location than where the app told me to go. I was told I would need three forms of ID, including my drivers license, a secondary contact, and my lease agreement. Spent time getting the lease agreement document saved on my phone, and then I wasn’t even asked for the third form of ID. Horrible waste of time, I would not recommend the self-service system to anyone.

SHAWN HAmazing service!! We were denied at a closer location. So we traveled 10 miles out of or way. Only to be faced with a huge line. Apparently Lynnwood is the place to go. I should say we wanted to rent one way travel. We were moving from edmonds to Lacey wa.. First stopped at the smoke shop on hwy 99. Where I booked my truck rental. Only to find that the don't have any one way trucks available. And for so reason my reservation was not known.. sow we were directed to the Lynnwood u haul. Where I was greated with a smile and understanding. As he worked two stations at a time and being able to facilitate not only mine but another customer. He was also getting phone calls and booking reservation. I believe his name is Daniel who works out of your Lynnwood store.. thanks to him our experience was flaw less. Even though my first choice was un willing to give me a vehicle for one way travel. I will never go to the smoke shop on hwy99 again in Washington state.

Paulos DNo parking on the lot is not convenient, they give you the keys at the counter and tell you to look for the number out on the lot. Normally they would have a small area to park and bring the truck out for you and have it ready to go.

SERGIO DMy rental truck was blocked by line of trucks parked for cleaning. I asked the cleaning person to move truck so I can get on my way. His response was "I'm not magician, you have to wait until I'm finished". He turned away and continue cleaning. I went back into office and receptionist moved a truck, so I was able to leave place. One bad and one good person there makes average services. Plus blankets I have ordered on-line was not provided.

Leonard JEmployees were great. Management sucks. We were told we could not park on the lot but instead had to cross a busy 7 lane highway and park in a different businesses parking lot! This is in the middle of a block with no access to a cross walk. I’m sure this is illegal on your part and forced us into 2 illegal J-walks across the highway. I won’t return.
