beth dOur experience with this facility was very frustrating due to the staff and lack of communication. When we moved into the unit last year, we had booked way in advance to have a 10x10. When we arrived, we were told that a 10x10 wasn’t available so they stuck us with a much more expensive 10x15 unit. We waited for over an hour after being treated very poorly by a specific staff member. We were told we could contact management regarding our unit and despite many email exchanges, he didn’t even offer to help us. Even during our move-out, the staff was unfriendly and blatantly rude to us. It’s not often that I feel this frustrated by a business, but this experience was truly bad.
Robert W | Overall ExperienceI called the store to find out how long it would take to have a trailer hitch installed and no one answered. I called the 800 # and she was helpful, but couldn’t answer the question. I went to the scheduling section on the site and scheduled for 0900 (the woman on the phone confirmed it was the earliest appt.). The next day, upon arrival (at 0900), I asked how long it would take trying to determine if I find a close coffee shop to hang out in or if I should Uber home. I was told that the installer doesn’t arrive until 1030. Then why have 0900 appts available? It was suggested that I Uber home, which I did. At 1110 I received a text that my vehicle was ready for pick up. 40 minutes. It would have taken me that long to cross the street at that location, let alone get a cup of tea someplace. So, I got another Uber to get my car. I am now at $60+ for a totally unnecessary Uber round trip. When I arrived to pick up my car, I waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me. During that time, the one person who was there to assist at check out called out for assistance and at least 4 employees came in and chatted with the man at check out. One who had the title “owner” on his name badge. No one even asked what I was there for. I do not recommend this location!
Veronica KOur initial rental in a neighborhood location failed (no staff were present on site despite it being 9:30am and that was our reservation time).. We had to call customer service and we were quickly transferred to a larger center about 15 minutes drive away. Upon arriving to that center, we were assigned a truck that gas meter was on "Empty" and staff there explained that they were having issues with local delinquents siphoning off the gas from their trucks. The cargo section of the truck was also covered in a noticeable layer of heavy dust and grime. We requested and were given a second truck, which had a smidge more gas (a small tick above "E") which thankfully was cleaner in the cargo hold. We drove it to the closest gas station on the route to our moving site and filled the tank with about 8 gallons. Meanwhile, we were delayed to arrive for our moving crew. We initially scheduled truck pick up for 9:30 am 10 minutes drive from moving location, and scheduled moving crew to arrive at 10am. Due to all the truck delays we experienced and having to stop for gas, we "ate into" our moving help time by about 45 minutes. The employees at the North Lynnwood location were matter-of-fact about the gas issue, and it appeared as if this has been going on for some time. No active service recovery efforts were made on part of the staff other than to acquiesce to our request for an alternate truck. Although Uhaul credited me $50 for the initial unavailability of the truck we reserved at a different site, between lost time and filling up the gas at the beginning of the encounter I "paid" about $90 in lost mover time and $40 in gas. Based off this experience, I will not be reserving or recommending UHaul in the future.
Rae NMy original reservation was with a location at 915 Elgin Bay, Everett, WA. I arrived at the location and there was no one there. I called U-Haul and was advised this location decided to close for the day. I had a 9:00 AM appointment. It wasted my entire morning. If things had not gone better with the Lynnwood location, I would have decided to never again us U-Haul

NORM LUpon pickup of vehicle I waited for at least 20 minutes for someone to talk to me. There was only one employee in the store (already helping someone) but another employee came in and out of the store a few times. She was the one who helped me when I dropped off my vehicle. There was something happening at the store during the pickup time - police were involved and talking to other customers. Not sure if that had something to do with the delay in my service.

SHARIFF CAt first it seemed like it, ended up having such a confusing then becoming homeless didn’t make it any better. Ended up getting on customer service, getting help and being guided did make the online reservation easy. They got to really see my need; The Manager Made it happen for my family. Truly blessed My family by giving me discount.

VLADISLAV VFirst issue was when I rented I was told online that the truck and car hauler was available at the same location. Days before that I was notified that’s not the case and would need to pick it up at two different locations. I called one of the two Lynnwood locations and spoke to a lady that explained the why. At no point was I told that because I was picking up at two locations that I needed to have the 26ft truck with me when I picked up the car hauler. When I showed up to pickup the car hauler I was told they would only connect it to the U-Haul and not my personal truck I had with me at the time. Massive inconvenience and I was never given a good rationale for this other than they wanted to verify it was hooked up properly. But common sense says I would have to unhitch the trailer to load the U-Haul anyways so why would this make a difference. Instead I had to go home, drop off my truck, bring the U-Haul all the way back and hook it up only to finally be done. No one told me the wrong info, I want to be clear. But also no one told me any type of expectations, no one apologized or offered any alternative options outside of I had to waste more time in the moving process to go back home, get the truck, bring it back to be hooked up, only to go home and unhitch. Certainly we can all see how this makes zero sense.

Don SDo not remove boxes from storage location in contract. I had NO idea my undamaged ubox had been moved over an hour away. I had to wait 3 DAYS for access and then waited 2 hours past my scheduled time which screwed up the rest of my schedule. My ubox experience has been an expensive nightmare, which resulted in excessive damage WHILE IN STORAGE. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Casey HIn the beginning of rent the tank was almost empty. I didn't check it in the beginning of rent. I drove 35 miles only. 35 mile cost around 3 gallons of gas. 35 /12 (miles per gallon)= 3 gallons. How do you charge me for 8 gallons. I also paid for 5 gallons of fuel using my money ($25). I don't agree with your bill, and I asked your manager to review it. It was not done. Please return $48 back to my credit card.

Rodrigo OCirina and Shana from the N Lynnwood UHaul Storage delivered three very clean moving containers. They called with their ETA. They were prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. They explained how to access and use the containers and next steps after containers have been packed. They both made it an easy and enjoyable experience.

TRENT CSenior discount would be nice
MARK CI had to travel 3 trips of 25 minutes each way for an extra UBox to fit everything (more volume needed than estimated) but the experience of adding an additional UBox was smooth at the origin facility. Destination delivery date was exactly on the monthly renewal day even though the box was delivered to the local UBox facility about 5 days before. This delay felt purposeful and when a day earlier was requested the additional charge would have increased the price by 250% (did not opt for faster service). Final delivery and rental charges were mixed up with multiple charges and credits; resolution of this is still ongoing as of 3/30/25.

Mike MI had a bigger unit booked and couldn’t get it because someone else had left their lock on it and they only had the smallest units available. Because of this I had to get rid of my furniture and some belongings. I was very sad about that, but other than that the app was easy to use to pay. Everyone was very nice (except for the guy in a black cowboy hat) he wasn’t very helpful.

JEREMIE SWhen I returned the van I was asked if I wanted a receipt to which I said yes. I expected the receipt to come out of the mechanism that was used to check in the vehicle. It wasn’t and so I had to go inside the store and then had to wait in line (while at the same time looking out for my Lyft ride). Perhaps there could be a central printer that both cash registers can be hooked up to so one does not after to wait if one has customers and the other does not.

STEPHANIE TThere were issues with the server/website. Our reservation was supposed to start at 8am, we left at 8:50. We were giving the wrong dolly, and since they inputted the information of our reservation manually they asked us when we were going to bring back the truck. Our original reservation was for 6hrs which would have been 2:30 drop off, upon returning by 2:30 looked at the paper they gave us and they typed in 8:30pm drop off but didn’t tell us about that. When we dropped off the truck the person who did the drop off inspection had to go and come back two times and then took my paper with the info that was typed up earlier because the computer was saying that the truck that we had had never left the lot. The whole drop off experience lasted about 25 minutes. Overall wasn’t a great experience and would not recommend from this location. Rented from multiple other locations and never had this experience. Would have thought something like a discount would have been in order for the situation. Every staff member that was observable minus the person who did the drop off inspection was unprofessional. (For instance there was a guy moving trucks back in their spots and honking at a guest that was in their car waiting for the guy who was helping us during check out)I feel like there should be some kind of training or protocol on the occasion that there is a system failure. Where the guest experience isn’t hindered and, if it is the situation is made right for the guest. Because our time is valuable

GARLAND MMy UHAUL BOX got to it's destination sooner than expected, most everything arrived in good condition but yes I could have used a couple more furniture pads. I really do like this service and will continue using it until I have moved everything I need to. The destination in Williamsburg is much better for me and Jimmy the guy who delivered my box was very informative and prompt when delivering the box and when picking up the box. Thank you Jimmy.

KRISTIN EI kind of got the impression from the person helping us that either they were having a bad day or hated their job. I was not given all the information about drop off (where the after hours key drop was, or that the QR code was to download the app, I was just told to “Scan the code to return”). I was also not informed that I would get a link in the beginning to check the vehicle. Fortunately I stopped less than a mile away to leave my car & looked at my phone to see the text about pick up condition. It was at this time as I was checking the vehicle that I noticed the hood to the engine was not completely closed. I’m so grateful I realized this before getting onto the freeway. This lack of communication could have turned out very badly. I completely understand people can have bad days, & if that’s the case, this employee should have been supported. If it’s the other, & that the person that helped me that day, hates their job, well then that tells me a lot about the company they work for. Fortunately for you, I’m a smart & observant person & a kind human, so I don’t plan to retaliate. U-Haul, take better care of your people, please.

(Nothing changed so not sure why it wouldn’t open) we had to pay a locksmith $100 to come cut it off which did not seem fair at all. Not sure it the combo locks are faulty or what happened. Also the employee never told me to check out or I’d be locked out. This was my first storage unit and I was not given any details about checking in and out.

Lisa was kind enough to Apologize about what had happened which she was at the Property at the time. For the amount I was paying and how the lot was for each vehicle to park it is not organized. I found a brand new, much nicer and more convenient Storage unit for less monthly, but the same space I had at Uhaul which makes me so glad to leave this place. I wouldn't recommend this location (North Lynnwood) to anyone because the Staff needs better communication and friendliness. Other than the Staff, it is a great place to have a Storage Unit. The main issue was Staff are parking in the spots that are made for Customers only. Which is not good Customer Service. In the end, I'm done at this Storage place and for possibly giving future recommendations for Storage here, I most likely won't have good reasons to give. Thank you for your time.

Megan M | Overall ExperienceJake, manager, was great. Very professional and supportive of our needs. Website, not so much - 10x10 unit was indicated as available at this site. I reserved it weeks in advance, only to find upon arrival, that they only had two 5x10 units available. This was the website glitching, not the management of this site. The spacing is inadequate for our needs. We have no alternative, so will make do as best we can. I suggest UHaul develop some sort of high rise kits to allow customers to utilize at least part of the "air" space in these small units - like a storage bunkbed platform. I am disappointed in that the smaller spaces will not accommodate our furniture. I have no way to put the height of the unit to use. Despite that, the staff at this site were wonderful and helpful.

Dealing with contracts takes quite a a bit of time so the wait could be lengthy even for more minor matters. Phone calls were usually referred to the national help line but for some things such as pulling a U-Box to pack, national could only leave a message. Most of the time that worked

Cameron L | Overall ExperienceSo I have had the storage unit for about 5 years now. I was moving out of the storage unit 11/24 when I arrive to the facility and all the parking spots were taken up. The parking spots for cars and also the parking spot for larger trucks(where you can load and unload your items conveniently) were all being used. I was not expecting that it would be busy the day after Thanksgiving but I was wrong. The truck loading area had 3 spots for larger trucks. 2 of the spots were taken up by Uhaul trucks but with that being said there was 2 Uhaul trucks backed in to the spot back to back So the there was actually 4 Uhaul trucks in 2 of the parking spots that were for larger loading jobs out of the 3 spots that they have available. The third spot had a car in it. Let me say first I was in a Penske 12ft truck not because I wanted to use Penske but Uhaul didn’t have any vans available for rent so I went to Penske because they did, just to find out day of move that they did not have the smaller van that I originally wanted so they offered a truck at a discounted rate when compared with Uhaul at that time was cheaper. - I Digress With no where to park we parked in what I would think was a Uhaul spot for trucks that are waiting to be rented and no one to ask I walked in to the shop and ask someone behind the desk ( there were at least 3 people behind the desk at this time- 2 of them were helping people.) where should I park this 12ft truck to load my items. I was told at this time to park next to the fire hydrant which was closer to loading spots but it would of been in the way of other trucks and cars coming in so we just parked in the spot where we originally parked and went along with emptying the storage unit. There was plenty of trolleys to use so three of my friends and myself grabbed them and was able to empty storage unit with in minutes, and I go into store to tell them I’m moving out. Which was easy and fast, but while I wait for my receipt I over hear a customer stating her concerns that why isn’t there any parking at this time. I hear this older lady say she lives in a 500 hundred square ft in law suite and this storage unit is where she places all her extra items and that she had been here for years and that she has never had a problem getting parking. ( I have also been here for years and also have never had a problem) I then hear the staff member behind the desk state “ management has told us to park in the parking spots and if the space was needed they were told to then move their(staff members) cars.” When I walked into the shop originally looking for parking not one person that sat behind the desk offered to move their car but I was shown somewhere else to park by staff member which i felt was not a safe place to park. I felt for this lady and her legitimate concerns. I also felt that they could have noticed this lady having to use the ramp with all her items managing her stuff going down the hill and at that time move their car then but nothing was done on their part. Turns out they were not busy they just limited where people who have units can park to one which was inconvenient to the one person who was there to use it at that time. I was able to manage moving my items but I also had help from friends this lady was by herself. I don’t understand why Uhaul even had 4 Uhaul trucks sitting there not being used with one loading lane which that lady was using, and staff were taking up the other parking spots , But hey I’m not meant to understand everything. Storage unit was always easy to use, clean, well lighted I always felt safe using it. Had limited interaction with staff members so I can’t really say a-lot about that, besides yesterday’s encounter.

The lady that called me said I don’t know what to tell you we don’t have your card on file and we show you moved in on 9/4/23. Um what?! We have been there since 2013 you can look at our ledger that shows we have been there that long and had automatic withdrawal for our rent. She had no record of this and now I’m receiving a move in survey so we are very concerned that our belongings were removed. We will be there as soon as we can to remove our belongings.

When I arrived to this location on move-in day, I was told that the app doesn’t work because the staff at this location don’t have a sufficient system for keeping track of which units are occupied or not. Which seems silly - seems like a pretty important part of running a storage facility. Anyways, the staff member was nice and offered me two storage units of a smaller size, but this was not feasible with my furniture shapes. They were not helpful in providing alternative solutions outside of this, and seems quite confused about the process overall. Possible that they were a new employee, though they didn’t say so. I ended up securing a unit with a different storage facility. But what’s most frustrating is that I was driving a U-Haul truck so I was paying for gas. I wish there were a sort of reimbursement or consolation for folks whose reservations aren’t honored day-of.

I observed these staff members working together as a team; which helped the customer experience better service. I also observed the staff asking questions if they needed help serving their customers. I felt that the respect the staff showed to each other, reflected back to the customers.

I have used them twice now, and the service was excellent both times. The staff weren't afraid to ask questions to their peers, and it was good to see the staffing working together as a team. I also recommend you book what you need in advance, the early morning line is usually long, and sometimes they run out of what you want!

Theres a large sign saying 1 month free when you rent a truck, one employee told me yes it was fine if I had a uhaul from another facility, another employee told me no and there was no manager on site. When I told him that maybe he shouldn't call black women monkeys, he just laughed. Awful experience and I won't be using this storage much longer.

While Kaine the “owner” was helping me, someone else came and told the same guy who made the mistake to help me because Kaine was desperately needed. But I didn’t want the help of the guy who made the mistake. No remorse either by him but he’s probably right about it being the computer. Oh and one of the lady workers was being disrespectful to the manager in front of customers. I don’t know what happened before but when I came in it was a lil tense and now uncomfortable for everyone who heard and saw the ordeal 3. Went in to tell them I can’t fit my stuff as I originally ordered a large and Philip (I think was his name) was not helpful as he was the one that made the mistake by giving me someone’s else’s unit. I told him I need another unit and I would like it free of charge (I thought it was fair given the situation but I admit it was asking a bit much especially with this staff) He told me he gave me 2 units free as if he was doing me a favor so I just asked for a manager 4. Kaine was definitely helpful giving me the 3rd free and being kind but I can tell he’s way over his head there and I think he just needs training to manage his team and store better. It looks like this location threw these untrained employees there and said “good luck figuring things out” 🤦🏽♂️ Anyways I was able to finally leave, after returning the truck (after waiting in another line of course) 4 hours later 😎 (wasn’t all their fault as I had to load a 20” truck but the lines and giving me wrong unit and then 3 different units not next to each other but close didn’t help) I’m done 😅

Alfred L | First ImpressionsAbsolute nightmare experience here. Came to load a U-Box container after spending 2+ hours loading it in 90 degrees and driving almost an hour to get there. When we arrived, we were told "their warehouse was closed" so we could not access the UBox, but we were there 2 hours before closing. Absolutely NOWHERE is it posted that their warehouse closes at 5. I checked all emails, google, uhaul websites, even my contract. When the GM was contacted, he in a matter of seconds basically said "too bad" and there was nothing they could do. Ended up needing to leave the truck there overnight and return (almost an hour away) to load it into the ubox the next day. Had to rehire help to come again a second day (after paying an hour the day prior just trying to get this situation resolved - none of which was spent unloading the truck). Then drive to return my truck, then BACK to Lynwood store (in a $75 Uber) then drive my car BACK to the city where the truck was picked up. Because this was yet another way they were unable to remedy this. Not to mention it's Mother's Day. I've now spent 4 hours today finishing up a job that could've very easily been done in the hour we wasted in the store yesterday being told there was nothing that could be done. Overall, this costed me 2 additional hours of help ($100), a $75 Uber, and roughly $20 in additional gas making additional trips to Lynnwoood and back from seattle - so a little over $200. Not to mention the additional 4 hours spent finishing this up on Mother's Day. Kaine did the best he could with the situation but this was abismal. Uhaul needs to make this right. Or at least make your "warehouse hours" visible somewhere if they are different from your store. And communicate with your customers paying you over $1000 what time they are able to use your services.

Now that they have additional space to the south of them for some of their rigs, it is SO much easier to get in and out. Everyone was awesome to work with. Both with the renting of our unit and trucks, as well as working with us on the financial end. We were there much longer than planned (3 years vs 1 year), and they were with us every step of the way. I highly recommend this facility: for the storage, rental of vehicles, purchasing of any supplies, and the awesome team of personnel. Thank you!

One thing more, you guys should advise us customers if the facility you're directing us to has a storage unit if you presented that as part of the deal. I was directed to U-Haul Everett thinking they have storage when in fact they didn't, I even witnessed another of your staff there getting frustrated with another staff right in front of us customers. The handy guy not the manager was helpful enough to direct us at Lynnwood and when we got there, there goes another experience. You've got serious problems with your staff here in Washington, seems like they don't like what they're doing and I guess your company needs to sort them out. Facility wise it's ok, clean and accessible, no problems with it. Pls do something about your staff, very unprofessional.

One example is regarding partial month rent when warranted and the other was a major problem at another U-Haul facility when they were unable to deliver a long planned move and with a last minute notification, caused a potential disaster of a situation. The wonderful staff worked it out for an alternate plan but it was one of the most stressful situations I have ever had to face.

John M | Online Move InTo start off my experience with this location Danielle, the GM, called me saying she doesn’t have the 6x12 trailer I reserved because she didn’t want to give me what she had for the length of time I needed it. She then sends me from Lynnwood to Kenmore for the trailer. Which, when you ask her she swears she has nothing to do with my contract and my reservation was never at her location it was at a different one. Which is entirely incorrect. I would love for someone to listen to the audio recordings of her calls to me. She also called me to verify the storage unit I needed and said it’s available and ready for when I arrive. Well, when I arrived I found out she had canceled my reservation and had given the unit to someone else with the excuse of “you reservation isn’t valid until you’re here in person.” So what reason does one need to make a reservation if it’s not going to be honored even after they call to confirm it’s available and ready for move-in?! Well, when I was at the location to get checked in Danielle ends up being the one to setup my check in and do my contract. Which this was an entirely unpleasant situation too. She kept stopping what she was doing to walk off and help other customers just leaving me at the counter without even saying so much as “sorry” or “excuse me.” No respect or manners at all for the fact that she was assisting me. On top of the fact that Danielle swears she has nothing to do with my contract yet the contract says otherwise, not to mention the video recording from when I was in the location. I also was never allowed to sign the contract and when I mentioned this she said it didn’t matter, which I know isn’t correct. So, then I get to the point of not wanting to give any of my money to U-Haul ever again because I’m owed over $600, I make an agreement with Danielle to get my things out and not pay the recent months rent. As my girlfriend and I are trying to get my things out the rest of Danielle’s staff decides that they are going to harass my girlfriend for money every time she goes into the office to get the alarm disarmed because Danielle refused to activate my swipe card to give me access to my unit to remove my things. She made us go in the office to get it disarmed. Which was an entire ordeal. Jessica, the assistant manager, is by far one of the most foul humans to deal with too. She was extremely rude to my girlfriend every time she was in the office. She flat out refused to disarm the alarm and said we had no choice but to set it off and deal with the noise. Which to a disabled veteran with tendinitis like myself those alarms are dangerous and damaging to my physical health. I’ve had a migraine since 2/16 from those alarms going off several times for extended periods of time. All of this is for certain not how U-Haul wants their company represented I’m sure. I do know that the attorney I’ve hired is very much on top of filing the lawsuit to retain all of the email, phone, and video records of my experiences with U-Haul to get all my money back I am owed as promised by this company and we are pressing charges for the harassment and abusive nature of the employees.

Well I got a phone call from someone at the location saying they didn’t want to give me the trailer they did have on lot however if I wanted to go to another location 30 minutes away they have one for me. Due to not wanting to deal with not having the trailer I reluctantly took the option available. They didn’t tell me it was just a dealer at some tiny little market in the middle of nowhere. Which was massively inconvenient for me in every way possible. Then, a few days later I get a call to confirm the storage and size I needed, with being told it would be available for me and I was very clear about the days possibly moving. I was told it wasn’t an issue. However, it became an issue. My reservation was canceled and the size unit I needed became unavailable. Which the manager told me, “making a reservation doesn’t guarantee availability.” Then why on earth was I called and confirmed for unit and size?!?! Why was I told it would be available?! This isn’t even everything that happened regarding U-Haul. This is just the one location. The dealer even messed up in allowing me to tow a trailer without having the cables to connect the lights. Which I would love to get reimbursed for. Doesn’t include the previous U-Haul location accusing me of stealing equipment that didn’t belong to them, as well as not giving refunds promised. I was told by customer service that someone would contact me in up to 3 days and it’s now been over 5. I will keep bringing this to U-Haul attention until someone does something.

However, when I arrived at the facility, They not only did not have my reservation, they didn't even have any large storage spaces available. The counter rep was rude and did not offer any help. As a result, I was forced to get a small space to unload my current truck, but was unable to continue my move. I was then forced to get a space as Public Storage, and in effect had to have two storage facilities for 2 months. Terrible coordination with the Uhall corporate reservation system and poor customer service. I will never use Uhall again as Public Storage was cheaper and more professional

Steve B | First ImpressionsWe drove in a Uhaul truck for 9 hours for this move. As time was getting tight, we called the office to understand how we could get into our unit If we arrived after hours. We were told that they couldn’t help us and that we needed to go online. We skipped all other stops and arrived at 4:57 - three minutes before the office closed. As I walked in the office manager told one Employees to lock the door before anyone else came in. Then he proceeded to tell me that he could not help me and that I needed so go online. I stood in front of the man and stumbled through the online experience. I received my access code and went outdoors to the keypad. The code did not work. I went back to the office and knocked on the door. I told the manager that the code wasn’t working. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that rather than using my security code, I could just wait until one of the others moving in opened the door. He said that without the security code at the front door, and alarm would go off when I opened our unit, but to just ignore that - it would go off in 10 seconds. The only person at this location who helped was Jade. After the day manager left, she came out and helped us with the security code and gave us their cell number for text questions. I have security concerns about this location. Your office manager is a very poor representation of the company. He is a deterrent and I would warn people to use one of the many other storage options in the area.

Michael S | Overall ExperienceWe were helped by a manager at the facility. He was very helpful but we ran into problems with a unit that was locked that shouldn’t be. He said he would give us a month free because of the Hassle. But at the end of our visit I realized that he didn’t know what he was doing ( not to mention also on prescription drugs because of a surgery and at work...). He could not finish our transition that day for some reason and said that I would get a call the next day to finish the transaction and it will be all set. I never got a call. I have a busy schedule so this is not something that is top of my priority. He said he would get it fixed for me and yet he never did. A week passed and I didn’t get a call so when I had time I would call into the store but no one would ever pick up. My boyfriend tried calling as well and would be sent to an external number. We then received late fee because we didn’t pay our bill but that wasn’t our fault. The only reason we got this issue solved was because we drove all the way back to the uhaul store and talked with the guy who was supposed to fix this issue weeks ago! This was the worst customer service I have ever experience. First off, your employees should not be working if they are on medication and supposed to be home recovering. He probably messed this whole situation up because he wasn’t thinking straight. This has been a very poor experience. I am upset that I could not even get ahold of a single employee who works at this location on the phone, I had to drive all the way back when I was told I wouldn’t have to and it would be worked out. I am very very disappointed and do not see myself recommending this location to anyone I know. I have never had this bad of customer service at any other uhaul location.

KARIN F | Overall ExperienceThe only place to access a ramp is always blocked by signs and advertising trailer making it near to impossible to back a trailer in. The storage and return vehicles constantly blocks access to ramps especially low ramps convenient for trailers.the back entrance is always blocked by a truck preventing you from coming in from the other side which would make it somewhat easier to back trailer in. When you do get backed in return trucks constantly block your egress and it is difficult to get an employee to move them. When a load was getting away from me on a truck an employee refused to help and let my load fall over then refused to give be me a hand righting it. Another person at the loading dock actually helped me. Staff was constenty dismissive and slow. There is not enough staff for work load. A couple times homeless in facility asking for access to the bathroom. Definitely not impressed with the lack of customer service especially for the exorbitant rates charged.

I'm a swing shift employee and found it rather irritating that, due to #U-Haul and their view of this community, I have to earn 24hr access, on an unknown scale of trust. The rates are... OK at best. The employee I dealt with was a very good person and helpful. *They will treat the space as if 12' in ceiling height is useable space.. just saying.
