Tatiana did an amazing job. She was personable, very knowledgeable. This associate provided a tour of the facility, and i even referred a friend for future business based upon her great service. She did a great job and she is 9 months pregnant. 10 out of 10.

KC G | Overall ExperienceIn a phone conversation with a representative at SW BLVD location in KC, Ks, the individual answering the phone was very distracted and I felt I was bothering her when I asked to speak to a manager re: my bill. When the site manager answered the phone, she was very blunt, was not customer-friendly, was not very kind, did not want to listen to my points about the late billing which occurred due to the change from the former company to U-Haul. As a result, I decided I didn't need to use that site any longer and as soon as possible, made other arrangements for storage.

This appears to be the way U-Hail intends to market this location going forward, which will hinder my desire to continue business once my paid contracts come to term.

Call you guys and you guys hanged up, couldn’t be unlocked until Monday couldn’t grab my stuff
