The hours to get into our storage is crazy the door is always locked then we have to go get someone to let us in an to close it should be a key they give everyone to get into where their belongings are

My whole storage unit was covered in mice haven't heard in a minute two years ago feces. My bedroom and living room furniture was mildewed due to the feces. I'm completely disgusted!
