I found signs of mice in my storage unit. There were Styrofoam pieces like snow in one corner. Despite that, I would recommend this unit.

The truck that I used unfortunately the seat lever didn’t work to move the seat forward and I’m short so that was a safety issue for me because I couldn’t buckle my seat belt or be closer to the steering wheel,also I couldn’t make adjustments to the mirrors to be able to see better but other then that I was definitely pleased with Kristal the young lady that helped me through out the whole process very friendly and helpful

I had reserved both and when I picked up the truck neither wrre available. Had I know I would have planned for it. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful. The truck was clean worked great.

I then had to get a second smaller unit through a different company. We never received a pay code for the movers. Then they just said they were raising my monthly rate. Never again will I use Uhaul.

Have tried calling multiple times and keep getting an automated “we are experiencing difficulty” then hung up on. I will go buy a lock for the storage unit, no problem. But thinking one is already there then taking a load of items over only to discover no one available and I can’t leave anything was very frustrating.

The lighting down the storage rows was poor or rather absent and it was almost impossible to get a live body to communicate with for any matters.
