I have never been able to get ahold of anyone at this facility. I’ve been locked out of the building before and have not been able to reach anyone to help. I’ve got one 10x10 unit at this facility and needed a second one and wanted to get one close to my first one. Tried calling for 10 days, the main office tried calling for days, even leaving an urgent message with the GM to call, and still…no one ever called. I’ll never rent here or at U-Haul again. Worst storage experience I’ve ever had.

Nobody was at facility. I was unable to get into my new storage unit. Called several times and ever was told I would receive callback and did not. I have been unable to place my items in the storage unit!!!

She gave me a storage that already had a lock on it, then she sent me on a goose run without a map to another storage where she gave me two small units instead of one as I had requested. Her mouth got slick with Nero whom followed me to the storage to help. She was on her phone watching videos and eating her Beria tacos. I was so livid and frustrated. I had to keep giving her my same info over and over again. She inconvenienced me and caused so much stress.

We had to go to a different location to retrieve the access code and was told the lock would be on the floor in a package inside the unit when we entered. Had trouble finding the unit, and no one was in the office during the office hours over the course of two days. Finally found the unit, but it had a LOCK on it, and no one was available to let us in. After calling around, we were told that we had to go to yet another location to get someone to ope the unit! Exhausting! We just canceled the rental instead. Too many hoops to jump through and too many numbers to call to get customer service.

Like yeah I'm stupid for not seeing it but also it doesn't look like it would be a keypad. Also please answer your phones. But the staff at the store were very friendly and helpful. Other than the obvious user errors I'd say U-Haul is 10/10
William N | First ImpressionsThe address on my email did not match the address on the building. We arrived with movers (at $275/hour) to find that the code that was emailed to me did not work. So we drive up the street to the U-Haul in Buechel and the person there discovered that our reservation was cancelled by the U-Haul storage place. So he redid the reservation and was able to get us a new code so we could get into the building. That cost us an additional $275 because we had to pay the movers while we went back and forth between the two storage facilities.

When I rented a unit, I had trouble opening the door and no one was there to help even though it was during regular hours. On the day I moved out, no one was there and I was unable to return my remote during regular hours. I was also unable to complete the move out process in person because no one was there. When I attempted to complete the move out process online, I Haul tried to charge me for an extra month. You shouldn’t post office hours if no one actually works there. Trying to complete the move out process was a huge inconvenience when it should have been simple.

Miscommunicationall of this was the Louisville Kentucky locations. I was dissatisfied with the service rendered as well as speaking with Gen. Mgr. Diana who informed me that All was well and if there were any issues to let her know. I told her that I would be calling her back if there were any problems she said please do so well it started with her where the ball was dropped. I also spoke with a Ricardo in the call center at about midnight 1:00 in the morning Sunday and he informed me that the ball was dropped and he will be sending an email to General Manager Diana. This has been the worst experience ever with you all from the beginning when we picked up the truck in Jacksonville the truck was wrecked on the left hand side by the wheel so my driver had to put a tire zip on it in order to drive it. Also the trailer was not tested with the truck and therefore the blinker was out on the trailer right hand side. This was just one thing after the next they didn't have my reservation till Sunday. Then once the truck got in Louisville my mattress was soaking wet because it rained and there was a leak in the truck if it ain't one thing it's 99 I would really like to be compensated for all my troubles in fractions and inconveniences.
