I would like to give a special thank you to Sugar Foote for his kindness and efficiency. He was approachable and was very helpful in the midst of a difficult transition. The staff over-all were kind. I really appreciate it. Storage facilities carry many memories and things that people are still trying to process, let go or keep for a future vision. You never know what a customer is going through- so you never know how far a moment of your compassion, understanding and empathy can reach in the midst of a customer’s hard time. Sending blessings and gratitude to all who work there.

It's always where I choose to store my belongings, through the years Best place, best spaces, best equipments, and best people. I am very pleased with Uhaul. Shout out to the Burien crew.. There's 1 foot puddles of water you have to deal with but that's only a problem when it's raining.

Had to pay for an extra months rent even though we had moved out. Units are hard to get to. The unit rented to us was infested with bees and did not have a lock. The next month we got emails and letters of collections because their system is messed up.

Storage hours should be later than store hours for the people who work late

The unit we got was infested with bees. There was no lock and we had to fight the bees to put on our own lock. Then we ended up having to pay for three full months even tho we moved out a couple days after two. Will definitely tell others to go somewhere else.

The reason for my two negative answers are that I was uncomfortable with someone else having the keys to my storage unit. Additionally, the location and lack of secured access caused me concern. The staff was awesome, as was every service I was provided! I would definitely recommend it as a location for truck rental.

My schedule pick up for truck, the only problem short staffed, so the wait was a little longer than expected but other than that Seth apologized for the wait nice person.

Uhaul has always been my go to storage place when I move into a new home. I love the convenience of getting into my trailer, and out, immediately.

Overall, expected experience for the price I paid. You get what you pay for. I visited the location a few times for my storage, and one of my employees is annoyingly incompetent. The main office was being renovated, so a bunch of customers were standing outside, and the incompetent employee walked by us a couple of times and never let us know we had to check-in at the garage, which would've saved the customers several minutes of waiting for nothing. To the employee's credit, how can you expect more out of him when his own management can't even make signs to tell customers where to go. Secondly, when I got unit 337, I saw that the vent had been ripped off with a screwdriver so that some junky could reach their hand in to grab stuff to steal and pawn for heroin. I was assured that the location's management would patch the vent up so that my storage unit would be secure. After storing my belongings at this location for almost two months, management never patched up the vent. Luckily, nothing was stolen.

We had a relative (nephew) move our items out of our storage unit. From interacting with Michael and his team when we moved things into the unit, we knew we could trust them and that they would also be flexible with these arrangements.

The staff was outstanding & super helpful. I'm not a huge fan of the 'trailer van' storage units. I was under the impression that these units were part of a bigger building, so that was a little unsettling especially because of the crime in this area. The only other complaint I have it not being able to reach ANYONE at U-haul on the phone. Your online system works great and I'm thankful that it all worked out. But not be able to ask a person a question before hand was a little unnerving.

Your staff is typically amazing so you must be doing something right! However, they seem to operate with little supervision and little training and few processes. They had no idea how to handle an upset customer (me) when I came in after my unit had been broken into. They need more support there. All they did was look uncomfortable and shrug their shoulders.Whoever the woman was that proactively reached out to me and finalized my move out was especially helpful the past few times I was there. I wish I knew her name. As far as the facilities, they are are dirty and stinky and messy. I wished we had moved out sooner.

Someone broke into my storage and manager is rude and doesn't need the job. Please watch your cameras

I emptied my storage unit and closed account but staff did not close account. Just found out I have a late fee. Terrible service will not recommend to anyone

I hauled this trailer from FL to WA state and the trailer pulled very nicely the entire way. The staff at the delivery location were very helpful and curtious, especially the manager Linda Price.
