KENNETH GThis is a busy store! I had an appointment to have the wiring installed on my vehicle for Sunday Morning at 9:30 AM. I arrived a 9am, hoping to get an early start, nope. The technician didn't show up until ~10am. he was scheduled for work at 9:30. Once he arrived, he was attentive, performed the work admirably, and was done in less than 30 min. Kudos to him for working the job quicklyl. Having used U-Haul a few times over the last 3-4 weeks, here's my observations. - employees are not sufficiently trained, they don't thoroughly understand how to use the U-Haul application on the computer. This leads to one employee constantly asking another (who is most likely helping a customer) how to do something.. Effectively, they then are both inefficient in their customer service. - I've heard (and witnessed) the U-Haul app that they use on their computer, fails, glitches, or otherwise konks out on them. The result is, they have to re-type, resubmit, all the data they just had in the system. Customers get tired of the interruption and having to provide their information over and over. AND, the system doesn't seem to be user friendly. The employees either need additional training, or U-Haul should re-envision the application to make it more employee / user friendly. - U-Haul's propensity to change the pick up location causes customer frustration. Even the folks that scheduled their equipment on-line, often get a message from U-Haul that their pick up location has changed. I got a text and email. I called and questioned why, it was resolved to my satisfaction. however, today, I observed two customers that either didn't get the messages, didn't understand, or didn't read them. Their satisfaction level was quite low. All feedback is for the betterment of the U-Haul service, and to provide coaching moments for the individual sites. PAUL HPlease make sure the trailer is hitched appropriately. My trailer was not properly secured onto the hitch. I am very thankful nothing happened, and I am grateful that the store manager personally came to assist me with attaching the trailer. Thank you for the help!!

GERALD FHave someone there that knows what to do when renting out equipment.I made a reservation on Sat and it took an hour the next day to get the van.She couldn't find the key so she finally gave me a different vehicle and had to go back through all the steps again before finally another associate stepped in and helped her out.I had workers waiting on me for at least 30 minutes which were on the clock.This also happened the 1st time I used UHaul.Please train your associates correctly before turning them loose on their own.

HENRY CVery bad experience returning the trailer. I was told I had from 7am to 7pm to return and that was not the case it had to be back at 12:30 one minute later and it would have been another 20.00. There employees need to get the facts straight because I was at work and had no way to get it back at that time so I had to mess someone else day up to get it back so it didn’t cost me no more money!
