I rented many times from u-haul over the years, trailers, vans and trucks. l had a storage unit for over a year with u-haul and paid timely. I would have been there another year or more if Deborah had not been over the top and rude and for that reason I left immediately. The place had a card swipe and camera's therefore Deb knew when I was there and saw me moving things in and out etc over the year. Recently she decided to leave a rude note and call the police on me to move my trailer. It elevated and Deb was trashing my name to others renters and said she was going to have me arrested! Good luck with that! I was one of your best most respectful clean and organized renter that you lost because Deb never called me saying you can't use your trailer on the property which FYI I am a renter of a storage unit and have a right to be on the property with my vehicle and source of moving items as I chose. I had been there for hours that day and just left to get a bite to eat and all this insanity happened without my knowledge. Very simply to check, see your cameras and my slide card. For that reason of such ignorant actions U-haul lost a GREAT customer for life. I will never give u-haul one cent of my money again and will inform everybody I know if this insane issue. You should also be aware you can be sued for third party disclosure, Deb had no right disclosing my personal information to anyone. I am not sure what Deb reported to the police but you should be concerned of filing a false police report which is a crime!

DIY, including renting online, quick, convenient. Nashua Uhaul, both on Amherst St, and Northwest Blvd. Always clean, well maintained. Staff, is professional and courteous. Thank you AGAIN.

The first part of the trip from Michigan was terrible, confusion with the agents, appliance dolly was not with trailer, spent hours trying to find one, finally got one for a day and was charged for the whole trip 🤬 It was not till I arrived in Nashua NH on Amherst st. That I received correct information, Debbie was a God send, the location manager. In my opinion Debbie should be offered a HUGE pay raise for her knowledge and Professionalism. I understand logistics can be difficult but until I met with Debbie I actually considered contacting an attorney for the headaches I was put through!

I rent vans occasionally from the Amherst St location. Deborah Skerry is always extremely professional and very accommodating to me. When the new storage units opened up at the old NW Blvd location, Deb was the deciding factor for me to move from Right Space Storage to Uhaul.

Nothing. I'll never return. You turned an easy moving experience to a nightmare. I'll go ANYWHERE else in the future. Helping tip, don't contact the person renting a truck the day before they pick it up that its unavailable and they have to go out of state to find a replacement. That's bullshit.

Your collision damage waiver is the only option a person can accept. When you advertise a van for $19.95 and the total comes up to more than double thats deceptive advertising. Be honest!

Use extreme caution when getting a car carrier. My car a Morgan +4 would not fit even though it’s the same size as a tr3 that says it is comparable. I drove 5 hours round trip for nothing due to the equipment not working. I would love to see a tr3 on the ramps since 2/3 or each tire were in free air when I tried loading. Your wonderful staff credited me the cost of the trailer so I am happy with that. Need other options and to review what cars will work and will not work safely on your equipment.

It hardly ever happens when you are quoted a price it ends up less when the deal is done. Happy that the price when I returned the Uhaul was less than I expected it to be. That was a nice surprise! Thanks

Used E-check in services which I highly regret. Check in was for 9am which was the time we arrived to picked up. It took 30 minutes to be approved for the U-Haul and another 20 minutes to get the key from the desk. I think the process was absolutely messy and was a waste of time. I shouldnt have done e-check in. Extremely inconvenient and time consuming.

The self check in process was ridiculous. I though it would save time but it took 30 minutes. That makes me not want to use uhaul again for something like this.

The agent was very busy, but she was very polite and knew her business. Explaining everything and reassured me that everything was checked. A second agent did a systematic check and noticed the directional worked,but the dashboard bulb didn't. I had a positive experience. Thank you. Safe the whole way.

Truck steering wheel would lock real bad and require a lot of shaking to be able to turn the key

Truck battery was very weak and was difficult to get started. While it did work, I was concerned each time I turned the truck off that it may not turn over next time I tried to start it.

I only spoke to U-Haul staff by phone as I placed my order for a U-Box online, and a moving company picked it up and dropped it off. They were very helpful and responsive, polite and professional.
