DAN CI rent U-haul trucks a couple of times a month and I've always had a really good experience at this location.
DERRICK WThe staff there is always friendy, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The site is well maintained, clean, amazingly clean. I never felt unsafe going there by myself. I will definitely recommend U-Haul storage and vehicle rentals for those in need.

ELWIN GThis location knowingly has a road hazard just as you turn right onto the property that will literally shred tires. I wasn’t the first to encounter and experience this hazard which a half bag of concrete mix would correct in a discussion with the manager who said, “file a claim with our insurance company who won’t pay it because it is not our responsibility “. So, with that attitude do you think it is a customer friendly place?

Geovel AWas charged 175 initially then when returned the bill was 250. I didn’t not surpass the mileage I gave and I brought back the tank with exactly what I took it with and they still charged me for 2 gallons of gas… besides that everything was alright.

Carl H | Overall ExperienceRenting of the truck was great. I have one complaint for management is when I walked in for my reservation no one was there. I knocked on a staff/ employees only area and no one came out. A gentlemen came from outside and told me the manager would help me. He couldn’t locate him so he helped me. He was great. While he was helping me the manager came in using his cellphone on speaker. The person he was talking to was cursing saying f*ck this and f*ck that that, someone had them f*cked up and they would be fired. The manager saw me, stood at the register next to us, and continued the conversation on speaker with the person cursing still. He went to the back office then came back still on speaker phone. Then ended the conversation. Not very professional.

MONTEGO EActually have staff that speaks and communicates in English. The gentleman was pleasant but nodded a lot and I didn’t know if he actually understood me. I handed over the keys but didn’t feel resssured that all was well so I called Mr. Felton to let him know I turned in the truck.

ISABELINO A | First ImpressionsLocation is great and close to me but I had an issue at the beginning bc my reservation got canceled as I didn’t come within the hour I made the initial reservation while no one informed me. So I had to wait and redo a reservation and pay with my personal credit versus the company credit card. Then when I returned today I was 1 hour late and was charged for a FULL DAY even when I told the rep over the phone that I was running late. I rented with you guys bc I’ve been told you’re cheaper than Enterprise which my company uses weekly but with this service from you guys I’ll have to keep using Enterprise.

Michael MJuan overcharged me for the gas. He wasn’t helpful at all, to try and resolve any of issues that I have. I was forced to take a photo to rent the usual truck, even after providing my government issues identification. I was told by Juan that if contact corporate office, his response was "they will only contact him". I’m assuming that meant there would be no resolving the issue. I’ll NEVER rent from here or recommend this facility, EVER.

MICHAEL C | First ImpressionsThe branch located at 1050 North Flagler Avenue in Florida is a massive joke. They gave me a storage unit that was already occupied, they provided me with a different unit that didn’t meet the requirements I asked for so I decided to cancel it and get a refund. Their system could not process the refund. I waited from 3pm to 7pm for them to resolve this issue and it was not resolved. I left the store as it closed, without a product and their manager’s promise over the phone “I’ll find a way to get you your money” I was also denied contact with this manager, no receipt or real confirmation of this “promise” all just word of mouth. The following day the store was in operation, and this issue was still not resolved. Monday afternoon came about and I’m calling the branch for an update, I waited and entire hour on hold during my lunch break. Eventually I finally got an answer and was told my refund was done, that I had to wait 24 hours for it. I also had to request a receipt for this, as I was not given one. I can’t even begin to understand how this branch carries on operation. Every single costumer I witnessed during my wait at the store had issues, some left from long wait times, some cancelled their services as they also encountered irregularities. This branch needs attention and a change of management, as the manager would rather sit at home trying to “solve” costumer’s issues over the phone, instead of reporting to the store.
