Great experience! Needed short-term storage and this Uhaul location was super close and convenient for my family's needs. Love that the facility is indoors, with drive-in loading and unloading, and free carts to use. I would recommend this storage location to everyone!

While I loved the pull in and out and the security, the lack of customer service resulted in my moving to a brand not only closer to my home but who has provided customer service on site in these months of moving my storage items. With the prior brand ownership, I had no intention of moving sites.

Once U Haul took over the property each time I returned to the property the office was unoccupied. The facility was clean and well lit but I did not feel safe entering alone.

My new unit had a rodent deterrent in it which was new and makes me concerned thst there is a problem? Also there weren’t any designated parking spots available so I parked in front of the entrance. .

The people on site are wonderful, knowledgeable, and very helpful but the website had issues no one could help with. Also when Uhaul acquired Extra Space Storage company we were given one price to continue storing and that immediately changed as soon as the agreement was completed.

So I called the number that was attached to all the emails I’ve been receiving. The customer service folks can’t seem to be able to help close my storage saying that a staff working at my storage location must close it so they’re calling the storage office and no one is answering, so in the end they’re just leaving notes to the staff there. Definitely won’t be renting from that exact location nor recommending it in the future
JANET C | Overall ExperienceI only interacted with U-Haul a couple of times (most of my interactions were with previous owner). All the people were great; the office looks a bit empty and haunted however, walls stripped and unwelcoming. On the positive side: love that there are working bathrooms (at least whenever I was there) and they were clean. Storage units are nicely sized, feels safe and secure and unlikely to have leaks. As I said, all the employees I spoke with were friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable.

BARBARA S | First ImpressionsYour online team sent me 7 or 8 emails saying that payment didn't go through (I needed to update my card info), all with broken links to make payments. I ended up having to go to the facility to pay in person, after which time I still got emails saying I hadn't paid. Not only that, but when I did go in oerson, there was next to no eye contact from the staff peoole until the very end of the transaction - then it was friendly. But one if the guys just sat there and played with his phone the whole time. Not feeling confident that the facility (or the stuff being stored in it) is being well managed after that. I was also directed back to the website by the in-person staff member who did help me, who said they can't set up customer accounts from the in-person office. Overall, there was next to zero customer care through the transition from Public Storage to U-Haul, with the presumption being that all customers already have U-Haul.com accounts. We don't. We have accounts with the previous owner's company. That debacle is all on corporate. I'm a UX designer/researcher, by the way. If you want help with your user experience, I'm available for hire. But basically, it has been a sucky user experience for me. Since I didn't move in, I shouldn't even have received the email for this survey. My impression is that U-Haul is a mess.

I am disabled and we asked to know where our unit was to eliminate excessive walking and she just was like it’s on the third floor and to look around. We had to ask multiple times until she agreed to actually show us where the unit was. It was just a bad experience from the start of the day picking up the truck to coming to the storage unit to be greeted by someone who wasn’t try to be helpful to us or our situation.

Last year was my first year with ExtraSpace and I had paid the annual rental upfront to avoid monthly charges. Since my renewal was coming up in November I asked about annual renewal. The gentleman that helped me, I believe his name is Taivion, was very kind in helping me process my second year of rental at this location. I am happy to have that taken care of. The process was very easy and efficient.
