Ever since U-Haul took this place over , the Storage Facility IMPROVED a MILLION TIMES OVER...Vast IMPROVEMENT...Nd the manager Kimmy us Great...it's unbelievable Kimmy got this place looking and feeling sooooo great..... I'll use this Storage Facility next time I need one, and I'm spreading the word on this too
CYNTHIA K | Overall ExperienceThe property was not true to its word they said the bottom floor was climate controlled, and clearly it wasn’t all of my items mild dude they have a small dehumidifier on the first floor that is supposed to control the climate which it doesn’t. All of my items were ruined everything do not rent from here

MELISSA BThe only thing needs to be worked on is having lighting inside of the unit I can never find a light switch. Other than that I would recommend you all at any given time and I would like to say kudos to Kimmy she is someone God is Planning in that position that shows and cares about the people communicates with the people and help you in all aspects of your staying at the U-Haul facility. JOYCE A | First ImpressionsThe two guys in la Marque were friendly and nice but not efficient or fast. They took about 45 minutes to assign me a storage unit and kept trying to put me in a non-climate controlled. I was then assigned one that was full of someone else’s stuff. After an hour I was exhausted and over it. The two men made it right by waiving my first month rent, but I’m furious I have to be on the second floor when I booked a first floor, climate controlled. I would NOT have booked here if it was a second floor. The Texas city location is hot inside, smells awful, and feels super sketchy. I do not feel comfortable there. The only reason this rating isn’t “poor” is because the guys were very nice and then Luke did waive the first fee, however the process and Texas City facility were definitely “poor”.

MARILYN M | First ImpressionsI always felt , I could contact Tiffany for any concerns . And she keep the Halls clean . I noticed in the past 3 years. Alot of customers where, getting messy. Leaving trash in the halls and on the driveway. And Tiffany was cleaning it up. Thanks for the new auto light system, and keeping the gate LOCKED. P.s. I prefer if this TC. 77591 Location had a employee on the premises. It could have future concerns or havoc. Due to ppl stealing or vandalism Let's pray for the best . ✌ ♥ 😊
