REGINA JDude was cool but as far as the computers/internet something needs to be up dated not sure which one but it’s super slow and on top that the miles was not right and couldn’t get a hard copy of the receipt so I didn’t get a chance to notice it until I was able to check my email and compare it to the picture I took when I received the keys
CHERANNTE PTruck was fine i guess, but did have error message saying tire was low air when i received it. The clerk that assisted me was not very professional or explanatory, and was on the phone during our whole transaction although he was nice enough. He acknowledged that i had a dolly on my order yet i still never received it and then was charged an accidental fee for not returning it, and i’m still waiting for my deposit/amendment a week later :/ not everyone has the luxury or privilege to be out of $120 like that

LATONJA CThe truck was banged up. Both doors I had to really slam to shut. When I rolled the window down to adjust the mirror it acted as though it would fall out. The truck was not cleaned from the previous use. I only used it to pick up a new couch. I was not going to clean it but left it as I received it. The attendants were courteous and pleasant. Equipment was lousy way below average. Some of the fees were odd. What is a license renewal fee? Your truck your license it is a requirement.

ROBERT SThe associate who waited on me was very nice and explained that the vehicle was just returned and hadn’t been cleaned- it wasn’t that bad- there were a couple random things left in the back- but when I returned it I just left those items - I have rented from this location multiple times and have always received wonderful friendly service !

THEKRA SThe passenger side mirror would not hold position. When I mentioned this to the staff the person looked at it and saw that it was not right..no refund for any amount was given. It was stressful driving a large vehicle without the use of both mirrors.

SYED MMust park off-site at Walgreens or a credit union or be towed? Gas tank/fuel level was lower than indicated on rental agreement. I had to make three attempts with your app (pics, dispute fuel level, app restarting) to properly get on the road. Overcharged on final recept for a Dolly/Hand Truck and I had to call afterwards and speak to someone at your Call Center to inquire about and fix a seven dollar fee.

MICHAEL DI was billed for additional mileage that you all asked me to drive to get it to a location that was not what I requested and much less convenient for me. So I do you the favor and you bill me for the additional mileage it took to get it the additional 15 miles to YOUR requested location. Not cool.
CHADWICK JThis trailer was rented for pick up at a location 30 minutes away. Showing up and being told the trailer was located somewhere else is not acceptable. Proper notification such as a phone call, voicemail or email confirmation stating the pick up location was moved before we arrived would be the professional and courteous thing to do. How can you run a business like this ? Do better, U-Haul.

DHRUBA DWe scheduled online and the location didn’t have the truck we asked for. Had to take a different size which meant an extra trip. Would have been nice to have a follow up call confirming online/app schedule.

CODY JMake sure equipment ordered is in truck. I had to go back to the location to get the appliance dolly. It was not in the truck. The staff was friendly and apoligetic regarding the oversight.

WILLIAM DEverything went well.
WILLIAM PThe truck sounded like it had no muffler. No tilt on steering wheel caused big vision obstruction being that I am only 5’2. The salesperson was in the bathroom yelling when I entered. He continued to talk on the phone via earbuds on a personal call the entire time I was in store getting my rental. He then complained about working alone and it being bs. Very unprofessional
MARLENE APrices are thro the roof we've rented here multiple times but $1 per a miles is insane at that point ima start going to the other company which was alot cheaper and the truck we got was riding very rough and the alignment was off

YVETTE ITruck gas tank was on empty, it was dirty, the counter man had to come clean it. And I never advised the moving pads I thought I purchased were actually rentals.
REBECCA CNext time do something to help your customers and don’t send them to a closed location to only have to return to your location when i was there first and to charge me more for a smaller truck is unacceptable
