Is was a very busy MONDAY morning, only had two ladies working, one working inside helping customers and the other young lady was working outside cleaning and organizing equipments. I needed to install a 1/2" ball on my hitch so I can rent a 4x8 trailer but no mechanical employee on deck. So I ask if I can install it myself and she was ok with it using the shops tool. I can help if I'm hired there because I'm machenically experience in that field. Thank you all is needed is an extra hand. Too much for two ladies to handle.

KEVIN BThe location was well run, however I’m very disappointed with U-haul in general for allow me to book a reservation well in advance at a closer location and for a smaller truck. I got a much larger truck that was terrible on gas and I had to drive way out of my way to pick it up.

TINA CI do have a concern. My vehicle that I drove requires an alignment. My driving experience was unsafe because I had to adjust to the steering wheel.

TOM MThis location has poor internet connection and I was unable to properly take pictures when returning the rental. This cost me the full amount to be charged when I returned a day early and was also told I will be charged less. I was also charged $13 for gas when I filled it to the level I picked up. Not fair

Evan BThe truck definitely needed a front end service but that’s not the fault of the team working there. The first truck I was given had a CEL and a misfire but I just walked in and they gave me another one on the spot no issue. The staff working at that location were great and friendly.

Christel KI don't know they quoted me a price when I returned they charged me over 60 extra! So I wasn't satisfied they have me the wrong paperwork for the truck charged me $30 extra for gas so o was very disappointed about the lies .it's a game to rip people off then when he told ne about the gas I went to tell my husband and the guy already took it off my card ,So personally I will never come here again.

EDWARD MI enjoyed the service from U-haul right up to the part where I was told to bring truck back with the 1/2 tank of gas to avoid any penalties, which in turn I filled the gad tank up and when I turned it in you still had 1/2 a tank of gas over what I started with. Now in that case I requested some sort of refund on gas and was told there was none for going over that. So you guys get a truck charge from me and my gas donation as well. So should I have siphon that extra gas out for my own gain. I very disappointed with decision to not credit me. Not good customer service in my book, see you guys on yelp review!
