ALDINA WIt would be helpful if the computer systems were of better quality. It took over 20 minutes dealing with the computer for me to pick up a trailer that I already paid for and already had a reservation for. If it takes 20 minutes to get through the system for me in that situation, I can’t imagine how long it would take to do something more complex without a reservation. I think corporate should look at giving their sites a more stable, and faster process.

MIGUEL AThe truck I was assigned had numerous problems going "into Reverse." Sometimes it would work, & a lot of times it wouldn't. I think I should be reimbursed for the scare this truck gave us.

David JThe service at your PCH location was great. They helped mew/ the reservation at this location. I drove the truck 17 miles and initially planned to pay the gas fee but I was told it was $50. After I put gas in the tank at the same amount when I rented the truck I was still charged for gas $10+. Up until then I didn’t mind the very slow, matter of fact, non chalant service. I will not go back to this location.

MILONNE CThe person who signed us up had great customer service. Our truck had a screen that did not work, only back up camera worked . When we brought it back we were almost charged extra 50 dollars and there was a long hold up and confusion. Once we were asked to come up to the desk the associate was dealing with another customer and we had to wait and then he had trouble figuring out how to fix the issue so we had to go to another associate who was able to figure it out. A lot of wasted time and probably wont come back here.

MARIO RI picked up the truck at 9:40am and I cannot remember the worker name but he was a Hispanic man. Very well mannered, respectful and ON TIME…What also stood out about him was, when I could not adjust my seat because I am short but he took his time out to come and assist me with no problem. Couldn’t have asked for a better EXPERIENCE… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

THOMAS RThe unit was obviously louder than normal. Too much play in the swivel. Cardboard and tape was used to quiet the unit from rattling. No problem and a great team.

WAYNE GI did not get his name (he looks Asian/Hispanic, heavy guy, wears the dark green polo shirt and glasses)--he was very friendly and professional. He made my drop-off/return seamless and easy. The other guy (white, younger, piercings in his face)--he checked me in. He was not friendly. Bad attitude. He also did everything he could to try and charge me for accident protection and then almost denied my renting a cargo van because my auto insurance didn't cover commercial vehicles.
