Great customer service the gentleman that worked the desk was very courteous and the gentleman who brought the truck was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure everything was in working order. Great all round experience 👍🏾

I was short by maybe one gallon of gas due to driving in traffic to return vehicle. I was charged at the end double for the rental. And I really could not afford to lose That extra money. Now I can’t pay a bill and struggling all because of one gallon of gas

Have the gas tank full so we don't start our move at the gas station. However stopping to fill up we got pop and used the rest room.

Headlight broken, charged fees for milage, and told I was late paying them the next day. 50$ upcharge on mileage and 30$ late fee the next day. Making my 19.95 rental cost$158 dollars

I reserved a car hauler at a location over 400 miles away. The rep that served me was extremely rude and unhelpful. After the hauler was hooked up the right rear turn signal bulb was burnt out. Sales rep refused to let me rent the hauler. And wouldn’t offer any suggestions or assistance with finding another trailer. This is after I had to go to home depot to buy a second hitch. When I asked him initially if there was a home depot near by he said I don’t know, and offered absolutely no assistance. I later discovered on my own that a home depot was 3 miles away. I purchased the new hitch and upon my return discovered the trailer wouldn’t be issued to me. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Key drop should be more secured. I was worried that someone could easily take the key and drive off after hours. Maybe some thing like a post off box would give more safety for the 🔑

There's absolutely nowhere to park. And when I asked about milage, I was barely given a response. It seemed as though one employee was just guessing at the answer he gave me, and the other one completely ignored me. Also, how do they not have printer paper to print the receipt?

This particular location has very large units that are actually the boxes from 26 ft trucks anchored in. They're large and relatively inexpensive when compared to other storage facilities.
