I returned the trailer and the hand truck to the locations and then they charged me for the hand truck even thou I returned it with the trailer.

One person told me to unhook the trailer and leave where I was parked. The next copped an attitude when I told hom what the young lady told me to do.

Excellent location, Excellent service. Also that day I lost my wallet in the store and 30 minutes later the employees called me to let me know they had found it. Thanks guys!

Bad service. Equipment had the right taillight out. When I picked up the equipment I asked the guy to check it for me (I was inside the car and couldn’t do it myself) and he said the lights were working. Equipment was not in best shape. Service was way bellow average and expected from the begging.

Have the reserved equipment on hand and in good working order. The handcart wasn’t available and I was sent to another store. When using the cart the wheel fell off and I was injured “catching” the refrigerator we were moving. The employees were not attentive when the equipment was returned and after 15 minutes of waiting I hunted them down and three were partaking in personal conversation.

Bueno el equipo en limpieza estaba excelente, pero mecanicamente había que acelerar mucho pero mucho para que alcanzara 40 millas, es decir necesita revisar motor y caja ,como si patinara la misma y los cambios pateaba , y por ende consumo de combustible

No clear instructions for return, website didn't work, left me without a receipt or confirmation of return sitting there in the parking lot with a key not knowing what to do trying to contact customer service when they were closed. A complete nightmare from start to finish

I was overcharged for mileage. I put 40 miles on the van but according to U-Haul it was 74 miles and also when I got the truck it was on E I put $40 in the tank yet I was charged a refueling fee of $11.29.

I rented 3 dozen furniture blankets. One dozen were never used and still in their plastic packing. Some of the used ones were folded, others weren’t. I was told if I didn’t fold them I would be charged $50. Ridiculous policy. Get rid of it.

Don't put a gas estimate on the paperwork that fills the tank. You are stealing from your customers. I had a quarter tank and trusted your paperwork that suggests 15 gallons at a quarter tank. Rather than checking the gas while refilling... I put the entire 15 gallons in. Then head out and realize that I basically filled the truck for you. Usually I wouldn't mind, but this rental has been a horrible experience since reserving it. - Around 11PM - First I used your app to look for a 24/7 truck share location. Found out there was nothing showing available. Called your customer service line, and they claimed that the system was down for maintenance and that she was going to have a callback scheduled for 15 minutes later. I never received a callback. After I called for a second time. The representative confirmed that no callback was scheduled and claimed there hasn't been any issues with the system. - Around 11:40 PM - I headed to the location and used the app to reserve a pickup truck. There was an error, apparently pickup trucks are never offered for 24/7 share, yet the app still offers them as available. Reached out to customer service, as I was prompted to by the app... She had me sign out and go online... To do the same exact thing I just did on the app, and I got the same results online... Contact the service line. After that she offered the $50 reservation guarantee. I had to wait 7 hours for the location to open, before I could get the rental. I fell asleep in the parking lot waiting. - Around 7:30 AM - Then when the location reps finished getting thru the other customers, they tell me that there is nothing pertaining to the $50 reservation guarantee on the account. So I had to call the customer service line again... Explain everything to everyone, every time... - This review is getting long, consuming more of my time... Making me wonder was it worth it? - Especially when I was going to get charged $75 for a second day, while the daily rate is $20 and safe move is $15... I wasn't sure what they were offering. The customer service line suggested that I reach out to the location and have them fix the contract, since it had the original return time of 12:15 AM... What is the $50 guarantee worth? If you are going to eat it up with extension fees... And the extra 5 gallons of gas that I put in the truck. I've previously had fuel credits applied for giving you extra gas, apparently this location doesn't offer any credits. I requested a promissory note, as over the weekend, the $50 reservation guarantee did not clear my bank account. I do not want to overpay for a rental with such lovely experiences. The extra 5 gallons cost me $15. That $50 guarantee turned into $35. Imagine paying the rental extension fee on top, and the $35 disappears, along with 8 hours of my life from the original reservation... Was it worth it? Yes I delivered some supplies to a homeless encampment, from an office that shut down. Salvaged everything from the break room and bathrooms, supply closet and all the little trinkets. Drove towards downtown Orlando, and delivered everything. I'm currently sponsoring the cleanup of the site. Procured 5 reusable dumpster bags for them to utilize and offered to deliver more once they are full. They currently burn some of their trash... And the toxic fumes from the artificial substances linger in the wood... Not only chocking the environment, but slowly poisoning themselves in the process. One step at a time. Thank you for the rental trucks, but please ensure if you offer something... Follow thru, and don't try to take it back from your customer thru hidden fees. There is no transparency that 24 hours costs the same as 1 hour... And then you charge extension fees for anyone that isn't back in time... Before the 24 hours is due.

You can start by paying attention to the information you enter in your system so that the person you have on the actual contract matches the person handing you the driver’s license and debit card. We did not rent from you, went there with a deputy , spoke to Shakira said she would take care of it and fix the information on the contract which clearly did not happen, the person returned the truck and who got the receipt, we did because the personal information was never updated. You guys are running a very shady business there and we are filing a report.

This person told me I wasn't going to get charged for the gas as I showed her a picture of what the level of the tank was at pick up. It was not at the level they claim. They charged me anyway and I am disputing the charge.

I reserved my moving truck ahead of time and it was waiting for me when I arrived. The company called the day before and confirmed. My reservation was for 8am and I arrived about 15 minutes early. There was someone being helped when I arrived and then they helped me. But by 8am when I was leaving there were about 3 people waiting in line. So my advise is to arrive maybe a few minutes early. The place was clean and orderly and the clerk helping us was very nice. The truck was also clean and well maintained.
