CHARMAINE AThe sign says “wait in car.” An employee did come disconnect and remove the trailer, but did not acknowledge us or indicate we were good to leave. After 15 minutes I walked into the store to ask if we were finished , and we were. Customer service communication is dead.

JOHN CI’m sure it’s in some fine print somewhere but to be charged 2 days because I was 1 hour late on a half day rental is bullshit. Dolly was barely roadworthy, missing pin for tongue latch, lights inoperable, etc…… it is what it is and it worked for what we needed it to move but had the tires been any larger the worn out straps wouldn’t have been able to go over the tires 🤷🏿♂️

SOOKPAJ SConfirmed at check in that I still needed moving blankets and they stated they would place them in the truck but did not. I got to the storage unit and had to go 20 mins to the nearest store to pick them up. This is after I received a call the day before the rental pick up advising me that your nearest location that had a 26’ truck and auto transport was in Venice which is nearly two hours away. They ended up finding me a truck in Orlando which was an hour and a half away from Brandon FL and then I had to go to Lakeland FL to pick up the auto transport which was another 30 mins out of my way. It was a disaster of an experience with Uhaul. I made a complaint and a supervisor has yet to call me. No surprise.
ROBERT SPoor quality equipment. When I picked up the trailer I questioned the tires on the driver side. U-Haul rep looked at them said they would be fine, even looked at another trailer as an option but said ours were better. I told him that we are driving over 2,000 miles are you sure, reply yes they will be fine. We departed Orlando at 5am Monday, trailer appeared to have a vibration. Finally in Alabama I decided to check tire pressure so i purchased a pressure gage to find the back driver tire had 20lbs. I inspected the tire to find a screw, probably there from the beginning. 2 hours to get road side assistance. As we continued the vibration continued so we assumed it must just be how it tows. Still concerned by the front driver tire because it seemed to vibrate. Next day in Texas that tire blew out. Finally after both tire were replaced the trailer pulled with no vibration. Completely unacceptable to pay $600 for equipment that was not inspected properly before we picked it up.

JOHN GI returned the trailer and the hand truck to the locations and then they charged me for the hand truck even thou I returned it with the trailer.
MIGUEL HAwesome experience except not having my truck onsite when I arrived.
WESLEY JOne person told me to unhook the trailer and leave where I was parked. The next copped an attitude when I told hom what the young lady told me to do.
DIANA TExcellent location, Excellent service. Also that day I lost my wallet in the store and 30 minutes later the employees called me to let me know they had found it. Thanks guys!

JAMES RBad service. Equipment had the right taillight out. When I picked up the equipment I asked the guy to check it for me (I was inside the car and couldn’t do it myself) and he said the lights were working. Equipment was not in best shape. Service was way bellow average and expected from the begging.
CARLOS SHave the reserved equipment on hand and in good working order. The handcart wasn’t available and I was sent to another store. When using the cart the wheel fell off and I was injured “catching” the refrigerator we were moving. The employees were not attentive when the equipment was returned and after 15 minutes of waiting I hunted them down and three were partaking in personal conversation.

Heddy NBueno el equipo en limpieza estaba excelente, pero mecanicamente había que acelerar mucho pero mucho para que alcanzara 40 millas, es decir necesita revisar motor y caja ,como si patinara la misma y los cambios pateaba , y por ende consumo de combustible

POMPILIO GI was overcharged for mileage. I put 40 miles on the van but according to U-Haul it was 74 miles and also when I got the truck it was on E I put $40 in the tank yet I was charged a refueling fee of $11.29.
APRIL EI rented 3 dozen furniture blankets. One dozen were never used and still in their plastic packing. Some of the used ones were folded, others weren’t. I was told if I didn’t fold them I would be charged $50. Ridiculous policy. Get rid of it.
