The personnel were not especially helpful. When I dropped off a day early, I was told that everything was "good bro, you are good to go". A day later, I received a voicemail from the drop off location number stating that my rental was due and he would give me 10 minutes to call him back or he would mark me as late.(The truck had already been dropped off the day before). I later saw a late charge for my rental which I had to call UHaul about and clear up (GREAT service there). When I then called the drop off location to confirm, I was cut off mid explanation after he told me to call whatever location I had dropped the truck at....despite me trying to tell him that I had dropped it off at their location. After he realized their error, he then asked me why I was calling since he didn't see any late charges anymore. Someone needs to bring some professionalism, accountability and customer service to this location.

The lock that I purchased at the UHaul dealership did not fit the hasp on the back door.

Francine MWhile we were glad to be able to get a trailer on short notice, we visited the store slightly early but were turned away because it was not the exact time for pick up, we asked why and the attendant said the trailer had to readied. so we left and decided to wait across the street at an adjacent lot, being the uhaul parking lot was rather congested. While we waited we witnessed that the attendant was not seen doing anything to ready the trailer?, so he flat out lied. the was dirty inside and out. To us we just wanted to get underway. when we return the few minutes later the attendant spent a lengthy time in the bathroom leaving the store unattended. This young was not very helpful nor knowledgeable about available accessories we had interest in. As we sorted through the items, he stated lots of people buy these items and simply return them that way the item could be used and that would save money. He didn't help hook up the trailer and while was taking pictures of the trailer he said that is not necessary but i did anyway. I was not pleased at all this experience.

Austyn HStaff working has assisted with multiple pickup/drop offs recently for me. Staff is kind, helpful, and does their best to assist you, even when they’re pretty busy. Have pulled the 6x12 trailers behind a 4Runner for 700+ miles, over the continental divide, and around the Denver metro traffic and felt comfortable and confident pulling the trailer, the trailer brake assist is great and makes things much comfier.

AARON RAll tires were at different psi. One was almost flat. When I returned trailer, I asked what the total chage would be and was told there woul be NO additional charges and a couple days later I received an invoice for 135.30 in addition to the 105.30 already paid. And I can't even get a reason why im im being charged more! Do not recommend.

COLBY HYou should be able to pickup and drop off the trucks and vans to different locations just like the box trucks for convenience. I was really inconvenienced by having to take the truck back to where i got it from which is out of my way and charged me more mileage just to bring the truck back. That’s not fair or convenient at all.

Conversely, the person who “helped” me never came out to see the vehicle, got visibly annoyed that I entered the building, and was incredibly rude when I couldn’t understand him ask me if I refilled the vehicle and had to repeat himself. Also, he charged me for 4 gallons of fuel when I went exactly 22 miles. Not an inch further. So that was an extra $20. So yeah, not a good overall experience for me or reflection of U-HAUL by an employee.

WILLIAM OThe handle that secures the door lock mechanism on the trailer has a pressfit pin to keep the handle attached to the locking mechanism. The press fit part was missing, and the handle could possibly be removed easily with vibration on the pin.

LAUREN WMade a reservation to go from PA to CO. Get 6 days with the truck. I got to CO and was ready to drop it off in 3 days, half the time, but was told I couldn't get any money back for returning it in half the time. Again, not this location but uhaul in general.

LISA KSubmitted reservation day before online. The van I reserved was available. The dolly’s and blankets were not. I did not get a call after the store opened and before my 10a pick up to alert me there was an issue. Zero offer to help locate the equipment I reserved previously that I needed for the job. I requested to call another location. They told me to look it up and they would call (after I asked for the help). They called 1 location and then told me they were essentially done helping me and they have an appliance dolly. The appliance dolly protective rubber stripping was coming off the dolly and the bottom was way too wide for the furniture I was moving. I reserved blankets, I was given zero blankets. When I asked for the blankets I ordered (and prepaid for) o was told I did not order blankets. So I requested blankets. I was handed a pack of blankets and told they were free “just so you know”. The interaction was incredibly tense, inappropriate, and demeaning. I sobbed in the van prior to leaving from being treated so poorly. It was humiliating to be treated that way in front of customers. I will go to another location from here on out.

John BI don't think it is possible but if y'all could have a larger lot, that'd be stupendous. It's just a very tight space and it can be tricky to safely navigate whether in your own vehicle or one of your trucks.

THOMAS CWhen my wife and I made the reservation, we reserved a dolly, when we arrived we were told they did not have anymore. While we could handle that, it seemed odd to be allowed to reserve something but then find out the day of pickup it was not actually reserved - maybe a better term would have been "request"?
