TODD AThe uhaul needs a tilt wheel. It was uncomfortable as the steering wheel would not tilt for me to be able to see well. The ac/heat would not blow, it took a while for it too cool off or warm up. The seat itself was comfortable tho.

BRET BDoing the on line check it allowed us to pick up the trailer immediately. Service was very efficient and the trailer was ready on time. The employee who helped us was friendly and performed his role in hooking us up beautifully. We were very impressed with the entire experience including the drop off as well!
Patricia GTruck was dirty, high mileage, bad brakes, and lots of dings. The customer service at drop off was horrible, they kept calling me to see when truck was returning, and threatened to charge me an extra day if it wasn't returned within an hour.
Gregory Knot sure of the young man's name who was working but he was exceptional. I am sure who can look it up by the time of my transaction.
GREGORY WI was transferred to this location from the original location I reserved at 6th and Wads. I normally use this location. They didn't have a one way auto transport. No problem a few miles south. Here's the problems at this location, one guy working there on a Sunday. He had customers getting propane, returning trailers, and then me getting the auto transport. It's a very small location with little room to move around. He got my truck loaded to the trailer then I had to wait for his help to load car on trailer. It was a disaster. From his lack of helping to me trying to get the ramps down to trying to get out of the way so others can get around me. Another customer even tried to help me. U-Haul employee finally helped. I will never use this location. There's a reason I use the 6th and Wads location. Their lot is very big, and their customer service is outstanding. The manager has helped us everytime we have rented. This was our last auto transport, thank goodness. I would not recommend the Jewell and Garrison location.
TASIA BI rented online for a Truck Share pickup at 8:00 and I got the notification on the app. The truck was good to pick up. However, when I tried to check in, got an error, said no equipment assigned to this reservation. So I had to wait for the store to open. I made the reservation the day before with plenty of time to get the key in the truck.

CHRISTOPHER CDrop off took maybe 30 seconds and was super easy. Nothing to improve, great job and friendly service.
HENRY CThe truck had no heat when it was snowing and the wind was blowing, but when it was sunny somehow the heat would work. The cab of the truck was filthy and sticky. The truck overall should have been downed for repairs. This location was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Michael GI don't usually do reviews, and after seeing the other reviews on here I almost cancelled my reservation. But the staff was excellent, very polite, helpful and professional. Absolutely no issues grabbing the truck, or dropping it off later. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

ROBERT SI would take a mechanic to check the truck if you plan on taking the truck a long distance because I got stuck 5 hours out and there roadside assistance it trash. Waiting on the side of the road for almost 4 hours in the cold. Terrible experience.

JAMES TSo... uhaul charged me an EXTRA $40. The guy I rented the truck from said if I return it before 9am I wouldn't be charged for any more time. When renting the truck I had to pay $100 total to cover the estimated cost of $66. When checking out it would refund me what wast used. So when I returned it after a while, well before the 9am time the employee did, it ended up charging an additional $4. Meaning an additional $4 on top of the $100 I already spent. I look at the receipt (which is near fucking impossible because it won't let you zoom in) and it says since it was not returned by 10pm I was charged two rental charges of $40 each on top of the milage charge. So when I try to file a complaint on the app, it forces you to add an attachment or it won't let you send it. So I think okay I'll just screenshot the contract, well the file you can upload can't be a picture or screen shot, it HAS to be a video file. Okay so I take a blank video of nothing, try to upload it, it says the video is too large a file, has to be 2MB or smaller. For reference, the video I uploaded was 2 seconds long and was 3MB. That's fucking shitty, and super shady. Okay so I edit the video to a fraction of a second to fit the 2MB requirement, and then I get an error message that my request cannot be completed. This is literally immoral, shady, vile fucking business practice at is finest.

Paul LI would recommend if the guy that was working that day didn’t work there anymore. He was rude to every single customer that went in there. At least 6 people. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

First off they changed my insurance that I had to get from 60 that I picked they changed it to the 75 which doesn't make sense why you make people get it.. when it. Clearly says that the insurance you provide is the secondary to any insurance coverage of the customer. Customer assumes sole responsibility for any and all liability. If my insurance is covering it then you shouldn't force people to pay for the insurance you have that won't be used if needed. You owe me 15 bucks on that should be the whole thing. I originally reserved the truck is showed it in the reservation. I called before showing up to asked if I would be able to use my hitch because I need the 2 5/16 not the 2" y'all have they said yes I would be able to. Great I get there an a new guy is being trained great ok I ask again if I am getting the truck that I reserved yes the manager said. Great I signed everything good. Kid takes me out an sure enough I get a box van instead of blowing up like I wanted to because I asked several times about the truck I bite my tongue I figured it would do what I needef sense I was told I could use my own hitch. An the fuel tank was way below where they said it was I returned it with over what they said I needed to put in. Get to my trailer that's parked on the side of the road because my truck had broke down an ya it sat down here all weekend because I couldn't change out the hitch like they said. To top it off my trailer got hit while I was at work I have a police report on it. Waste of money was absolutely bullshit. They I go to try an get the truck from a different store on Tuesday I think I made reservations paid for it my lift driver was going pretty slow I had to call the store and ask if they could wait for me that I would be there at the exactly 5:01pm I was told absolutely not no I will not stay just to help you was his words I even asked please that I really need the truck nope he watched me stand up front freezing my ass off until I decided to go hitch hike back to my stranded trailer freezing my ass off my phone died I had mentioned that to him an he said not his problem. On my walk to trailer I came across another uhaul so I tried to get just the box truck an soon as the guy put my phone imfo in he taps the supervisor to show him something on the screen then looks at me an says sorry we can't talk except your id it has a little bit of bubble on the side an kinda pealing refused me business. So I walked another 4 miles in the freezer cold. Ya never will I ever do business with uhaul ever nor will I refer anyone to y'all. Infact I will be getting online to do a Google review about this where the have over 100,000 views an 40,000 review that I've done hopefully it reaches just one person that won't ever use your services I'm sure it will reach way more than one cause I'm going to continue to post an report an repost. Fuck me over an make me walk and n the freezing cold an be the reason my trailer got ran into fuck uhaul. An there pot head management

Which added another day charge on there. Very disappointed will not recommend you either

FRANCIS AI was hoping to rent the truck there and have it delivered back to a location close to where I live. They don't have that option like most U-Haul locations. Their system for accepting debit or credit cards is very flawed. And lastly, customers usually do everything online to avoid delays, which didn't work because they asked the same questions as if I hadn't filled it out online. And I also had to ask for a padlock to lock the truck because I didn't have one.
GILMAR OAwesome experience. Online booking worked great and check in and return was quick and painless. Would definitely rent from this location again.
David Bfuel gauge had less than what was told, drove 19 miles and paid $20 in gas prior to drop off. Wish I ha taken a picture of fuel gauge at pick up. during online checkout wanted to charge $26.50 for fuel. that was on top .89/mile use charge.
EILEEN SInsurance explanation was not understandable. Service rep was a little impatient. Has to travel too far for equipment.

SADIE CPulled in, attendant was unhooking the trailer within a minute. She worked fast, horsed the trailer around by herself, thanked me and I was out of there. Very efficient.
