This was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The truck I rented was in the back of the lot and blocked in by other trucks. The associate gave me a different one, but all the paperwork still had the previous vehicle and made me talk to the associate multiple times for it being the wrong license plate and mileage. The truck itself had a persistent message that the tire was low so I couldn’t see the mileage without turning on and off the truck multiple times. I was also charged for gas when I refilled the tank. Running in and out of the business to handle all of these issues cost me an hour of moving time. Truly a horrible experience.

The gage didn't go up at all so added another gallon. The gage barely moved up. Disappointed that I put that extra gallon. Very nice, clean van, like brand new.

Seeing Itzel by herself running the southwest Denver store by herself. Also w Jerimya. It leaves for an unsafe work environment & puts workers at risk in many ways. There should ALWAYS be a second or third coworker no matter what the C9RPORATE people think their numbers say.

ALEXANDER AI drove 26 miles and put in 4 gallons of gas they still charged me for more gas. I rented an appliance dolly the little dolly was in the way so I removed it and they changed a rental for that.
MICHAEL DThis location DID NOT have my trailer so they sent me to another location 3.5 miles away, where I waited at least 15 minutes for help (to be greeted). The confirmation was for this location. No good explanation provided on why they sent me elsewhere, claiming it was u-Hauk’s issue.
LLOYD BIt was a nice and easy experience. They were short staffed but the person there did a great job attending to the customers.
RICHARD MNot enough people working. Had to wait with a line of 5 people to return a vehicle. the poor lady had to help someone with propane and leave everyone in the building. She was stressed and took our keys so we couldn’t finish our mobile check out and take a picture of the gas gauge. We ended up leaving without finishing our mobile checkout and receiving a cash refund because we were tired of waiting so long. U-Haul won for being cheap and not hiring more employees and got the full amount that we originally paid.
