This store manager, Itzel, is someone that I have dealt with over the years. My last experience was with the previous manager who smelled of pot. I am a handicapped driver and he asked me to move my vehicle from the spot. in my last review, I indicated that I would not return to this location. I did check on the location which is located on Evans and Federal. I am so happy to see Itzel at this location as she has always helped me in the past. She tells me that she has been promoted to the manager. This is a positive move for UHaul. I will be using this location for my moving needs.

LARRY OI waited there for a long long time. For hitch installation, I waited three hours and after that he told me that I couldn’t do the wiring, you have to go to the other branch. I drove half hour again to the next one for wiring. Overall, I am not satisfied even a bit with your customer service with paying about a thousand dollar.
Mostafa MThis wasn’t where we were to pick up. They called and we had to drive further from the house. Wait. We were told about miles yet we had to then pick up the car hauler a half hour there and half hour back from our place since both vehicles weren’t in the original pick up spot. This was a huge inconvenience and hassle.

JOLINE LThe car Billy I rented worked well but my only concern was the pin on the side was rigged and was not really working as it should have been with original hardware. It was a temporary solution to use a pin but it made me nervous.

EMMANUEL ASelf return of the vehicle was a mess. The app wouldn’t let me make an account and customer service lines were backed up half an hour. Directing people to the website for returns rather than the app would be way easier. No one wants to download an app and make an account for what should be a one minute long return process.

ROC EStill haven’t received my final receipt because the “system was down”, so I have no idea if I was overcharged. The access to this location is horrible with entrances right next to a stop light on a busy road.

JOHN HChecking in was a little rough. The guy was not friendly at all. No, I'll be right with you, no acknowledgement that we were there. When dropping the truck back, Jeremiah was very friendly had a nice smile and was very helpful letting us know how we would get our refund.
Margie MThe man helping me was very rude and inpatient. He immediately just threw up his hands instead of simply just asking what I needed help with. I told him that wasn't very friendly, and he said he didn't want to just stand there and stare at each other all night. Then he asked where I parked and when I told him where he said I was unable to park there. I asked where I was supposed to park, and he said in front of the building. However, the only space there was a handicap as all of the other spaces are filled with U-Haul trucks. He told me I should have just parked there. I absolutely refuse to park in a handicap spot. Those are reserved for those with special needs and not only that, it's against the law! The truck was perfect. But the service was horrible, and they should have parking for their customers. I will never use this U-Haul again. However, I do like their trucks and the company overall. Next time I will choose a different location for my business. Thank you for taking the time to ready my review! I hope this helps and he's nicer to your other customers and you get some space for cars. Thanks!

I had no issues picking up or returning my rental. I had to extend my time and they made it simple. Would recommend to a friend. Karen's customer service was exceptional and professional!

When I inquired about all the addon charges (rental tax of $11.72 on a $19.95 rental?!?!?!, some BS Colorado road fee, some BS safe trip fee) I was responded to rudely. I likely will not be a future customer.
