GERSON GPlease reset tire pressure sensors before renting to someone. The tire was replaced but the sensor was not reset so I kept checking that the tire pressure remained the same thru out my trip.

VALMOND JI have had problems with this store not opening on time twice now. Once, I did not have a reservation and 20 minutes after scheduled opening time the store was still closed. The second time, I had a reservation and still there was no one there 15 minutes after opening time, so I called customer service service to have them move the reservation to the nearby location on Roswell Atreet, which is where I go now for all of my U-Hail needs. The trucks at the Roswell Street location are kept cleaner, too.

GERSON GWe originally reserved a truck at Vape X location, but they called 30 minutes before pick up to say they didn’t have a truck. U-Haul redirected us to this location and they did great!
Michael EGentleman that checked the trailer out to me was great! he hooked up the trailer, plugged in and checked that the light worked. I did note that the trailer was in poor condition and tires were not the best though. I returned the trailer around 10:00am, I waited in the check-in line for approximately15 minutes, when two gentlemen walked up near my truck talking to each other. I was outside my vehicle and had started to disconnect the trailer, as I was in the location for returns. Once they were done talking, i was not greeted politely, the man just said park it over there and pointed to an area where there were some small, enclosed trailers. I pulled over to the location, and exited my vehicle, and the guy yelled at me, saying not there and pointed to another location. I told him that I was late for an appointment and needed to unhook the trailer where he originally and i was parked. I asked him to set the trailer off of my truck and i have a bad back. He told me to unhook it myself as he was to busy and walked away. I unhooked the trailer, and parked in the office parking lot to get my return paperwork. The same man was sitting behind the counter on his telephone, scrolling his screen. I asked if i could get my paperwork and he said he was busy and would do it in 20-30 minutes. I asked for a phone number to file a complaint, and he laughed and said yeah on the website. I left the property, and later in the evening around 6:30pm, a lady from U-Haul called me to see why i had not returned the trailer. I explained the situation to her but all she did was transfer me to an automated line.

MALCOLM KEverything was fine. Except for receiving a warning message from Uhaul that I had not delivered the equipment despite delivering them one day before. Apparently, the associate had forgotten to send me the receipt. The issue was quickly resolved after I contacted Uhaul.

SYVIA YExcept, l tried locating offices near me, they came up as available sites and when l went there, they were no U Haul. I was very frustrated going up and down not sure if l would get an open store. Apart from that, l was very pleaded with the service received.
