NICHOLAS MI arrived at the drop off site by 3:50 pm. I tried to check it in with the mobile app, and neither finding my location nor scanning the barcode on the app was working. I then went inside to check in the truck, and nobody was at the counter and waited until about 10 minutes after my 4pm drop off time. There were people outside, and eventually one man was looking at my truck. I said I arrived before 4 but the app drop off didn't work. He said that happens sometimes and he would not charge me an extra day. I noticed that my receipt had two unexpected charges, including the extra day. I am dissatisfied with my service here, and I would like a refund for those final charges.

TREVOR LPer the sign at the location, waited outside for more than 10 minutes and no one came. Walked inside and was told return outside and someone would come to unhook and check us out. 10 minutes more and finally a man came.
DANA MMake sure the vehicle smells good. It was clean but there was this smell like wet dog. I ended up purchasing a deoderizer. So I could drive without having the windows down.

PABLO OI was very impressed with my initial rental, the gentleman was very thorough about price, time and the truck, the problem that I have is on the return, I arrived at 12:50 on Sunday June 15th, 2025 and my truck was due back by 1:15pm, the young man that assisted me did not go out and check the truck in he said I was good and I would receive my bill within 10-15minutes. I actually sat in the waiting room and about 1:26pm I received my bill with a balance of $147.24 and was being charged for two (2) days of rental and two (2) days of safe coverage. I went up to the desk and advised the gentleman that I had been sitting in the store since 12:50 and I was being charged on a late check in, through no fault of my own. I really feel like I was being scammed, if I was not still in the building I would have had a hard time proving that the truck was there on time, but since I was able to describe everyone that was in the building during my return down to the lady with the missing left leg who by the way was at the wrong location, but wanted/needed boxes and the young man who took my keys was so ready to go eat lunch (and by this time he was already chewing) that she was willing to come back and purchase but he did get up to ring her out. I will definitely say if this is how this location is run I will not be back and will tell others not to use them either, I work as hard as the next person and cannot afford to have someone steal my money and brush it off as if nothing ever happened, at this point I am not even sure I received all that I should and would like someone to look into that and get back with me if at all possible. I am undoubtedly very displeased with the whole experience.

NELSON HI always use this location since it is 3.5 miles from my house. The staff are always helpful and the parking lot is easy to enter from either side of the property.

SAMUEL BSuggestion for UHAUL - truck had 15/16 gas when we got. We filled 16/16. Would have liked to have received a small refund for the extra gas. Another transportation rental entity does this. Otherwise, for next customer, highly recommend UHAUL for your needs.

Georgette SRecent said return by 6pm and office was closed by 5pm, which made return more complicated. Staff was not engaged with us at all. Truck only had half a tank of gas - Very lackluster experience. Given that U-Haul has higher prices than competitors in town, the value proposition just isn’t there

ABDOUL DThe crew not helpful. They just hand you the keys and send you to find your truck. They don't show you how to do anything. On return, they just take your key and say a bill will be mailed to you. The experience is poor compared to a car rental car company.
