NELSON HI always use this location since it is 3.5 miles from my house. The staff are always helpful and the parking lot is easy to enter from either side of the property.

SAMUEL BSuggestion for UHAUL - truck had 15/16 gas when we got. We filled 16/16. Would have liked to have received a small refund for the extra gas. Another transportation rental entity does this. Otherwise, for next customer, highly recommend UHAUL for your needs.

Georgette SRecent said return by 6pm and office was closed by 5pm, which made return more complicated. Staff was not engaged with us at all. Truck only had half a tank of gas - Very lackluster experience. Given that U-Haul has higher prices than competitors in town, the value proposition just isn’t there

ABDOUL DThe crew not helpful. They just hand you the keys and send you to find your truck. They don't show you how to do anything. On return, they just take your key and say a bill will be mailed to you. The experience is poor compared to a car rental car company.

SONIA FThe location and ability to do Mobile pick up was great. However, I reserved a cargo van and they had to switch it to a 10 foot truck because they are having issues with the cargo van which made it much more difficult to drive. Also when I went to pick up the truck, the application on my phone wasn’t working properly on U-Haul’s end. The customer service lady I spoke with was very helpful. When I started the truck, it had a tire pressure warning light on the odometer and on the right side of the dash the tires all looked fine, but I feel that should’ve been found out before they allowed someone to rent out the truck. But it ended up costing about $120 after all the fees, which is a lot more than the $20 that is advertised on the side of the trucks.

OTMANE HWe reserved a 10’ truck and a tow dolly to drive to FL in advance. When we arrived to pick up the equipment, the tow dolly lights were not working so we had to wait around while the employee tinkered with it and then ultimately decided to switch it out. While driving, the truck kept pulling to the right and with the tow dolly attached it was unstable at speeds above 40mph. So an 8 hour drive turned into a 12 hour drive. All equipment should be tested prior to rental and these were not.

LAWRENCE PUpon returning the trailer, it was raining outside and it was three minutes before the opening time. I met an employee who walked inside in and told me just to leave the trailer and didn’t offer to actually help me disconnect it from my truck. That to me was very poor customer service.
CRAIG CThe truck I rented ran very rough and drove very loosely. I was not comfortable driving it and I have driven everything from a motorcycle to an 18-wheeler. While it did “run” and the guy at the store implied “well, it worked” I have had much better equipment from this location for many years. I am disappointed.
SECRET HMileage was jacked up because I had to go to multiple storage unit because the one I reserved was in use
