Jon MThe overall experience was a complete disaster. The trailer was wired improperly. They pulled three treaters and attempted to hook up each one to my car. None worked. Then, the technician (Abraham) got underneath the hood of my car and shorted out the ignition - thought it was a fuse, realized he didn’t have it and sent me to autozone to get one (seriously?) on the way to Autozone, my check engine came on and I was forced to stop at Nissan and have it checked out. That cost me $269.00. After returning to U-Haul, taking possession of the trailer - it worked for fifteen minutes. Then, shorted out. I called the U-Haul. I was told since Nissan touched the car, I needed to call them. (WHAT?) I traveled with the unsafe trailer to the U-Haul on Kirkman. I was told that the only place that could help me now was roadside assistance. I phone them from home. Meanwhile at 61, this began to take a fill on me physically and my heart stated to race. My heart rate got over 200 bpm and in the middle of the roadside call I was rushed to the hospital. I ended up being shocked and admitted. I missed leaving Orlando and reveling to help my brother who has idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in Charleston SC. I spent two days in the hospital. The roadside assistant who stayed behind admitted that it was faulty wiring and should have been comped by the general manager at colonial.
JON BWhen I went to pick up the trailer, the trailer was not available. The previous person kept the trailer another day. Then they refuse to give me another trailer for the same price. Also, the trailer that they gave me the lice was not working.

CASMAN MNeed explain not this location I had problem with its clermont made booking 6 days in advance no confirmation til I rang Friday 3pm I was told I pick up at Ocoee which is another 14 miles away and tolls so not too happy but what made it worse when I got there they had wrong trailer I had booked they said I had drive another 12 miles to there sister company pick up trailer I had booked which they told me they could picked up day before from Ocoee you check my history every time I need trailer or truck I come to you or under Amanda meadows I found guy at Ocoee not very pleasant it was his fault he picked up wrong trailer not mine I wait for your answer before I write anything on internet bob

RODERICK D1) This location ATTEMPTED to charge me for an extra day of rental. 2) This location over charged me for gas usage, when the gas meter STATED that the 20foot Uhaul truck had 1/4 of a tank of gas at the being of my rental. I put $30 dollars of gas into the 20foot Uhaul within 20 minutes of driving off the Uhaul truck location. Furthermore, I ONLY DROVE the 20foot Uhaul a TOTAL of 41 miles for my ENTIRE RENTAL. SO HOW COULD THE 20FOOT UHAUL HAVE LESS THAN A 1/4 OF TANK OF GAS WHEN I RETURNED. I HAVE BEEN TRULY OVER CHARGED FOR GAS USAGE AND SHOULD BE REFUINDED THIS OVER CHARGING BY THIS UHAUL LOCATION. "A 20ft U-Haul truck has a fuel tank capacity of 40 gallons. U-Haul trucks have an average gas mileage of 10 miles per gallon. Therefore, it would take approximately 4 gallons of gas to travel 40 miles. To fill up an empty 20ft U-Haul truck, you would need 40 gallons of gas, which would cost around $100." I HAVE BEEN TRULY OVER CHARGED FOR GAS USAGE AND SHOULD BE REFUINDED THIS OVER CHARGING BY THIS UHAUL LOCATION.
GARY PI stopped at a gas station right next door to this location and filled the gas tank all the way until it clicked and stopped filling, spent 30$ on gas, just to be charged by U-Haul for another 20$ to “fill the gas” which doesn’t make sense cuz I had filled it right next door minutes prior to dropping it off.

JEAN PThey seemed to have a lot of new staff members and the one person that wasn't new was all over the place ...the new guy doesn't seem to be ready at all to control the work load that is coming being that during my extended hour wait time there for my rental pickup a van key was missed placed and I actually ended up getting a different rental at a higher rate for milage that I wasn't supposed to because of parking situations ...I also was almost denied my rental due to an emergency contact that I added on file but that situation was handled once I contacted the agency about that and the staff member actually read and seen that the driver on file was not me after she clearly told me I was listed as the driver and I literally just returned a long distance rental in my name a little over a month ago to the same location. I was just trying to get minor things done quickly today because I am going to have my baby Friday this week and I was just put into a situation with extra stress but as you can see I returned the rental in good condition and in one piece good day

SHELTON PFirst truck battery was dead, replacement truck light control dial was pushed so far into dashboard it was unusable. Staff was incredibly friendly and prompt, store itself was clean and orderly.

EARNEST RThere was a male manager who was very rude and impatient. I needed help with how to do work the app after hours and he flat out said just open the app. So I reached out to customer service whom also called and spoke to him about helping make my changes and she herself felt like I felt that because of how frantic he sounded he was going to get done. In addition he canceled my truck and reserved for the next day which is not what I wanted. And the reservation was not showing in the system but I got a confirmation through a text. After speaking with the young lady at the store she knew exactly who I was talking about and stated that he always get overwhelmed with things and he becomes frantic a lot.

Kevin CLocation was easy to rent from. Easy access. Location did NOT have proper rental equipment - furniture and box dollies. Had to rent an appliance dolly - that was too heavy and did not handle boxes properly. Had to buy a furniture dolly versus renting 2 which increased the cost and was less efficient. This location or U-Haul should have verified all the proper inventory before accepting order. Ordered 2 weeks prior.

NATIKA SThis vehicle was in very bad shape. There was a lot of play in the steering wheel. I could not make proper turns in the truck. The steering wheel could not make proper turns. Alignment was off very mad. The was a horrible experience.
