Pamela Pcharged me a million xtra fees quote went from 20 $ plus 89 cents a mile to 45$ just to rent and someho ended up at 160$ with a "environmental fee" and a million other bullshit fees

Carissa CI was incorrectly charged for Safemove. When I originally made the order, I removed it from my cart. However, I come to find out after returning my rental and getting my receipt, I was charged for it. Very unhappy.

MATTHEW DI made a reservation for a pickup truck 2 days prior at the 8001 Federal location and got the confirmation text. I arrived a few minutes late and was told that my reservation had “transferred “ to a different location. Why would that happen? I was able to get a different vehicle at this location, but was told this vehicle was “new” so the “safe move” charge of $30 was mandatory. I have no way of knowing if this is true, but don’t see it anywhere in the agreement. Billing-wise, I actually possessed the vehicle for less than 4 hours (which I believe is $19.95). I was charged a “rental rate” of $19.95 AND a “rental charge” of $39.95. What is this $39.95 for? I picked up the vehicle just before 11 am and returned it around 2:45, but my return time is listed at 3:10 pm. I can even show proof of this with an uber receipt showing I left that UHaul location before 3:10 Overall, that’s $70 of charges I was not expecting and did not realize I would be charged in advance. I don’t plan on using U-Haul in the future as a result of this surprise costs that more than doubled what I expected to pay. This was a scam.

john mI didn't even go in this location so I don't know how inviting it was. The gentleman outside looked up my return on his phone and said I was good to go. That is what I wanted to hear. I don't know about picking up from this location. Benefit of the doubt on the "clean and inviting" as I did not go in.

JOSE FYou had us running all around town to find another truck because my original reservation location has the gates locked at the pick up time. I called several times and no answer. Awful experience. Caused fights between me and my husband. The first location was sketchy and in the hood. This location at fed and 80th was good. I am eating my overall experience. Not fair to limit the interaction to this location. NO stars for the actual SCHEDULED pick up location.
DANIEL LI was upset because i set my reservation for mobile check in , just to get there and be in inconvenience and told i had to be on their wifi in order for the mobile check in to work, i did everything online uploaded my driver license the night before and i still had to upload it again, the Dolly i ordered was not on the truck and i had to ask for one. My problem is if i made reservations nights before and still get to the location and have to stand in line and redo everything again is not good customer service.
DEMETRIS JEverything was great about my experience with the pickup to the drop off. Great customer service end to end. We'll trained staff that truly show they care about the customer. I was in good hands. Thank you .

NATHAN LI dropped off the truck at 6pm and there was a counter person that was able to tell me what the process was, and answered all of my questions. That part was easy.

BRANDON MI got charged for 8 gallon of gas because the person before me didn’t fill up the tank so I rented this truck after and only went 10 miles. I don’t get how 8 gallons of gas was used within 10 miles. The gas was left where it was when I got it but still got charged for another person gas mileage.

CARLA CMake sure customer is charged for mileage used, & not the estimated mileage. And that the check in log is sent. I never received one from this rental. And being I paid for an estimated mileage of 15 miles, & I only used 9, why didn't I. Last month I had a larger truck, traveled 13 miles, and yet upon filling the fuel up, last time I barely had to add just over a gallon, and had to put 3 gallons this time. For 9 miles used. I have to say there is no way possible 9 miles used 3 gallons, unless your telling me your truck gets 3 miles to the gallon. I was made aware the check in couldn't be done until there was another employee, but I would like to know why I never received anything. There was no damage and I swept out the back of the truck bringing back a clean truck. I will be contacting the store tomorrow to inquire to what my final charge was and why I had to put more gas in than what I could have possibly used.
