PATRICIA LTruck was dropped off at Uhaul at 56 Ridgedale Avenue Cedar knolls NJ 07927. Key is in the lockbox. My app kept freezing when trying to do the drop off, I have pictures of the truck and the mileage in my phone that I can send.

MICHAEL RI was given a call the morning of my reservation asking if I could pick up the truck at another location "a mile away" because they were moving equipment. I agreed only to discover location that was 2 miles away was closed and my reservation hadn't been moved sonincould not even do self check.in. so I drove back to original location to get truck. Truck had a pallet let in the back, stunk of cigarettes, was not cleaned out, had wipers that made window dirtier and no AC. The young man who checked me in was nice but overall disappointing experience

DAUT IWe have rented 3 times in three days and the owner and another young man waited on us and they were extremely nice each time and pretty fast. It was 2 moving trucks and 8' truck. Price is reasonable. Since our truck broke down we needed something fast and they accomandated. This particular uhaul site I would extremely recommend for anyone in need of a uhaul. Thank you we appreciate you. God bless!
Maria GVery disappointing I booked a truck for early morning. Pick up to arrive at the location and no pick up was staged. Had to wait till opening time at nine. Also no ramp for loading very disappointed

JOHN MThis was the second location that we had to go to since our original location was not opened and no one was there to provide me with the keys. In addition, the vehicle that I was supposed to pick up was there and it was filthy inside with coffee cups, trash and used packing supplies! The inconvenience of having to go to a second site to get a new rental delayed me by 90 minutes and I was on a deadline to get to the location in time to remove the items that i needed. Very stressful and totally unnecessary! I deserve some form of compensation for this aggravation and situation that was not my fault!

William ATruck only had 13,000 miles and had alot of issues tires weren't balanced and shook the truck the whole ride, driveshaft or rear end sounds like it has bad pinion bearing carrier bearing of u joints howls bad, and the engine exhaust manifold gasket are blown out and leaking exhaust bad
SEAN ONothing really, I was given prompt attention when I entered the store which was clean and orderly. I told the young man what I needed and within 15 minutes I was out of there with the truck.

ANITA WThe truck I rented had some kind of belt issue. It had 167,000 miles on it and I was going interstate and couldn’t get a new one and it also accelerated on its own a few times.

JOHN BAc was not working system needs to be recharged.. I was charged $20. For after hours drop-off because I never received your email code to process the app drop-off. I told them originally I never get acknowledgements when I should and the attendant says people have a problem with your process.

CHARLES BChange oil light was on all 3 days. Tire pressure was low and I had to fill it up two times a day. Inside of truck was dirty.

THOMAS GMy reservation was changed from Livingston ave, Allentown location to this location 30 min before scheduled pickup time because my reservation was given away at the livingston ave location. When I arrived at the Stephko blvd location I found that there was now just a trailer with no truck to pull it. I was furious. Brian apologized for the u-haul reservation screw up and got me setup with a box van to pull the trailer. He was professional, understanding and fixed everything U- Haul and the Livingston location screwed up with the reservation process. I left happy, being able to complete the job I had intended with the trailer. Brian is the reason for this good review. He should be commended.

Alexander TLocation was awesome. Customer service there was outstanding. The car transporter i rented was horrible. The trailer brakes were non functional. Had to pull over 5 times due to the hills of PA to let my truck brakes cool down because they were screaming hot. And there was a thumping kind of noise coming from the trailer. Felt like a flat tire but I checked the tires everytime I pulled over and they were fine. Thought the thumping might have been my truck having issues. The entire 4 hour trip I thought my truck was dying. But the thumping stopped as soon as I dropped the trailer. Making an appointment with my garage to have my brakes looked at tomorrow.

FRANCISCO RThe truck was so filthy and beat up, we had to stop at my house and sweep it out before picking up what I bought. I rented from the uhaul in Easton last time, and will from now on. Much cleaner, and sales assoc. Was more helpful.
