The 5x 9 open trailer was very bouncy at around 25 mph. A bit disconcerting as it was pretty major. I told the person who checked me in- and they made a note of it.

VICTOR S3 days prior for rental pick up I ordered a 4'X9' trailer with a ramp.I needed this size only because my gate opening was only 52" wide. When I went to pick up,all they had was a 5'X 12'. The worker I hired was on the clock.They called another U-Haul and reserved it for me across town.I appreciated this ,but I was still out $ I had to pay day laborer. When I booked initial reservation, I told your employer that I could only use a 4'X9' because of my gate size...he wasn't" paying attention and it cost me about $40.00 in added labor. Check my rental record...I use you guys a lot.

KENNETH KReturn customer here. Just like my last experience, the representative was very helpful and made the rental easy and efficient. Knowledgeable and helpful with a good sense of humor, she made the experience as palatable as possible. I think the rates are reasonable and the equipment is always in great shape. Not that I'm dying to move again but IF I do, it's nice to know that renting a vehicle won't be a difficult or annoying part of the process.
GREGORY AKeep hiring customer representatives like Joanna. She was kind, courteous, patient, extremely knowledgeable. Her demeanor calmed both myself and the person I was with rather quickly and with a smile (we were grumpy not looking forward to helping out the daughter. I enjoyed our conversation and was impressed with the way she took over and hitched the trailer for me. She even went over all the relevant "need to know "items and safety features and procedures. She almost jumped in to change a ball hitch for a taller profile(we didn't know, so we brought 2 with us). She would have changed it out for me if I had let her. She is a keeper, and if she hasn't received a raise lately, she deserves one for putting up with a couple of old coots , today, with a smile and cheerful attitude. I would recommend this site to anyone as long as they got a chance to meet her and her personality, I am confident they would spread the word quickly to do business there. Thank you.

Troy AIf it wasn’t for the kind associate in the store , I’d probably still be trying to pick up the truck. The out-of-state license issue should have been addressed at least the day before. That was so aggravating to have to deal with at the time of pickup. It really added a lot of unnecessary stress to my move. In fact, it was the most stressful part of my moving experience. It definitely made self-checkout an impossible option for me.

OLEKSANDR FOnline pickup had some glitches. It wouldn't scan the back of my license (but did allow to take a photo-- so why bother with trying to scan it?) and seemed strange to have to send a photo of my passport etc when I wouldn't need to show that to the service desk? Also, no one ever called my contact that I added in the security portion of the pickup phase, she just got a text but no call. Lastly, at the signature page, it asked to make sure "I have read the above document" and it was kind of confusing which document it was referring to. There ended up being two document links near the bottom of that page. Just some feedback for you to consider! Thanks, overall was good experience and service desk are AWESOME people!

ROBERT MIt was everything I expected. I did the mobile vehicle pickup, so there was no interaction with staff. It was super easy. At the end of the day, Joanne helped me return the vehicle. She was professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. After 8 hours of moving, she was exactly what I needed. I had a great experience overall.

RALPH MGas tank was supposed to be full. I drove 18 miles and filled tank with 4.8 gallons. Obviously tank was NOT full when I started. Need to be more sure tank was full from previous renter or charge them if the tank is not full.

GERGORY ATrucks mileage and fuel were not accurately documented, I submitted the corrections which were then ignored, and I was charged an extra $130, which will now take me a week to get back. Very annoying and frustrating.

AARON TCymi V was absolutely phenomenal for helping me figure out the right equipment to get my rental trailer hooked up to my car, and even put together the equipment and showed me how to install it and attach the trailer properly.
ANDREW LI rented a truck for 24 hours and drove 15 miles and was charged $125. The next day I rented a truck for 4 hours and drove 20 miles and they charged me $200. I corresponded with the support service, but they couldn’t explain anything clearly to me.

STEVEN BAfter hour drop off after renting a truck and having it for 10 hours turned it in had to pay 20 extra dollars just for dropping it off when there's a drop off and pick up service where they can after hours pick up their vehicle and drop it off it didn't make sense to me renting a vehicle that day and then bringing it back in early turning it in after hours having everything cleaned up and then having to pay an extra $20 for dropping off the key when I didn't even have it for 24 hours so to rent a pickup truck for 10 hours it cost me $130 I went 20 miles filled the tank up took it back early don't you get 24 hours for everything you rent so I had to pay $20 to drop the key off very upsetting

We had to go find our truck and try to get it out from behind the building. It wasn't easy. I've never had to go find the vehicle before.
