Shannon BThe online check-in does not work at all. The store called the IT helpdesk, but they could not get it to work. The truck smelled very bad, like rotting food. When I returned it, they charged me a $25 cleaning fee, and I was not the one who made it dirty. Let me say that the people at the store were wonderful and helpful.

james bDont rent vehicles that are a safety issue. Alignment way off. Exhaust leak coming into cab, truck would not drive straight. Had to turn steering wheel left and right while driving to try to go straight.

Martin RRidiculous. They tried to make their lack of space my problem. They kept insisting they changed my location to an hour away. It took several texts and three phone calls before they finally agreed to honor my reservation location. I should add my pickup location had been changed as well about 30 minutes away. I agreed to that without complaint but a two hour roundtrip diversion for dropoff was a ridiculous request and they did not offer any compensation for the 9 gallons of gas not even considering any value for our time. After numerous moves with UHaul over the years I must say your customer treatment has degraded significantly

Raynond YThe quality of customer service provided during my recent visit was unsatisfactory. Despite being a paying client, I experienced sub-par assistance and was left unattended when my transaction was incomplete. The representative proceeded to attend to two other customers instead of prioritizing my needs. Furthermore, when I sought clarification on certain matters, the representative displayed no interest in addressing my concerns, nor was their explanation helpful. Based on my interaction, I am unable to recommend this location to any family or friends. In light of the aforementioned experience, I prefer to drive an additional 20-30 miles to seek better service from competitors. As a suggestion, I recommend the company to consider providing customer service training to its personnel to enhance their performance and be able to serve a diverse and multicultural demographic.

alice sI would have to look hard to find something that you could improve upon. The only thing I could say would be to squirt some WD-40 on the ratchet used to tighten the straps on the tow dolly. Service has always been exceptional- I rent from this location so often my neighbors keep asking if I’m moving out of the neighborhood. Pay this staff more and keep them here - they rock! Thanks
