GERALD TEveryone at this Uhaul was helpful and friendly. We had to change our reservation after we made it online for the wrong date. One quick phone call and it was all done. Truck was ready and waiting for us when we arrived for pickup. Location was easy to get to, and convenient to the storage unit at USA Storage on S. Myrtle, which reduced mileage charges. Would gladly rent again from this location.
DAVID BPlease tell other renters that if you return a one way rental early you don’t get a refund for the unused days.
AMY LHave more trucks available or provide free delivery from another location. I had originally reserved. 20’ truck, but was called a couple of days prior that it would not be available at my reservation time. They suggested one from Palm Harbor, but I would have to GO to Palm Harbor and pick it up. They would NOT bring it to Clearwater location and I would have to pay for that extra milage. That was a hard no. Other than that, great service from the staff and quick and easy.
DAVID PI’ve used UHaul more times than I could count over the years. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had and I cannot say enough good things about them. Great friendly folks, super clean and very efficient.
DAVID BThe passenger side view mirror was not extremely loose making the drive extremely dangerous since it was impossible to see anything on the right side of the truck - especially on the highway!

DAVID KCharges and Fees were not clear to me. I was overcharged. Contract was not explained to me. Turck did not have a ramp or cart. I hurt my back going up and down the truck. Employees should be allowed to eat their lunch in a break room and not at the front desk, especially if they are eating something greasy ad sticky. Using cellphones or playing games while helping customers is very unprofessional. I could not ask questions because the employee was preoccupied with this phone. The trucks in this location need upgrades and maintenance. This was a very bad experience.

DAVID JCleaner truck. The truck was newer which was nice but I feel it could have been cleaner. Windows were dirty and visibility was not good at night.
SCOTT JI rented a "pod" storage unit. The staff just hooked it to my vehicle and no attempt to explain how the unit worked, especially the ramp lowering and raising procedure.
