Teach your staff about the meaning of customer service!!! I was yelled at, belittled, humiliated, called derogatory names, and racist statements. Was told to get the "f" off of his property, and had police called. Just for trying to drop off a truck.

JAMES NUhaul has outstanding utilities and vehicle coverage has been proven excellent and on time. Matthew was supportive over the phone when he booked my reservation Yet.. In person More training on personnel humanely mannerisms are NEEDED The follow through @ 612 Chester Pike with representative Yolanda, her mannerisms poor quality thus a low rating. I was trying to grasp a understanding on "policy" yet was met with unprofessional unharmious brood and rude personnel. Her solution to any problem was it was a U problem.. vs it's not a uhaul problem??? Despite any mix up of my reservation, or attempting to gain further information..calculations, card payment cash etc she almost caused a cancelation and a loyal member to never use these facilities. Also if I met her with a joyous or respectful Countenance I deserve the same in return . Makeup/nail kit at the front counter uncalled for Yolanda

ERIC II have had a very bad experience in this location. I have been charged twice by mistake. And the supervisor hasn't done her job. When I went to the store it didn't allow me to refund me.

MICHELLE LVery helpful and reassuring staff. I was not confident about driving a truck, but the salesman suggested a van, which was perfect for what I described I was moving.
LENA KThe staff was great and the ease of pick up and drop off was great. The truck was not the best driving felt like it was not going to move at the correct t speed and did not feel the truck was going to be able to make it. Overall our experience was good we have rented from here a few times and get our propane tanks filled here thanks for a good experience just didn’t like the truck itself thank you

Rachel CThe equipment we ordered was not provided (dolly and moving blankets). The help we requested was a no show and the 2nd help we requested showed up very late. Overall it was a terrible experience requiring 9 calls to U-Haul on an already stressful family moving day.

Daniel HThe manager of this location was professional in every way for some strange reason the vehicle was canceled during the night. She jumped right on. It gave me another vehicle with no inconvenience in my point at all.
JOHN TLazy employees. Made me wait and refused to unhook trailer until they made room for it. I lost more than 20 mins of my day because they didn’t want to work. Poor and rude communication from staff.
Brian GInside of trailer was dirty. License plate was falling off. The rep had to fix before I took the trailer.

Dan CThe location and truck were all satisfactory. The online rental process on the other hand... was a nightmare. Took me 2 hours and 50% of my phone battery to get confirmed as a registered driver - and of course you can't start this process until you show up at the location, so I was just standing outside of a convenience store fighting with the glitchy app for two hours. Not the greatest experience.

ANTHONY GI always loved the guy that worked there and have been to this location many times. The woman who helped me yesterday was simply someone who hates her job. Really non-communicative and generally not at all customer focused. Very disappointed considering how much I used to enjoy going to this location.

JULIE PHORRIBLE & DISGUSTING -The man I booked a reservation with canceled my order on his own 2 days later & nobody ever notified me. -A different Man when I went to pick the truck up didn't help me get the dolly on the truck -When I returned the truck there was nobody inside. I then found a Female worker sitting in a Uhaul truck on her phone scrolling Social Media. Took the keys from me with getting out the truck or off her phone, and told me she'd email me the receipt. Which she never did! I had to drive back 2 days later to get a print out.
ZAKIA SOver all experience wasn’t great and I was charged $400 for one day. That’s insane. The employee working there was nice but he was very overworked
Adam LI switched from local to one way then all of a sudden the price changed from $19.99 to $146 and the representative couldn’t give me the reason for the price increase the answer. Was it on the computer. Then I was charged for an extra day, even though I talked to a representative on Saturday then again on Sunday when U-Haul came to check in and I said yes, I turned it in on Saturday. U-Haul is complete scam and I will make sure everyone is completely aware that they price gouge and don’t advertise their true cost buyer beware.
THOMAS GI think the only thing that I would change about the experience as the picking up of the car and the thousand questions you have to answer and then wait for approval. I think that’s something that should be done before you even get to the location or travel pretty far to get there and If wasn’t approved,that would be a waste of a trip.
