customer service here is always the worst. my interactions were poor and its ALWAYS about them and the idiotic rental process and app. has anyone in marketing or corporate ever rented a truck? Really dread having to rent there.

Parking lot very dark when truck was returned.
YVETTE LThe staff were efficient and friendly and attentive. However, the location is understaffed, resulting in long wait times (e.g., 30+ minutes to drop off a trailer, 20+ minutes to pick up. In addition, the site was crowded and difficult to enter from the street and navigate on both pickup and drop off. Overall, it was a hassle to deal with this location, despite the good staff people.

Kenneth DWas not happy with service received from U-Haul. Picked up truck and was not notified of the amount of mileage that I could drive before I was charged a surcharge. I was also charged for an extra day when I did not have the truck for an extra day. Customer service worked with me to get a refund, but overall I’m not happy with the U-Haul services and how little they explained everything to me. They were quick to take my money, but not quick to explain the rules and extra fees involved.

Vincent MI have used UHaul for years. I really enjoyed meeting the rep at this particular location. This was a one-way rental, and I had traveled a long distance to get to this location. He had everything ready for me before I arrived. I had received status updates during my travels leading up to my flight to Philadelphia. He made this trip a huge success by starting off with everything aligned. I could not have asked for a better way to start this trip.
ROBERT JCrum Lynne location is the best I have ever dealt with, in over 25 years of renting Uhauls. I attribute this to the management, which always goes above and beyond.

Mary NI completely swept the back of the truck out made sure nothing was in it. They sent me a picture with nothing in it and said they had to clean it out for $100 extra. I wish I could add the picture that u-haul took to this comment. The truck was spotless.

SARDAR AIt's not this location's fault. My original reservation was booked on Highland Ave, and I was told the truck I ordered wasn't available, and was told this location was the closest. I was then sent on a wild goose chase to return it 4 different locations were involved. But not the one that I originally asked for. I then had to call to return it to the same place I picked it up. I was also charged for all Miles i used trying to return it

jim CThe only thing I could suggest, if you know that a customer brought several boxes and need to return some you guys should be able to accept the boxes back automatically.. In my case, I paid for the boxes in cash and mistakenly packed the receipt away. Now I have take the boxes to the new location and possibly check for days for the receipt verses just returning the boxes while I'm in the area. But overall a very excellent and professional experience

GLORIA DThere is a lot that needs to be improved! The customer service was horrible. The staff was saying in front of customers how “they don’t want to be there.” I reserved a U-Haul and then I get there, they tell me they didn’t have any. Send me to a different location just to be called and told (while I’m on my way) that the U-Haul size I needed was not there either and they couldn’t find any my size in the area. I am so upset! My experience was terrible. I would actually like for a manager to reach out to me.

MICHAEL TWouldn’t recommend this location, employee was openly commenting and bad mouthing ever customer coming in, and wasn’t helpful returning equipment. I had to hold trailer back so it would hit my truck when employee connected and disconnected. There needs to be a better process and would be helpful to have trailer jacks on the trailer so it is easier for customers to remove from their vehicle during rental period.
