LINDA HThe mobile pick up process did not work at all like it was supposed to The links did not work on the website. The truck they assigned was parked in and we had to call customer service - which did not pick up right away and had to wait on hold. Then on the phone with customer service for 30+ minutes trying all different codes and walking around the lot looking for a vehicle to use. It was a terrible experience. The customer service agent was kind and helpful, but I should not have had to use them if the process work the way it was supposed to. Very disappointed in the mobile pick up process.
JUDITH DOld model (1980’s) 5x8 single axle trailer was not best suited for my long distance haul. Although well packed, poor suspension and rough roads resulted in breakage of several items.
Peter DAs usual, the service person didn't greet me or acknowledge me when I arrived. I wasn't even sure if he worked there. I had to ask him if he worked there. And as usual, I had to ask where the truck was located in the lot - he said I had to look for it by matching the number. I'm just looking for a basic service standards. Makes renting a truck a painful experience.

Dominic SReceived two double charges on credit card. One for estimated mileage given and that one was credited back. Then received another double charge for the actual mileage. Contacted agent and he said it’s a common issue and that the 2nd double charge should be credited back on the next business day. 4 charges for this rental is very confusing. I should just recieive one charge for the proper rental terms and mieage.
Bill GI used the app for pick-up and return. It would have helped if there was an illustrated guide to view beforehand just to speed things up. I figured it out pretty easily, but it would be a time-saver if I knew what to expect.

Shujaa SCustomer service very poor, I chose this location for the convenience and I would never do that again. The truck we received first had a literal hole in it. Thank you to the male representative for providing a new truck but there was a slight issue with that too. A lot going on.

Robert HThe attitude and customer service of some employees needs work. The woman who helped me check in on my phone was lovely! However during the return the nastiest of the gentleman out front was unnecessary. Unfortunately this being the third time I’ve used the location this seems par for the course. If I ever have to use again I’ll make sure to pick up and drop off outside hours usng the phone.

MIRIAM RStaff did NOT want to be at work that day. Very clear. Kept muttering under their breath. They were not clear about several of the parts of my contract and I was billed for extra miles I didn't use due to the misleading info given. The app did not function properly resulting in having to be at the office during pickup for nearly 30 minutes when it should have been a quick key pickup. The interior of the van floor was damaged and ripped up making it more difficult to load and slide objects on the floor. Overall it was a negative experience.

DAVID PWorker was the most racest person and ignorant as could be. I will NEVER use them again. Plus, the truck was clean and I absolutely will contest the charge with my credit card.
LOUIS CThe truck I got was so dirty and disgusting. Dust on the dashboard. I have pictures. I wish I could upload them. To make matter worse, I just decided to do what I needed to and not to mind the state of the truck. Five minutes after I left, I was called to come back and move my car or it will be towed. I was told yo park my car on the side street. Thats too much. I car was not blocking any truck. Also there are a lot truck in that parking that will rarely come out. Why not move some of them to another location and give customers some space to park
WEND KUou guys should make the costumers aware of how to return the truck and all instructions followed. I didn’t know i had to download app put photos etc unty iiii got home so i had to coe back in the rain to do that was my first time renting with you guys. Next make the customer aware of everything to do before returning the key. Thank you
