You totally fucked up and originally sent me to location that didn’t offer 24 hour pickup, despite letting me reserve it. You wasted a ton of my time. Your service was awful and I’m going to abstain from using it in the future as much as possible. Awful experience

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The owner is delusional and has a grift going on that is very embarrassing. He does not utilize the deposit to hold the reservation so that he can make up scenarios and falsehoods in order to charge customers on the backend for extra money. In fact he told us that he had an issue with the return of the truck on the last return and then blamed us of the same thing.

Let customers know about all the hidden fees up front. Finding out about all of those fees that are not really explained to the customer is very disturbing. I expected one price and it was so much more. The only reason I would refer this location is because it's conveniently located for East Orange residents. And, the rep. that was there was nice. But she really could have used some help. Also, the instructions for checking in and checking out should be easier.

The location was easy enough to get to but it wasn’t where I had reserved a truck. It was twice as far away as the one I booked and it was changed the day before, there was nothing I could do about it, I had no choice. If equipment can’t be rented from a specific location, it shouldn’t be offered. Also in the app I accidentally chose the wrong drop off location and there was no way to go back and edit it. I ended up returning it where I said I would initially but the app is poorly designed if you can’t go back and edit a response before submitting the check in

Those cargo vans are a joy to drive. Large windshield large side mirrors and the cameras makes backing up a confident experience. That you. I hope your 10 foot trucks can be a s a good experience.

The gentleman their that day was a rockstar. The lack of support or lack there of made his job challenging. The process and procedure of booking online only to come in store to do the same thing is absurd. If felt like a one man show that was crumbling before your eyes because the service became horrendous. I checked my receipt only to find a charge that I did not approve nor authorize. When I callback the young like stated she would send a request to get it adjusted but IM STILL HOLDING MY BREATH. Would I refer something here?. Ummm hell no

They wanted me to use the app even though I was in the store and that in itself was aggravating. Then I had to pay a fee that I had already paid in Linden just to get the rental. So the entire situation was horrible. I’m still waiting for the situation in Linden to be resolved.

I reserved a 15 ft truck. However the day of the move I receive a call from a Uhual rep informing me the truck was not available, due to a customer failing to return the truck on time. This is the second occasion. The Uhual assistant wa extremely helpful can not recall his name. The reservation process needs improvement horrible!!!

The truck I got had mud on tires and splashes around them. Seat area not sanitized; wiping steering wheel came out black. Gas level lower than recorded starting out. Large truck inventory. Staff was patient with long line of patrons crowding small office. For priority Service, set up & sign into their App BEFORE going to pick up your rental, or you will get sidelined if office is busy!

Rent the available vehicles and not the ones that are yet to be delivered. I had to wait 6 hours for them to deliver it to me. I had to wait because I already had everything outside the house for my move.

The gentleman who assisted me at my counter check in was very professional, patient & helpful. He gets a "10" for customer service. However, I was EXTREMELY annoyed that I did what was supposed to be the online check-in (uploading my photo, driver's license & other personal information)at home - yet when I got to the facility - I had to repeat the entire process! What's the purpose of having customers do an online "pre" check-in yet when we get to the facility we have to repeat the entire process?

We rented a van last week, we left it all nice and clean but the next day I got a charge for a dent in the bumper and we didn’t even scratch the van. I submitted a clean stating what has happened and to check the cameras of the night before because it wasn’t me who made the dent on the bumper. They told me that they were going to check the cameras and get in contact with me soon but still haven’t received an answer from store. They told me that they were going to personify with the case but I don’t see any type of response. This store needs to be serious because I’ve been a costumer for the past 6 years and now because of this incident, I won’t be going back to this place anymore.

Outside of updating the company's routers/network everything was good. Great group of young people! Their system had crashed and they handled themselves very very well in a store full of angry clientele. I'd lose it! Shoutout to House excellent customer service!
